Take pictures of the progress and post them. Check out http://carpedmstocks.blogspot.com they have a nice story about them and sounds like they'll be doing frequent updates.
Flex do you ever read any of the financial statement. Hey they only issued 5 million shares thats nothing except that they keep doing it. How are they paying for this company? With what money? They didn't reveal the terms so my guess is that it really isn't going to be much in terms of cost. They also didn't reveal whether or not this acquisition was accretive to earnings. Ever notice how they keep putting out releases right before they are supposed to file their earnings. Always acquisition this or that? Have they closed the deal that they previously announced. Have even checked out the background on the hydrogen product? This all about the hype and when the bloom is off the rose, the petals will come tumbling down too. My guess is you'll have been selling out at these levels while urging others to hang tight and buy more. Call up the IR guy find out their cash position.
FlexTrader,
where on earth do you see that this company has funds. Did you look at the last report. The company has 100K in the bank and a mountain of bills. They will issue stock. A $4 million company in the staffing world is very small. May not even be EBITDA positive. Again the CEO only spoke of revenues and not profits. If it works as well as the last deal it could be a long haul
$UNIS Unilife needs to get over that 5.25 level in order for it to start getting those shorts real nervous. They keep piling orders up at 5.22. Need strong volume here to knock them out. the case for Unilife is made at http://carpedmstocks.blogspot.com
You should check out UNILIFE ($UNIS). Huge short position and the company has just started shipping its product to Sanofi. Recently announced a new development deal with another major pharma. Short position is outlined at http://carpedmstocks.blogspot.com Explains why the shorts could get really singed here. Stock needs to break 5.25
Unilife up 5% on news. Short squeeze could be coming.
Unilife (Nasdaq:UNIS) has major breakout potential. Huge short position outlined at http://carpedmstocks.blogspot.com tells how the shorts don't know how many shares are really trading on Nasdaq. Its split between Naz and the Australian Stock Exchange. Most info shows the combined total. They just came out with huge news today, shipping their product to Sanofi. Could be a major short squeeze today and tomorrow. CEO is also doing a non deal roadshow to Institutional investors today and tomorrow.
Unilife commences initial supply of Unifill Syringes to Sanofi.
Huge short interest on the stock. http://carpedmstocks.blogspot.com outlines the story here.
Awaken, it is a big deal filing late. Companies that file late habitually get much closer looks at by the SEC when they want to do things like raise capital. An S-1 can take months extra to get approved because they are deemed unreliable. Not only have they been late in filing, they also had to do a series of amendments to their filings. It also goes to the character of the management that they can't get their act together enough to do the filings on time. Its not like they didn't know this was coming.
I have, but you have to pay your payroll taxes, something they haven't. Penalties will eat those margin faster than you can say boo. Take a look at the companies filings and you'll see how crappy their margin are in the personnel space. That tells me that a) they bought a dud or b) they have no business running one. You tell me which one it is.
Energy wave then you have never sold a product at retail. If you are paying slotting fees those are done before the product even hits the shelf. This is a distributor. They had a distributor for Canada already, did you know that? They don't give names because chances are if you looked them up you'd see it was penny ante company that can't deliver. The reason the stock has gone down the last two day is that they once again didn't file their report on time. That says more than anything else that they can't get their stuff together. You should have taken your five cents and ran, but you are in at higher prices and we both know it. I wish they had better management. They need capital desperately to pay their bills. How do you suppose they are going to get it? Lets see the 10K reveals.
Do you know how many IR firms this company has burned through in the last two or three years. That's not the problem. It has to do with not being 100% honest with your announcements. Someone give you a million dollar order yet you don't give out the name? Come on. The problem for the company is that they owe so much money its going out as fast as it comes in. The employment business isn't high margin. The lubricant business is, but that hasn't gotten great traction after years of trying. That's why this thing can't move up. Its the guys running the show or the product isn't really that good in realtime practice. One or the other or both. Oil has been around 100 bucks for way too long now, this stuff should be flying off shelves, but its not on any shelves. That's the issue. No distribution, no money for marketing, too many distractions with non affiliated businesses. It makes for a messy story and investors want clear cut concise stories. Stop selling the sizzle and deliver the damn steak.
Because they lost money and have zero cash MC Trump. Its that simple. This press release doesn't release the name of who made the order. The company has a bad habit of releasing news and not giving out important info like that. This release was done because they are going to be late filing their year end numbers. Wait for the NT10-K to filed today. They are hoping to distract investors with purported good news of potential sales. They had a deal in Canada already, wonder what happened to that one.
Great News out today on UNIS. New customer and a new product.
Penny, their filing is not due for a while because its the yearend and it needs to be audited. They have at least another month and if the company stands true to form they will be filing a late notice as well to give them more time.
DYNV - up 56% today
Thanks for posting that.
last trade a sell of 700 shares closed the stock unchanged. Nice job for 2.80. Ugh.
Looks like the hammering on the stock has stopped for today. Lets see this one turn the corner and start moving in the right direction.
You have to go to their disclaimer page. 2500 is cheap apparently.
regarding that article.
CryoPort Inc. (CYRX) compensated BiotechStockTrader $2,500 for an extended period beginning in 2011 for a media and advertising campaign that is currently in progress.
Walrus, depending on the strike price the warrants would be a much better play to try and make some money back. Once the stock reaches the strike price warrants usually move in lockstep. So a penny rise in the stock would happen in the warrant, unless of course the warrant had little time left. However from a percentage gain perspective, you'll have a much better chance at getting a big with the warrant. As I had said much earlier when they did this deal to raise money that the current price was a pipe dream and that once the registration statement was approved it would come back to earth.
Great news today.

This is not news!!! Its a veiled attempt to pump up the stock. Look at the 10Q, its as plain as day that they already had a $5 million credit line in place for Lumea, of which they had already tapped 40%. This is less than nothing. More sizzle and zero steak here.
Energy, that is basically what I am saying. The stock traded $370K worth of stock, which is split between buyers and seller. Not a heck of a lot of volume by my count. Especially when you have well over 100 million shares in the float. You basically had three or four decent days of trading.
The continual lies this company tells creates great opportunity to sell high and buy low. So many dupes willing to believe the hype of mis characterizations of fact. Like this release here. They haven't expanded anything. This deal was in place at the last quarter. They are so desperate for news that they will say anything so they can sell their own shares. I'm here to let people know not to fall for it. You can read all my posts and you'll see I'm telling the truth. No hype no bull just facts.
Gee whiz and I thought it was going to be 10 cents this week...or was it last week or the week before that.
or it could trade down on news. Certainly not acting like a stock with big news on the horizon is it? At what point will all these people who just bought in jump ship? I guess you're about to find out.
High Time, the news was pretty good. This company is on the right track. It just needs to separate itself from the spammer shares that had been doled out. Once that is done, this stock will move normally. There has been a lot of volume since the new IR company was announced. I see he works with Unilife, which is a Nasdaq company with a decent marketcap. Must think there is something here for him to start to work for DYNV. I expect that after the first quarter we'll start to see some real growth as that is when all the building is going to take place. GLTA.
Awaken, you are right, its going lower.
Trader, there are too many shorts willing to push the price down at the high 5s. If the stock drives above 6 then you'll see some of these guys start to cover. The day they announce a second deal or that they are shipping product to Sanofi for use will be their day of reckoning.
Energy, Pat Choate has done nothing for the company. Come on, is this what you've been reduced to grasp at straws for. Where is that plant in Nigeria. Or those $2 million a month orders they were going to get. LOL. No numbers means small numbers.
Trader, good to see you again. If this stock can break $6 you'll start to see shorts cover. There was a lot of shortig going on today and yesterday. Some covering and some new ones coming in. The company just keeps building up and eventually the dam will break. You can't have 2.7MM shares short when the total number of shares outstanding on Nasdaq is 15 million or so. 6.7 million owned by institutions, 500K or so owned by the CEO. There's just not a lot of leeway once we start the upward climb.
Investing if that is the best you can do, you're pretty sad. My point is that the American Bulls site is completely useless. Tomorrow if the stock is up it will say that it posted a buy 10 days ago. BFD.
This email is not being generated by the Company but a third party who owns some shares. I spoke with the IR person who has told me that they are looking into who is putting these emails out as it hurts the company in the long run. They are aware of this problem.
Looking more like an Edsel than a Ferrari.
Investing as you can see from this post, American Bulls is like the wind. Always changing. It has no way of determining fundementals that change.

Mahp32 don't say I didn't do you any favors, but they issued the first TxLED press release in April 2007. Then they announced the same thing in July 2008.
Has Maersk paid for anything? No. Backing isn't worth much unless you put your money on the table. So far there hasn't been any money.
Mahp, I suggest you go back and do your own research. Read all the 10Ks and do a search on its principals. Then get back to me.
