We continue to observe stronger tropical waves moving across the Atlantic compared to the past few weeks. However, stronger-than-normal shear and too much dry air continues to prevent development.
Tropical waves are being tracked along 38 west, near 50 west, near 60 west and along 79 west. The strongest wave is now affecting the Lesser Antilles. Bridgetown Barbados reported a classic wind shift from northeast to southeast and several hours of rain and thunderstorms during Monday. Winds were sustained at 30 mph at times. The tropical wave had a persistent area of strong thunderstorms along 13 north most of the day Monday, although much of this convection has weakened Monday night. Upper-level winds over this tropical wave are strong from west to east. This shear extends across much of the Caribbean and will prevent this system from becoming better organized through at least Wednesday. The shear should relax across the Caribbean later this week for a few days. But that might be too late for this tropical wave.
The tropical wave along 79 west will continue to bring clouds, showers and thunderstorms over the Bahamas and enhance shower and thunderstorm development over eastern Florida Tuesday and Wednesday. This moisture could interact with an upper-level system moving into the eastern United States and cause some heavier rainfall across the eastern Carolinas and farther north on Thursday. Broad, strong southwesterly winds aloft will create too much shear over this area for possible development.
The tropical wave near 38 west has had persistent convection associated with it Monday evening. However, this wave will be heading into an increasingly hostile environment and is not expected to develop. The other wave remains in an unfavorable environment for possible development.

A tropical wave became better organized east of the Lesser Antilles during the day on Sunday. It is currently located near 55 west and south of 17 north and is moving quickly to the west at around 20 knots. It is moving into an area of strong westerly wind shear aloft, which will likely inhibit significant further development. Convection weakened on Sunday night, but showed signs of regeneration Monday morning. However, the aforementioned wind shear should prevent this wave from strengthening during the day Monday, and development is not anticipated at this time. This wave will produce squally weather to the central island of the Lesser Antilles this afternoon and evening.
A second strung-out tropical wave is located between 74 west and south of 22 north and it is heading west at 15-20 knots. This wave will have a hard time developing as it is being sheared by strong westerly winds aloft. It will turn more northwest over the next day or two and increase tropical moisture across the Florida Peninsula later on Tuesday and Wednesday and perhaps farther north across the southeast and mid-Atlantic coast mid- to late week.
Yet another tropical wave is found around 45 west, south of 17 north. Current satellite images show little to no convection associated with this tropical wave as plenty of dry air and African dust is in the vicinity.
Finally, one last wave is found near 27 west, south of 14 north. Satellite images over the past 12 hours show some persistent convection associated with this wave. Wind shear is light in the area, a favorable condition for development. However, a large area of African dust northwest and north of this wave will likely inhibit this wave from developing at this time.

There is no news here. If you are referring to the sector that's not news..its DD.
I agree and with the right combinations or a big cat5 we could see much higher PPS. GL
The last few seasons suck compared to 2005. But hey you never know right. I know you to have been around a long time. GL bro
Red I got in a few months back at .005 and .0055. I have played these for years and have always done pretty well. The trick is buying early. My projection for the first store would be to move to .06 if the storm behind the wave off Africa forms in a cyclone then maybe .10-.12 would be possible.
It appears as if revenue is good and I wouldn't be surprised to see this move above .20 but there have to be storms. This moves strictly on MOMO, difficult to play the fundementals or use charts, this moves on storms and potential landfalls. GL

Navy seals. I heard it was the CIA, no wait the DIA. What a bunch of clowns. The US Marshalls do not investigate companies or stocks or show up at doors unless you have a warrant (generally federal) or are a fugitive from justice.
Add this to the rest of the nonsense being written here this evening.
Great news today. Lets hope everyone takes notice of how big this really is.
Took a position today boys. Been playing NSMG and WEGI for years. Now that WEGI is done this just looks like the logical next play. GLTE
SPECTACULAR WISDOM! GL
DT
Yes. I did some DD and when I saw the significant reduction in debt and renewed contracts I had to take a position. In this environment being liquid is king! GL
Just picked up 100K. Liked what I saw. GL
same here. first day i had the symbol and then it went to the CUSIP
True money makes money
Why can't they kill the idea of RS? As far as the uplisting they can clarify RM or initial listing without naming parties?
If SPNG can layout a timeframe for uplisting and kill the idea of the RM then it moves north. Looks like we are in a holding pattern until something on those fronts are announced or SPNG secures a few more licensing agreements
Its comical that selling product to the world's largest retailers is a bad thing. Just frustrated with all the misinformation.
Negative yesterday a couple of posters eluded SPNG selling to Wal-Mart would be the kiss of death. I and several others found that to be absurd and countered the negative posts. Then another poster came to their rescue to name a co that was destroyed by selling product to wal-mart. Turns out the co had a recall and big bad wal-mart was not involved.
I am done reponding to the OT BS these guys are using to keep the PPS down.

Company increased advertising to 20 million no need to pump
True unless he is short. Seemed like an agenda there
I had a symbol yesterday in my e-trade account. Today I have the number only. Ridiculous!
Bayou. I believe based on the current size of the company selling on consignment is a great thing. I am long as well and repurchased a larger position last week. GLTY
We are living in 2009 right? Just checking. They are retailing progressive forward thinking innovators. Companies know this information when the material agreements are made. The scan technique should then give SPNG real-time sales figures and production forecasts and limit the need to unnecessarily increase production costs based solely on estimates of revenues.
Seems like a win-win in the current economic environment. Thanks for the information on what a great company wal-mart is, I couldn’t agree more. DT
Great Post! LOL My guess is he is a disgruntled Wal-Mart greeter. It kills me what these guys spout as fact in an effort to frighten those who haven't done the correct DD.
I am to. I get on the forum when I can. Some nights I just go to be shaking my head with disbelief
No_BS_Plz did the work on the 10 to combat the bashers and young uninformed posters. The credit is his and truly deserved. see msg# 115028 GL
Fedders issue was due to a product recall and not big bad wal-mart. BTW Home Depot also dropped Fedders. Again lets operate in the real world pal.
For the record the group has also benefited from your work as well. Difficult to police the uninformed....thanks
Its like trying to reason with the insane. GLTY
Drew;
Listen carefully. Wal-Mart doesn't tell you how much money a company can make..that is called the Fed.
Wal-Mart is one part of the equation. So I guess walgreens, cvs,ace hardwear, petsmart.com, petco and so on are all telling SPNG how much money they can make.
Oh no big bad corporate america....LOL...LOL....LOL
You crazy kid.
Drew I am trying to tell you unless you have specific information regarding the arrangement between wal-mart and SPNG then your comments are baseless. Let me address you point by point..
"WalMart, especially recently, has been the kiss of death for many new products. They force companies to ramp up production, causing a lot of sunk costs, then they restrict you to very minimal margins".
WAL-MART WANTS TO ENSURE THERE IS ENOUGH PRODUCT TO SELL, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS ADVERTISED IN ITS WEEKLY CIRCULAR.
"They will look at your books and tell you how much you can make, and will suggest optimizing certain potions of the chain of distribution".
THAT IS 1000% UNTRUE. THEY WANT FINANCIALS TO MAKE SURE THE CO IS REAL AND NOT BEING PRODUCED OVERSEAS IN A SWEATSHOP WHICH CAN BE TIED TO THEM.
"What's worse, they usually force you to create a inferior product in the long run - and if there is one issue with one of them - you're dropped".
PROVIDE EVIDENCE. GIVE US SOME EXAMPLES. THAT IS A LEFT WING I HATE WAL-MART BUSINESS PROFESSOR THAT COULDN'T RUN THE SEASONAL SECTION IN A WAL-MART STATEMENT.
"Dropped with a lot of extra manufacturing capacity."
THERE IS NO EVIDENCE SPNG IS RAMPING UP PRODUCTION BASED ON THE DIRECTION FROM WAL-MART.
"Luckily, SPNG's product doesn't have a lot of moving parts, and is relatively inexpensive as it is. I don't think it will be a problem for them, as it is for many companies. However, I am very pleased to see that we have not started yet".
YOU JUST CONTRADICTED YOUR WHOLE WAL-MART IS BAD SCENARIO
Just imagine if our bad drying cloth was rejected after production!
NO EVIDENCE THE CLOTH IS BAD, ONLY RAMPID SPECULATION AND DECEPTION BY YOU.
"Anyways, just letting everyone know that WalMart is a big step, but also somewhat of a risk".
PLEASE APPLY TO WORK AT WAL-MART TO LEARN HOW A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY APPLIES THE BUSINESS THEORISTS YOU LEARNED ABOUT.
"The timing, and the product, are most likely perfect. I think we will see unparalleled success"
GRAPE KOOL-AID IS MY GUESS
DT
I think you are drinking to much kool-aid. Its so bad when the largest retailer in the WORLD wants to sell your product. Its such a kiss of death!
I think we also agree it will be fun.
Try the Market Makers and the shorts. My guess is several of the MM's were very short believing there would have been many people taking profits at the .01, .05, .10, .20 and .25 marks and they would be able to cover, problem was there were not. Ever heard of drastic times call for drastic measures? Thats what I believe we saw today. Have you ever seen anything like that? On top of that I know several people who were trying to buy pennies over the ask during the takedown and couldn't/wouldn't get filled.
That's why I prefaced my comment in my opinion....
I agree. I had a stop loss order fill most of my position at .25. Which was a great return BTW. But once I saw the fury of the bounce I bought back in 100K and cannot wait for next week. I believe in my heart this is moving to the big boards very soon.
I respectfully disagree. It looked like a systematic attempt to drive down the PPS to let shorts cover their positions. To much MOMO to drive the price that far down and then back up another 140%. Someone covered a very large short position and then the MOMO took back over. I agree next week will be huge. GLTA
I can't resist! Just picked up 100K at .119, this was free money. Lets test the theories and my DD!
