We need a few more days for the transfer and our purchase; thanks

exploremore...I find your post illuminating LOL
Parents
Well stated as always; however, I see a decision facing management; whether to allocate resources to a buy-back program which I endorse or to allocate resources to expansion of our production capacity or how to divide between the two goals. Once profitable, the PPS is not relevant for the survival and growth of NNLX because PIPE funds are not necessary. The customer base and demand will significantly increase and NNLX must meet the increasing demand for its products.
Customers do not care about the PPS, only if the products work and ours' perform with excellence; hence the increase in sales and markets
Parents
You do not need my go ahead LOL; rail already researched this and stated to me that there were none that had achieved the listed accomplishments that NNLX has. I do believe our technology threatens the PCR industry and others now losing market share to institutions buying from us. fulcrumgavel, I will never forget your prior post about a technology study that surpassed ours when, in fact, what you did not disclose, is that 105 of the patients were excluded from the final analysis of the 968 that were included in the study. Over ten percent excluded; however, the TMC had included all; had the TMC study excluded the alleged "non-tests" our results would be even higher in sensitivity and specificity, so I supposes, if you can dissimulate on the French study, you can say just about anything.
Parents
Yes I read that "secret life" and found it boring lol; it was a high school assignment. Well it would seem if you know of 14 pink companies that transitioned to the NYSE, that you could name one. Any biotech start ups? We utterly disagree on substance.
Parents
But you never answered my question, after reviewing NNLX's achievements listed in rail's post, can you name another pink sheet company with similar achievements; you fail to give honor where honor is due in my view.
Parents
Sorry matt but patent law overrides the emotional demands of shareholders and please consider rail's summary and tell me of another pink sheet company with those accomplishments. Can you name one? Thanks
Parents
dougwur...if you would consider rail's summary, post 7734, I believe you would find the CEO's achievements quite extraordinary. Can you name one other pink sheet company that has made the accomplishments that rail listed? A CEO cannot control the PPS especially when there are corporate interests we threaten that may be at work in the background. Furthermore, it has been decades since the petri dish was invented, but only our CEO was inspired to invent a revolutionary packaging that not only makes our products superior, but also transportable world-wide. Is not that extraordinary? Just my view
Parents
True weege and we are loading up as well; this is a great opportunity for us; all our funds for buying will be finalized about July 6th; For your other question, I am in contact with a long investor of many years that has a special service providing the short sale information for NNLX [and presumably other stocks as well]. He does not post on the MBs - considers them a waste so he emails me and we keep in close contact. That is all I know.
Parents
There will never be a successful challenge to our BOD or our CEO; I estimate, that the longs loyal to the present BOD and the shares held by PIPE investors loyal to the BOD and CEO as well as the insiders are way over 50 percent of the float. Only an individual with the intent to harm the company would attempt a hostile takeover, but the poison pill and Bret's ownership of the revolutionary packaging are insurmountable barriers as well.
Parents
Agree weege; it is never pleasant to see the decline in PPS; however, I believe it was a short attack and received an email that confirmed my theory; BTW , weege, NNLX does not own any treasury stock to dump; NNLX only uses restricted stock shares for PIPE investors. If an insider sold, we would detect that in SEC filings. So really, we do not need to consult with a transfer agent but, if it would assist you, I hope you can.
Parents
I could not disagree more; with 3000 shareholders a shareholders' meeting permitting unlimited questions would not take place and is highly impractical. How many shareholders' meeting have I attended!: a few questions permitted with a quick cut off; I learned more in NNLX's yearly updates than I ever learned in any shareholder's meeting.
Parents
Thanks for your post. That clarifies a lot for me. I have heard that phrase over and over in relationship to NNLX but never quite understood its meaning.
..Thanks...Parents
Mo-John...what is an agenda poster? Let me clarify my purpose in posting. I am a relatively large shareholder, but I KNOW that only the performance of the company will ultimately dictate a rise in the pps. Certainly not anything I post here. My purpose is to comment and encourage based on facts as I understand them and that is all. I believe my fellow investors/longs share the same purpose even when we disagree. Just my view
Parents
Agree and well stated. I believe NNLX is nearing meeting its own expenses/profitability. It has been a long journey but we are getting there in my view.

Repost of Rail's prior post to summarize and illustrate NNLX's amazing achievements. I know of no other pink sheet company with comparable accomplishments:
"Nanologix is:
A) Listed on the EPA's website:
http://www.epa.gov/nerl/features/nanologix.html
(pretty cool that they have a "nanologix.html" page)
B) Working with the Texas Medical Center:

C) Being studied by Battelle:
http://www.omicsonline.org/1948-5948/JMBT-04-147.pdf
Quote in USA Today by lead author, Dr. Rogers:
"Although there have been advances in the available techniques to help diagnose M. tuberculosis infection, the gold standard method for laboratory is culture on semi-solid media that can require up to three to four weeks. This study demonstrates that BNP™ Middlebrook can detect M. tuberculosis within 5 days, which is faster than the gold standard and provides a preliminary assessment of the potential use of BNP™ Middlebrook for a more rapid screening and detection of viable M. tuberculosis with respect to clinical specimen evaluation, therapeutic treatment/vaccine efficacy, or epidemiological surveillance," says Dr. Rogers.

D) The subject of numerous journal publications:
http://www.omicsonline.org/1948-5948/pdfdownload.php?download=JMBT-04-147.pdf&&aid=10157 (same as above)

(to name a few)
E) A company that attends many important events:
Recently: 2013 ASM Bio-Defense and Emerging Diseases Research Meeting (believe this one has been attended almost every year)
Now, does this guarantee that Nanologix will become a billion dollar+ company? No, nothing is a guarantee. However, it sure tilts the odds strongly in our favor."
Parents
We must have the packaging patent license to take advantage of these foreign markets because the packaging preserves NNLX's products in transit. [ I tried to update but could not so this is my final thought on my prior post.]
Parents
Which is exactly why Mr. Barnhizer uses caution in releasing information because he understands the dynamics of corporate business; also I did not intend to convey the idea that a large facility is being built at this moment; Mr. Barnhizer is a visionary and sees the future opportunities as well as present demand.
You overlooked a critical point: WE ARE STRIVING FOR PROFITABILITY AND WILL NOT SHUN OVERSEAS MARKETS because they add to our overall revenue. WITHOUT THE PACKAGING PATENT LICENSE, WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE MARKETS AT THIS TIME. The Packaging novelty enables us to ship to distributors NOW and to profit NOW without waiting until a foreign manufacturing facility is built. Without the license, NNLX could not do this!
This is the heart and soul of my prior post. Sorry for the caps but have no means to bold the section I wish to emphasize.
Parents
Andre - I could not disagree more; for one, we have absolute control here over quality, performance tests without having to rely on a foreign entity to manufacture and maintain high quality performance; two, we are now striving for profitability and will not shun the overseas markets; three NNLX will plan and build a larger manufacturing plant to supply increasing demand that will cover both US and overseas markets; four, we get to keep greater percentage of profits by direct shipment to overseas distributors; Do you really believe the present facility in Hubbard is all that is planned? One other point: Bret has always had in view increasing employment in the Hubbard area as he has stated in interviews etc. Keeping the manufacturing base in Ohio accomplishes this goal. All above my view and opinion.
Parents
Well, thank you leroy for the compliment. I hope to have informed everyone about the BONUS the packaging patent gives to NNLX. Without that patent, NNLX would not have a superior market position in selling its products; furthermore, now NNLX can supply overseas distributors DIRECTLY from Hubbard without having any foreign supplier needing to manufacture the product in a foreign country for sale. We are gratefully blessed to have a CEO who is inventive; no one else thought of this novel concept for decades in petri dish production and technology. Thanks again leroy.
Parents
Agree and now I understand more clearly your word of caution.
Parents Thank you again.
Got it; I found the post..indeed it was not mine; thanks
Parents
machiavelli...I missed that post and have no knowledge it was posted here? [sure here and not yahoo?] it is sad that anyone would post such information; my sole statement re JT is that he is working close to home/family and we wished him the best. That information is in the public domain.
Parents
Thank you abazaba...I agree - much patience is required here, and because the company is moving forward on many fronts, I am encouraged.
Parents
Thanks I will be more careful.
Parents
I am amazed with your post; yes we do disagree and if you can extrapolate that from rail's post, you can extrapolate most anything from anything in my view; rail and I are friends. He IS BEING PAID just like ALL the other production workers LOL .
Parents
AGREE and well stated; thanks
Parents
To Leroy...with 3 thousand shareholders a shareholders' meeting would not permit questions; not a practical solution; I have been in many a shareholders' meetings and a few general questions are answered only and with a quick cut off; frankly I never got much information, not as much as in Mr. Barnhizer's general updates.
To Johnny:
Rail NEVER stated he was working for free. I repeat his post:
"Giving his time" does not mean working for free.
Fellow shareholders,
As many of you may have noticed, I am no longer posting on the Nanologix message boards. This is due to a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement I have signed with the company as a condition of employment. I have been granted permission by the BoD to post related to this matter due to shareholder concerns. In addition to my job at the #1 hospital in Ohio (#4 nationally) I am giving my time on the weekends to work at Nanologix part-time. An investment of money is one thing, an investment of time is quite another. I feel time is much more valuable than money and have chosen to give what little extra time I have to Nanologix. I hope this expresses to you the tremendous amount of faith I have in the company and, above all, the importance of the company's products to research, medicine, and society at large. I will be working tirelessly to help do my part to make this company a success. As should be understood, I will no longer be fielding questions from fellow investors or answering emails related to the company (for those who may be awaiting a response).
Thank you,
Rail
Thank you ram...and welcome to our board; I received an email from another investor informing me that Mr. Tracy is closer to home and family and is working in Boston. We all wish him the best.
Parents
The specific amount of sales has not been released, but should be in a timely fashion. However, an overview of customers and projects has been released, and with the four new employees hired, [one is a friend], I can assure you there are plenty of sales.
I firmly believe that when the specifics are released, it will come as quite a shock and will drive up the pps. This is what I believe.
Parents
There are "increasing sales" and hiring of 4 new production employees as recited in the latest PR; one of which is an investor friend. They are busy.
Parents
True weege; I believe things are on the upswing for NNLX regardless of the pps; we are producing revenue which makes PIPE funds less needful.
Parents
Yes Abig...I will never forget the uproar over a paper clip, and I am sure the website will be updated also...The paper clip caper reminded me of Alexander Pope's parody, The Rape of the Lock, in which kingdoms went to war because someone stole a lock of the princess's hair LOL
Parents
Our firefox does not open the link directly. However, I can access the video by clicking on youtube and in the search box, type Nanologix. One video channel is named, Nanologix1; click on that and the video plays. I am sure internet explorer can directly open the link. I just prefer firefox.
Parents
Hi just wanted post NNLX's video for instruction using the BNP for detecting e coli in case some here would want to view:
I do not delete any posts; however I do report TOS violations and let the administrators decide if I am correct. The IHUB requires civility toward other posters, and that I will enforce.
Parents
I just checked and there was a post 25 minutes ago. Could you explain.
This is GREAT news....The yahoo board was so bad that almost everyone was on my ignore list. Bet the longs venture over here to post about NNLX..
The rest probably will not come because the IHUB requires civility
Parents
True...we really liked the latest PR. It seems that each PR is superior to all previous ones.
Parents
Thanks I looked under the wrong heading; thank again
