CLSI filed financials of the empty shell in August. Are you asking for Clancy Systems financials? Why? They no longer own this ticker. The current owner has had control less than half a year. Whatever happened before then is completely irrelevant and in no way indicative of future shareholder value. We are waiting now on Obocon/Anthea financials (or whatever name they decide to become).
You understand the difference between civil and criminal, yes? Are there any charges filed? Are there any charges pending? Has the DA initiated an investigation? Has a criminal complaint even been filed?
The answer is no to all of it, as far as the public record reveals.
You know the new company took over just a few months ago? They haven't even had time to change the name yet or file an 8k. It'll all come in time. Relax. It's not over.
I'd have to agree. I've assumed the financials have been the holdup the entire time.
Time will tell. Patience. It's been 1-2 months since bindings. Definitive agreements can take 2-3 months from that typically. If we don't see any by end of year, I may call it a bust. No reason to sell into the fear just yet.
Until someone can prove he's done or is doing a single thing that's been alleged here, I have no reason to doubt him. He's followed through repeatedly on what he's said he's going to do. People's pumping, impatience, or dislike for the guy's personality have nothing to do with the company executing its plan.
So yes, I'll believe JC any day of the week over the unsubstantiated bloviating on message boards.
JC said it on one of his vids. It's been posted before.
The acquisitions will be acquired with restricted shares. I don't anticipate the OS going over 500M. Float will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future save for a few milly here and there from the old company.
Come on, don't let emotion cloud the facts. Abandoned tickers don't file binding LOIs or 10Qs to stay current. This is very much alive.
lol, what a load of crap.
Please search UBI 604 169 760.

Pacific Merchant Processing is alive and well. Can we just agree that GRN has legitimate businesses? All of the LOI companies are registered and active. We can question what they're worth, but it's not zero.
I understand JC is not the CEO of a fortune 500 company. He's a self-made entrepreneur trying to get a leg up in an emerging market. He may do and say things you're not accustomed to, but that is no indication he's not honest about what he's trying to accomplish. We all know this is a risky investment without documentation. That's why the SP swings have been so enormous over the past year. The potential for high reward or high loss is great.
And PLEASE can someone tell me how many shares JC has sold in this pump and dump scheme? Because I can't find any. Not a one. I've been waiting longer for that evidence longer than this shell to fill.
There is absolutely no evidence that is the case. Rumors can be dangerous without substantiation. Nothing but fear and doubt circulating, perpetuated by posts like this. It's a dead end for JC to even consider it. Binding LOIs have substantial legal substance.
Bye then? Maybe?
You can just look at the CANN court documents to determine that PBC has revenue. You can't open an account without paying a huge fee. How many clients do they have? 20? 200? 2000? Or how about PBC's exclusive banking partnership with Cannacard? They have tons of accounts. PMP? How about taking 3-6% or more from every transaction every day from tens or hundreds of dispensaries? Then we have Soulshine Cannabis, aka Cannaseur's Choice, that has reported revs over 1M/month - if you believe the 3rd party revenue trackers. Sunshine Hemp? Yep. Major licensed hemp seed supplier in FL. The consulting firms? I bet they consult some. MJ advice is not cheap.
Of course it's hard to "provide proof" of revenues from these private companies, but you can't deny the DD is better than zero that they do have them. And likely a lot.
And finally, GRN proclaimed 1.15B assets in their fund. Let's not lowball these guys. lol
It's the OTC. Anything can happen. But Doki seems like a solid dude so I'll give it some time to play out.
I also think you're being a little hard on Suresh. He's just a guy that kinda got stuck with the IR job. How would like it if the boss said, hey how about you do this PR stuff for us now , along with all your other stuff you do? It's not easy dealing with the public. It takes a certain amount of patience that most people don't have.
What does the stock price have to do with what's happening with the company? We know they are a brand new public holding company that now owns revenue producing subsidiaries. And we know they plan on acquiring more, likely this year. They have a plan and it's in action. The legal part of the merger - the filings, the name changes, etc. - takes time.
If people want to get out before Obocon (pretty sure this will be their new name shortly), even files their first financial statement, then their impatience will cost them dearly. In the meantime, this is where money is made if one is willing to take advantage of this silly selling.
Who's shares?
This wasn't a PR. Just a legal maneuver toward getting everything up to date and more filings.
Seriously, all I see around here is BS allegations based on absolutely nothing. NOTHING. Baseless opinion. The worst thing you can point to is JC posts on social media. Really? Can we talk about what the company is doing? Just executing the plan is all I see. No deviation whatsoever.
And what is the basis for this fantasy?
The peak of a shell company was quite impressive. Imagine what the real deal will bring? And yes, it will absolutely happen. Doubt all you want, but the business plan/trajectory is clear. The coming, and shockingly absurd, peak is yet to be determined. ;)
That's a long-winded way to say this stock is a gamble. No offense. But we know this. That's why some of us are here. :)
Just curious, I'm not a technical person. How does the chart of the last decade have any bearing at all on the ticker today? Why even look at it? Does it really correlate to current events? It's a brand new company we know very little about. We don't even have financials.
Mystic Ranch is Alis Group. Same UBI# 604 100 468
http://alisgroup.net/
Yep. A trade name that sells product in over 35 dispensaries all over Washington, and has access to all everyone through Leafly. Honestly, does it matter more the substance of what he said, "burgeoning growth", or the fact the the deal hasn't completed yet? I'm betting on the the growth part. The deal will close. No doubt in my mind.
Semantics. He's involved with the company. Participating in the growth of it's pending acquisitions. The forward looking part is when we acquire those companies he's involved with. What's the point in breaking down the syntax? We're still getting the company as far as we know.
I'd rather talk about what value Mystic Ranch is going to give us. 2M/qtr? Maybe 6M?
What's the problem? You mad he said a forward looking statement?
Go ahead and play with words all you want. He knows what he's involved with.
Again, VPs can be considered employees and not part of the director or management group. He doesn't have to be reported as such. He's not a President of Operations or COO.
And this really is all kinda mute since there's no functional company operating at this point in time, as we are all aware. Hopefully in a few months we'll get some definitive info on operations, finacials, and who's involved.
I don't care about nitpicking PRs. Whether he belongs in the reporting or is even an active employee right now was not my point. We'll find out once everything is settled. My point is his companies, soon to be our companies, could be much more valuable than anyone anticipated.
Google it.
Unless it's changed since last year, which I guess is possible:
I was looking into the Mystic Ranch Dev acquisition to see what they're up to. This company is owned by Kyle Hockenstein, our GRNF Vice President of Operations. He also owns Magic Beans Hemp and Soma Farms, all at the same address.
Mystic Ranch Development is the trade name operating under Alis Group Enterprises. They run the cannabis grow consortium in Tonasket, WA.
http://alisgroup.net/
Alis Group lists 36 dispensaries that sell their products. And they are also listed on Leafly: https://www.leafly.com/brands/alis-group
I think this one may be bigger than we realize. At least I thought they were more at the startup stage of operations. They are certainly not at the zero revenue scam level of startup. lol They've been operating 3 years.
Market makers doing market maker things. Hard to determine any significance to it.
I don't see any similarities at all. Are you familiar with their business operations?
Too late for what? The company is here for the long haul. Right now means very little to them as they are just getting organized. If you're buying OTC stocks to play favorable market conditions, you're doing it wrong. That's when you buy apple and nvidia. OTC is all about finding unicorns.
Misread that. My bad. I'm swinging and missing all over the place today. lol. I haven't been following this one very close so I'll just stick to GRNF now. :)
