Our PPS sux today.........
looks like manipulation and some traders getting out..........
I guess they need to drive it down a bit to load up......It feels to me like we are getting real close now..........
nice summary ted.....
Still looking for our 100th board mark. Common guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Interesting to see SBSH with a 200 block on the ask. They have never shown more than 50 before. This is very unusual for VSPC, and may be a sign of something. Perhaps, some sort of trading signal between MM's.

Total revenues for the quarter were $1.23 million, including $1.06 million from the late-2008 strategic acquisition of Inter-Pacific Arts, Inc. (IPA), and $171,000 primarily from Ionfinity's military contracts for monitoring and detection systems. Gross profit for the quarter was $473,000, including $455,000 related to IPA. For third-quarter 2008, total revenues were $99,000, and gross profit was $23,000.
Operating expenses for the quarter declined to $1.05 million from $2.82 million in third-quarter 2008 due to lower research and development expense and lower selling, general and administrative expense. Stock-based compensation and stock-option expense for the quarter totaled $458,000, compared to $1.32 million in third-quarter 2008.
Operating loss for the quarter narrowed to $574,000 from operating losses of $2.8 million in third-quarter 2008.
For the quarter, other expense, net, including noncontrolling interests in consolidated subsidiaries and income tax expense, was $90,000, compared to other expense, net, of $740,000 in third-quarter 2008. Other expense for third-quarter 2008 included $794,000 in costs of discontinued operations related to the humidity sensor business and security business units that were sold.
Net loss for the quarter was $664,000, or $(0.00) per share, compared to a net loss of $3.54 million, or $(0.01) per share for third-quarter 2008.
Consolidated cash and cash equivalents were $1.2 million on September 30, 2009.
VIASPACE Chief Executive Dr. Carl Kukkonen commented: "Third-quarter results continued to reflect the revenue and gross profit contributions from IPA and higher government contract revenues from Ionfinity, our high-tech sensor and monitoring systems subsidiary. During the quarter we made progress in other business areas. For example, our licensed technology related to very-thin fuel cells was patented, which is expected to strengthen our competitive position in the growing market for direct methanol fuel cells to replace traditional batteries in micro applications such as cell phones and laptop computers.
"With our primary focus on renewable energy, we made significant advances toward material revenues from our subsidiary, VIASPACE Green Energy," Kukkonen continued. "Supported by our strategy to generate interim cash flows from other operations such as IPA, we continued to develop and expand Giant King(TM) Grass acreage in China, signed an agreement with DP CleanTech, and continued to pursue and develop other business relationships related to the biofuels and biomass markets. And from a competitive standpoint, we saw technical performance and economic advantages of our proprietary Giant King Grass - compared to renewable energy sources now being used - verified by independent testing and analysis, which led to closing our first agreement with DP CleanTech, one of the largest biomass power providers in the world."
Kukkonen said that the fast-growing and high yield-per-acre characteristics of Giant King Grass make it a preferred economic alternative to switchgrass and other grasses and plant crops currently being used to replace fossil fuels for energy. As with DP CleanTech, a number of energy providers are seeking to either increase their use of low-carbon renewable sources of energy or add new energy capacity that is based completely on renewable sources. He stated that a recently announced plan to produce industrial pellets from Giant King Grass is a response to that rising trend.
"As in first and second quarters this year, we expect financial results to continue improving over prior year," Kukkonen added. "Based on numerous ongoing meetings with potential customers and partners, we believe that our business path in renewable energy will become more visible in subsequent periods and provide the basis for material revenues and growth in 2010."

Morning guys.
It is nice to get a Q with no negative surprises. Usually these Q's come out, and folks spend the entire day trying to figure out what happened to the share structure.
Dilution has been in check here for almost a year now. They have worked hard on reducing expenses and minimizing losses. Their cash position remains strong, and the growth in government revenues is a nice surprise.
No one was expecting any GKG or DMFCC revenues yet. I expect GKG revenue to begin in Q1 2010, with major announcements before the end fo the year. I suspect the DMFCC business will really be developed in 2010 as well.
Folks, we are in Pennyland, and these guys are transparent. They are working their tales off, and own huge chunks of shares. We cant ask for much more. Now, we need to allow the business plan to unfold. I think we will be extremely happy here over the next few months. I continue to add at these levels.
We are getting hurt by HDSN and SBSH today.
thanks Josh
We need some big news on the GKG Doc. Tomorrow morning would be great. Thanks
99 boardmarks now guys............who will be our 100th?
L2 Update - same old.......
the float has dried right up....those of that know what is going on, are loaded..........traders will only arrive after the volume starts coming in..........
bid starting to stack up again..........no one is selling, the float is gone, and when the DP news hits, the chase will be on, IMO.........
You guys have done a great job keeping the board active. There is so much going on right now. We know the DP news is coming. I think one day we wake up, and it opens 10 times higher.........
L2 update
lack, I just don't get that other place........definitely some good stuff going on, but there is just no control. People just go there and cuss each other.
I think IHUB has set up some real fair rules, that allow for a fair discussion.
see you then man.....I think you are going to miss some great action here early next week........
I am looking for a PR advising us that the grass has been delivered to DP, and the rest results are being awaited.
L2 update - looks like NITE is doing there thing again today. SBSH, still hibernating.
Closing L2 - not a bad day folks......
notice the time stamp on the L2 screen.........it has not yet been updated for today.......the time shown now, is the one shown for every MM every morning, before they get going....
This is nonsense!!!!
The transfer agent in not gagged, you can call and confirm the share count at nay time.
There has been no dilution for almost a year.
SBSH has been a non factor the past few days gang - they have not even signed in on L2
L2 Update
I think we will move today...........
Thanks Lochute.........it has been a real joy!!!!!!!!!!
keep an eye on us old friend. We are onto something here that just feels really right..........on so many levels........
Just the next step in the process. The grass is going to go crazy these next few weeks. They need to make sure they have the legal side of the house tidy. They should have done this much earlier IMO.
strike OUT!!!!!!!!
that is one hell of precise prediction.........would be scary if it happened that way!!!!!!!!!!!!
L2 Update - NITE buying all they can
you need to yell louder, they aren't listening to you.......lol
our volume will come......lots of eyes on us now......anything that brings some real attention to us, will light this thing.........
L2 Update
done buddy!!!!!!!!!
tommy, you are a DD machine buddy!!!!!!!!!!!!
great to have you on our team.............
Seattle, we can get certain posts at the top using sticky notes. The problem is, I can only have three at any given time. If you guys want a specific post at the top, let me know, and I will certainly swap it for one of the existing sticky posts.
seattle, thanks for sharing man.....I like the part on Chang..
We are going to see some fluff during the awareness campaign. It would only make sense that you would arm those trying to create the awareness with some news. I believe the initial research reports were quite good and factual. No doubt there are risks here. This is not going to happen over night. I can tell you, that we are inching closer and closer every day.
I am excited, but clearly understand the challenges ahead.
GREAT post Tommy.
Monk, the research is spot on. The real driver is the GKG and the leadership here is like no other OTCBB.
The fact that VSPC already has in place agreements with Samsung, Dragon Power and the US military, say a lot about its credibility.
Our IPA subsidiary is cash flow positive, and has essentially ended dilution.
Our VGE subsidirary has planted grass in several parts of China, and has signed a deal with Dragon Power.
Our DMFCC subsidiary has exclusive rights to patents that essentially control the fuel cell market in the USA and are working with Samsung closely.
I have done a few valuation models, and think we should be around $0.15 now and $0.30 by year.
L2 update - sorry for the delay guys - been crazy at the office today
volume is not too bad......almost a million now
our board is very quiet today.......
