I don’t expect you to tell me the ratio, just like to know if IRNC has conveyed to you what the RS split ratio will be.
Thanks

Just an observation, to me, from reading the filings and the generous updates you have given to me, you have the tech, patents and talent but limited resources (cash, personnel) to get to the finish line. Wouldn’t it be beneficial to partner or merge with a company/business that can help provide those resources (cash, coding help, etc) or is there promising projects in the pipeline where you feel IRNC can go it alone. Not really anticipating a response...just my limited observations...but would appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks again Mr McGraw.
Hope you can turn IRNC around.

What I was trying to say is an approximation of the budget that we would need. To complete all the software development. And a higher a customer service group for the phone.

Thank you,

I think he was referring to what it would take to launch the phone Ace...

Hope your right Ace.
Didn’t think of that, good point.
Just an FYI...It wasn’t a reply to a different question.
What I find kinda interesting is the comment about working with the largest distributor of Honeywell PLC’s in the area, testing at the warehouse and working in the labs. Suggests something in the works? 5mil or more investment?
Yea...when he replied with that 5 mil or more investment I was thrown also. I think he’s just giving an update to what’s been going on with the business....focusing on the BlackICE product for PLC’s, IceBox Gateway and the IceMicro container software and Charter is going to use their software for internal comms. Maybe he was throwing us a bone with the 5 mil or more investment comment? Disappointing about the phone, at least we know that its a no show this year and why. I asked him questions relating to any interest in the patents, partnering, mergers or buyouts, but he didn’t reply to those questions.

Hi Mr McGraw,
As a current Investor I am hoping you can provide an update on some of IronClads products. Thank you for the update on the ICE phone and the BlackICE testing on the PLC’s. Has there been any interest in the ICEBOX appliances and ICE Micro containers; also do you anticipate the service organization issue being resolved at some point this year to launch the ICE Phone.
Thank you very much for you time.

Believe me Ace, I wanted to ask him those questions but I know those types of questions wouldn’t have gone anywhere. He probably wouldn’t even respond to those questions. I thought it better to try and find out what is currently going on.

On the phone we would need a customer service desk which was gonna cost more money than we really could dedicate to it. The phones worked in 12 different countries over their networks and all that was good. Charter will start using some of our software internally to protect communications but not the phone. And the ecoterrorists started ramping up there attack on refineries in pipeline.

The phones have been put on a back burner for right now. And we're moving forward with black ice which protects PLCs, that control motors and pumps in refineries power plants etc. were working with the largest distributor of Honeywell PLCs in the country, is here in Houston. But their laboratory and Warehouse have been shut down until the end of this month. I hope after that will be able to finish our testing.

8K out but I can’t view it, link isn’t working...can you view it?
Packaging the all the patent approvals together for a PR like last April.... :)
Encryption technology should be in demand more than ever now because of this virus issue pushing employees to work remotely.
Yea..that’s what I figured. Thanks.

Hi Mike,
What is the calculation to figure out the amount of shares I will have left after the 1:20,000 reverse split.
TD is showing quints.
Quintups?
Do you think they are holding off on a PR and are going to bundle them in a PR all together as last year? Seems like it to me.
Good question.
Ask investor relations:
mike@plrinvest.com
Post the response, if you get one.
Expect heywood to show up and give you the answer. He is the self appointed savior of all things IRNC.
Fair enough...it’s up to the individual investor to make that determination.
So when Mike says:
“There are several discussions going on domestically and internationally but it very slow because of integration issues and testing”
Do you feel this is a misleading statement and he is misleading investors?
