Hopefully CV has provided the much needed leverage when negotiating with the big boys.
No doubt potential for effectiveness is there. Can they make it cost effective and is the product compatible with the vehicles/substrates for these applications? I would like to see a big player work with them to utilize its potential and market it appropriately. Will Sonny let them?
Nissin antiviral for consumers? I have no idea. I registered and downloaded for the Nissin catalogs and all tool, precision parts, auto, machine components, etc.
I would like to see 3M develop an antiviral touchscreen or tear off scream protectors. Believe at one point Sintx was toying with the idea. Similar to the tear off film used on the mask 3M sells for coating mask or used by race car drivers. Other items- Reusable antiviral Chopsticks. Toilet seats. Buttons for common items ( hand dryers, credit card kiosk) anything & everything on airplanes. Imagine multitasking: eating sushi while taking a dump all while posting on the Sintx iHub board on your cell. Should be a relaxing bowel movement knowing knowing you’re protected by Si3N4.
Outside of the occasional pandemic people aren’t going to pay a high premium for particle respirators and I am not even sure that the product would be malleable or cost efficient enough for a N95 particle respirator for the masses. The techniques used to make the material for the 3M 8210-8511 series mask is similar to making spaghetti but instead pressing a polymer to make tiny strands a couple microns thick and weaving it together to achieve the filtration to stop 95% of particles. Probably would have to use it in a cartridge respirator system and cost much, much more.
“You don’t build success sitting on your a** waiting for the opportunities to come to you.”
WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME THAT 15 YEARS AGO!!!!!!
Hopefully the BOD would not let that opportunity pass.
$1 mil would buy them 1/3 of the company, that should get them as some influence. Anyways, the company is so well-managed, who would want to change anything?
What is the excerpt from? Do you have a link?
Back to the root of the problem, why no institutional investors? Cheap investment with big potential returns? Should be easy to work up sp with low OS/float and years of manipulation by small players.
Meant the r&d.
Their dental jda ends soon, agreement with ctl is 10 years, what is up with 2022?
Why? What is the significance? That’s 2 dilutions and a RS or two away.
What’s up with the 2022 target date?
Maybe they are embarrassed of Sintx and don’t want to publicly attached their names to it anymore that they have to? That would also explain why the refuse to invest in their own company. That makes so much sints.
Agreed. This tiny bumps in stock price have massive volume on front end and just die. Probably MM’s unloading and trapping people. Unless something significant happens in regards to revenue generation this is RS. The lack of management investment also leads me to believe that a RS is in order before anything significant happens.
Need all the help we can get since the CEO is unable to accomplish that task.
What are the odds that Sonny has Aspergers Syndrome? Guy seems intelligent & would explain the anti social behavior with the CC’s and inability to utilize a PR to boost stock price.
Did the board of Amylin and it’s CEO actually have a vested financial interest in Amylin?
That’s what doesn’t make sense. Why they are not a BO target for some company, not just ZB. The IP is worth money, maybe not billions but with only 8 million shares $40 mil BO would make a lot of shareholders happy.
Why wouldn’t ZB invest in Sintx to protect their future investment? If that is the case, a couple million $ could prevent a competitor from moving in on IP.
“What I care about is Si3N4 products coming to market before 2022 and seeing a ROI.” This is what you posted earlier. Fuck 2022. If we don’t see a legitimate revenue stream before end of 2020 we are looking at more dilution & likely a 4th reverse split in 4 or 5 years. Maybe they pull through, maybe they don’t.
If they are one year out from any legitimate revenue stream it’s almost hard to say that they are under valued. There will be more dilution and a reverse split.
Why is it not reflected? There are people with real money looking to invest in companies with great potential. There is no reason why you are the only one that realizes the true potential of the company. If there is so much in motion then the management and institutional investors should be loading at these prices. It should have never gotten near these prices. My guess is that everyone “in the know” knows there is another RS coming soon and are holding out until then. He was paid that money to provide ownership with value. Monetarily, little to none has been provided so far. There may be things in motion but there has been little disclosed to the people funding these endeavors. Really just unprofessional and I see it as a reflection of Sonny as a person, not just a CEO. Great scientist, horrible CEO. I believe this company has real potential, this is what is so frustrating to myself and many on the iHub board. If he bought 100k shares tomorrow, which isn’t a stretch financially at $0.30 a share, the purchase would be reflected instantly in the stock price. Yet he doesn’t which only leads me to believe this thing will be at 10-15 cents soon and reverse share. I really hope I am wrong and that he proves all of us shitting on him fools and SIntx rockets after inking some commercialization deals. I would love to write on the board that I was wrong and Sonny played his hand perfectly.
It’s unfortunate that anyone holding now will never see a positive ROI if they don’t release a revenue producing product for another 18 months.
To say he is making the right moves is like polishing a turd. It is still a piece of shit. Stock is down in the toilet and no end in sight. Maybe issuing a PR about developments of research and collaboration would be making the right moves, especially since it is relevant to the recent developments regarding CV. Sonny Noballs deserves all the flak that comes at him.
Seems like it would be better irresponsible, and just a dick-move to investors, not to provide an update on the collaboration and the technology in development.
Proof that it could have. What are the odds that the prelim ER has anything to do with a partnership or something? Needed to expedite the verification of financials prior to deal being inked? A boy can dream. ??
That’s my concern given its history, keeping the price up. Will have to be something substantial to burn the short sellers and give confidence to investors.
Don’t want to see it happen, really don’t think there is any chance it happens, but if the vote comes up I am a strong nay.
I would rather see this delist than go through another RS.
If it’s going on here should we expect Sonny to file a lawsuit?
Maybe they’re here, maybe not. Any criticism of management is fair and should be expected with the company’s financial results and shareholder’s returns over the last few years. Debate all you want, numbers don’t lie. Maybe things will turn and Sintx will boom? Currently they are behind 99 to 1 in the game of running a business.
Yep. When one exams the actual facts that can be definitively proven, the financials, it has been a dumpster fire behind the abortion clinic. No way to sugarcoat it. The rest of the petty bickering is just noise, masking the sound of our money getting sucked out of our pockets.
If not today, it surely will tomorrow.
That’s cool. What’s your take on my question?
Why would he be so quiet about these developments? Either in on some scheme to keep price down or too stupid to take advantage of positive developments, or developments are never going pan out?
Maybe Sunny Balls could provide updates on advancements made in these areas?
I think so too, that it is at a turning point. That is why I have not sold and will ride to triumph or tragedy. Just landing a small deal or getting some management communication or investment would take a lot of the doubt away moving forward.
More so that the speculation has led to zero impact on company valuation. Many of the events are very real but little has evolved from them. Yet the value of the stock is also real and much more definitive at indicating the performance of the company and its leader. This lack of confidence by investors, institutions, and even SintX management is reflective in the valuation of the stock.
In one corner there is some decent tech with some movement that would indicate sometime in the future this could be a nice stock. Then in the other corner there is the management and lack of communication & PR’s, and the 99%+ loss for shareholders over the last few years. Also appears this is heading in that same direction. A classic battle of historical data vs speculation regarding this company. What I find concerning is the speculation seemed to have been there during the -99%+ fall.
Why would anyone care who Sonny sold to?
