The BOD adds a ton of value. Right now they are recruiting the founding partners for the fund (we're talking fortune 500 companies here). The people involved give the entire thing its credibility. This is clearly a passion project for the entire board.

The Theranos comparison is not well-taken. That was some old men being seduced by a young blonde. What did they know about biotech? An LGBT ETF is not a black box that can do miracles. And we happen to have the de facto ETF expert as our partner and board member.

Robert Tull, Barney Frank, Billy Bean would not touch this thing with a ten-foot pole if it wasn't completely above board.
