Thanks Peng! It was good to hear from you again.
I think you're right that we will see alot of pump&dumps, especially since it is at a 52 week low. At least UDSG will get some exposure. Maybe a good PR will come out that will throw everyone off! :)
Yes...Udsg is suppose to have a meeting this week.
On May 16, I spoke with Merna from the regional office of South FL, in Boynton Beach. She told me they were meeting with UDSG this week. However, she did not say which day. Their region is from Broward to Sebastion. Unfortunately, I don't know how many franchises are in this region.
Hopefully, we will get a PR from UDSG soon stating they signed them on! :)
Reply from Marketgainer about retraction
Hello Cynthia,
Our apologies, but there was an error in distribution. We have since rectified the problem. Again we apologize if this was an inconvenience to you.

Hopefully, we will have another good PR from UDSG soon. It seems like they are starting to get alot of recognition from other websites and it would be a good time for a booster.
I just noticed Marketgainer.com retracted their info about UDSG but they didn't give a reason why. Any ideas?
I also noticed that OTCpicks.com featured UDSG as one of their picks yesterday afternoon.
I got this info from Pinksheets!
Interesting news!!!

PQL Research: PQL Research Begins Coverage of UDS Group Inc (OTC:UDSG.PK)
NEW JERSEY, May 23, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- PQL Research, a smallcap, microcap, and nanocap stock research group, today announced that it is beginning coverage of UDS Group Inc (OTC:UDSG.PK).
Universal Delivery Solutions, Inc (UDS) is the first company to provide a 100% turnkey delivery solutions platform to the North American service industry. UDS has created a viable new paradigm that can provide full support to both the full and limited service restaurants, plus, other channel service chains (pharmacies, do-it-yourself supply stores, etc).

On Monday, May 22, UDS Group closed up $.035, or 21.2%, to $.20. There were approximately 94 recorded trades across volume of 609,500 shares, representing $114,000 in dollar volume.
PQL Research editor Tim Fostik commented, "Echoing the sentiment I've heard across several trading channels, this is the type of market that seems to be better suited to finding stocks looking for a bottom rather than new highs. It was only a couple of months ago this issue traded over $2, and technically speaking, there's a strong case to suggest the momentum in the stock may have turned positive. The potential from their relationship with Subway Restaurants is certainly intriguing, and their recent success in being selected to provide calling center services for a new product launch, as outlined in their May 17th press release, only affirms that this is a company that should offer a reasonable growth prospect for investors."

Your welcome and thank you for the date info, Robaction
Hopefully, we will get more positive updated news soon that will finally give us a much anticipated pps breakout. I can't imagine it going any lower. What do you think?
I'm sorry! I couldn't find a date!
I still don't see one, but at least we know there are more than the 3 stores everyone has been speculating about, there's actually 75!!! That's why I thought it was post worthy.
If your Feb. date is in reference to the software, that's why I started the post with this is NOT new news, but a great explanation of how the software works, which I had not seen before.
Either way I apologize if I confused you.
Explanation of how UDSG software works...
This is NOT new news, but I thought it was the best article I've read that explains how the software actually works and how sophisticated it is! This really is a great concept! I think as hard as it may be, we just have to be patient and UDSG will eventually pay off!
After several years of development and testing to secure our market sector, UDSG is proud to announce the official launch of our National-One-Number delivery solution designed to directly enable national restaurant chains and major retailers to significantly bolster sales. The information technology incorporated into the UDSG system is augmented by a robust performance measurement platform that will allow our partners to proactively manage the day-to-day functions of their specific delivery program with the highest degree of effectiveness and efficiency. The results are measured in enhanced revenue growth, improved profit margins, increased brand identity and awareness, and most importantly - the primary industry benchmark of greater "Customer Satisfaction" leading to repeat business and stronger future growth prospects.
The UDS solution embodies the use of our professionally staffed in-house call center providing personalized order-taking while generating higher ticket averages and increased customer service. UDSG's custom software initially becomes the entry point for the order, which is routed to the store or restaurant location closest to the customer utilizing our customized mapping program. Using broadband transmission, the order is relayed to the appropriate store location for completion. UDSG's software is able to record and track the time the order was received at the store, the time it left the store, and the time delivery was completed. The sophistication of the software also includes the polling of all the store locations to make sure that communication links are up and running as well as the ability to measure if any store is backed-up in the completion of orders, so that a re-route may be applied to insure customer satisfaction.
UDSG's finely-tuned order and delivery process has been developed to blend with a multitude of industries, thereby heightening the potential for a variety of larger customers to implement our system and enhance Company revenues. Whether it's "Leisure or Quick-Service-Restaurants," Do-It-Yourself Stores, Drug Stores and the like, our target markets are endless. UDSG is continually expanding and evolving to meet the growing needs of our industry with an unwavering commitment to our customers that serves as the Company's foundation, while operating under the philosophy that earning money for our shareholders remains the first corporate goal.
75 Subway franchises??? That's more like it!!!
Subway franchisee launches delivery service in S.W. Florida
BOCA RATON, Fla. — A successful beta test conducted by UDS, a 75-unit Subway franchisee group, has resulted in a full-scale launch of sandwich delivery service to the southwest Florida area around the cities of Naples and Ft. Meyers.
According to a news release, the company has purchased a national one-number (888-SUB-TO-GO) for easy customer use. UDS also wants to "expand its capabilities on a national level with other larger recognized brands."
According to UDS chief executive Ryan Coblin, orders are processed via the store’s POS system and then delivered by Subway employees.
Coblin said the company will send magnet mailers and flyers to about 25,000 households in the area to promote the service.
I don't understand the logistics behind stock dilutons enough to comment.
But I can tell you it was a sell!
I saw that too, Peng!
Do you have any ideas on why this is happening?
Thank You!!!
I will continue to post if I hear from anyone else.
Is there really a market for hair tonic??!! :)

IN REPLY TO MESSAGE 133...
I called Merna at the Subway regional office listed on message 133. She was furious because she has received SO many phone calls and e-mails from investors. (so don't expect any replies)I was able to calm her down when I told her that corporate had made a mistake and given out the wrong #. She was furious because she thought UDSG had been telling everyone to call her and they have not even met with them yet!!! (I don't think Coblin is going to be too happy, but I guess that's what can happen when you don't give PR's or return phone calls)
They have their very first meeting next week with UDSG!!! She was unaware of any Subway locations that have already endorsed the delivery service, but said there is another regional office in Miami, who may have this info. She said their region is from Broward(sp?) to Sebastion. Merna also proceeded to tell me they had already tried a delivery service before with a company called DSI and "it was a total flop" (Unfortunately, I do not know how long ago this was, so the market may have not been ready for this yet)
Apparently the regional offices sell the franchises and lets the franchises know about opportunities they endorse, but the franchise makes the ultimate decision if they want to participate in an endorsement such as UDSG.
So , I think another person on the board had the right analysis that they probably do pilots with some locations and utilize their success rates to bring on other locations. AND because they have only had success with their first few pilots, they probably won't have anything to tell us until they bring on the next round. So, that is probably why other subs don't know about the service yet.JMHO
So I hope Merna and UDSG's meeting goes well next week.
This may take a while!!! Hopefully, they have diversified themselves!
Here are my DD results so far...
I'm in Atlanta, Ga, so I called about 6 franchises, told them I was an investor and asked if they were utilizing the delivery service or if they had even heard about it. None had even heard about it. I also told them about the 888-SUB-TO-GO# They all said they were going to call corporate and would call me back to let me know what they found out.
I then called Public Relations at Subway's corporate office (230-877-4281 x 1683) and spoke to Kevin. I asked if he could give me any info. He said he didn't have any info about how many stores were participating and that it was up to the individual franchise if they wanted to participate. I told him about the stores I had called and that they didn't know anything about the delivery service. I asked who at corporate was in charge of letting the franchises know about this and maybe he would know how many were paticipating. He asked me to e-mail him (kane_k@subway.com) with this question and he would find out and right away and he would e-mail me with a response. He seemed very disturbed that the franchises were unaware of the delivery service.
I then called CEO of UDSG, Ryan Coblin,(561-674-9500) to find out his response and of course he was unavailable. I spoke with Maureen, who answered his phone, and told her about the franchise calls and that I would like a comment from Ryan. I also told her investors were getting very discouraged from lack of PR, especially since the stock was so low and that we needed a good, solid, factual response from Mr. Coblin. She assured me that he would return my phone call with this info.
So... we'll see what transpires!!!
Pink Sheets...OLNK
The Company estimates that it will report sales of approximately $1,127,000 in the first quarter of 2006, whereas there were no sales in the first quarter of 2005. The Company estimates that it will report a comprehensive loss for the first quarter of 2006 of approximately $3,055,000, as compared to a comprehensive loss of $859,000 for the first quarter of 2005.
What is "somebody out of date" in reference to?
I AM new to this and just trying to figure out who or what to believe by doing my own DD because I already screwed up when I bought too high.
I got in at $1.06...I would consider that a pretty high level!
(If you look at Stocklemon's website, he stated one of the reasons he thought this was a scam was because UDSG was formerly Blini Hut, who was tied to a pump&dump. Just wanted to know if this was true? Wasn't trying to bring up old news!)
Do you really think this could be a scam? I am not a subscriber to the NYSUN so I couldn't get the whole story that ties Blini Hut, formerly UDSG?, to a pump & dump scam.
Do you have anymore info on this?
I recently read a post from someone who talked to the CEO, Ryan Coblin, who said UDSG is 100% debt free and they have some deals in the works with some Fortune 500 companies, not just Subway, but that Subway was doing better than anticipated and an announcement was coming real soon.
They listed his direct #561-674-9500 and said he welcomes anyones calls.
I just don't know what to think anymore. This is such a rollercoaster ride!
Just trying to do some DD!

From Kwill: "I know I said we probably wouldn't write again, but we just wanted to give all the people a bit of information. Just to set some things clear.
1. We have been buying, and are going to buy even after the split.
2. After spending a small amount of money for some information, we found out who that stocklemon.com person is. No worries, he does this professionally he finds stocks that can move up and down easily, and he waits until they get up, and he then makes up false information so he can profit on the drop that he creates. He is a younger professional who used to be a daytrader, lost his money and he started his website. At first he wanted to be legit, to help people not lose their money like he did. and of course he went crooked once he put out the site, and now he just makes things up.
3. The company is not a scam. People like "gmoney" are not people you want to listen to. People like that want to own the stock before a split, but want it as cheap as possible. I can understand his motives, but making up stories is not thed way to go about it.
4. Daytraders have been shorting the stock since its peak at $1.20 range last week, this also sent other investors to dump out of fear. The stock price has since climbed and will continue to stabilize.
Thanks for your emails, it's been nice talking to all the investors. "

AUSTIN, May 11, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- We like stocks trading big dollar value volume! A very interesting indicator to look for is where the money is flowing into. We have a filter that we watch every morning that shows us "Dollar Volume". We also like stocks that are trading at bargain prices. As of this morning, a couple of these stocks are: (OTC: VXGN), (OTC: WNDXQ), (OTC: BDGR), (OTC: UDSG)
UDS Group, Inc. (OTC: UDSG) is pleased to announce its external agent system and interactive training program to supplement its internal call center operations. The Home Agent program gives UDS the ability to have a broader labor pool while assisting with its disaster recovery program. It also enables UDS to use agents in strategic geographical areas to balance the needs of our clients' customers located in various time zones. Hansen Natural Corp. I have to stay in, I bought in too high!
Thanks Peng for all the DD. I hope your loss wasn't too bad.
Will you let us know if they do return your calls and give you any positive or neg. info? It's hard to believe they may have only signed on three stores. It seems they would have done a test market in many different states, not just Fla. We simply do not have have enough PR. Oh well - gotta hold!
You're right! We need to know the good along with the bad to get the big picture! Thanks for the info!
When revenues are finally reported and the floodgates open, we will have to remember to send Mr. Stocklemon a post for his website!
I'm long, optimistic, and holding. Remember they still have 3 big deals in the works and alot of potential. I think the 88 trillion was a bit of a stretch, but was based in part on Subway being an 8 billion dollar company and the huge potential to sign on many more companies like Subway. So far, we have only received good news. We just need some good PR!
Why is it so boring? I thought we would see alot of action after the split. Thanks for all of the info you bring to this board.
Hi Tazzo
I saw on the Pink Sheets where NITE was one of the top market makers, trading over 2 million shares! Where did you find the other info? Thanks, ccb
I had the same question. It seems the more positive news that is released the lower the stock goes. I can't figure it out and wish I had a clue! Does anyone know when the first transactions are suppose to take place with the system in place with the travel agents? Do we know when the next quarterly results are due? I still have faith in OLNK just anxious for an uptrend. I know OLNK was promoted on the stockguru site a few times in March. If I'm not mistaken, it was a promo on Mar. 13 & 16, when it climbed and dipped. Just wondering if that could still be having an effect. Hopefully, we'll see a turn around soon. I'm in for the longrun!!! ccb
Thank you Wales and Gateway for the advice and the welcome.Trading half my position on the swings was a great idea and will make things much more interesting. I'm also trading UDSG right now which seems to be in a similar situation, but with more volume!(2 for 1 split April 21)
Any comments about the annual report for OLNK? Hopefully, they can secure some institutions soon!!ccb
Hi everyone!
I'm new to the board and to trading, but it looks like I picked a good first long term stock??? I found OLNK a few months ago on the stockalert2006 pick and after much research and seeing Herzog's name and funding, I couldn't see how I could go wrong. After reading this thread, I feel even more confident. I wish I could contribute more to the board, but am still in the learning phase. Just wondering how they will ever progress with such low volume??? Thanks. ccb
