I was hoping sproutly would have announced the JV today. From their news release of the JV, they mention the below:
"The formation of the Joint Venture is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including the execution and delivery of various transaction agreements, governance documents and supply agreements. The parties expect to form the Joint Venture on or before May 31, 2019."
Maybe next week?
I don't think we will see dilution as of yet, maybe sometime next year to expand for their own company products like Caliber.
Moosehead will be providing most of the legwork related to producing the beverages. Sproutly also had about 11 million in the bank from their last reported filings.
They will outsourcing Cannabis as well, so they don't need more growing space unless they want to cultivate specific strains themselves in the future. Alot of big cannabis producers will be growing tons of cannabis so it makes no sense to grow more themselves especially with wholesale prices to go down per gram.
They will also be packing products with copackers until in the future it calls for them to have their own copacking facility.
Hey Fellas, we should be getting news on the JV by the end of this week!
I trust that Keith Dolo will deliver as they have been delivering when they said they would. They keep us updated when needed and are doing great things as far as management.
Can't wait to see what the name of the JV will be and how things will be structured!
that was a good read, thanks for posting!
Let's go sproutly!
Low volume last few days... people are probably waiting for the news about the JV due next friday.
Looks like a repeat of last time and we might see another spike then a hit again.
YESSIR! Still waiting on that sales license too!
low volume today! Will probably be like this until we get news about the JV by the end of the month.
I love that sproutly is pretty much on point with deadlines and keeping investors updated! Great company with great management and great products to come! and ofcourse great shareholder value!
No halt according to http://www.iiroc.ca/news/Pages/Halts-Resumptions.aspx
US stock SRUTF been on 187,693 for a bit as well. Could be it is halted now and just not updated on the site yet
the FDA needs to hurry up and get on board. i have a feeling this might take a few years unless they give the states the right to have their own laws without federal government interference.. that would be the best short term resolution
Awesome! Great news for sproutly!
Lol seriously! Lucky them, but regardless we should see a nice return from this investment
Nice going! I only have 4k shares.. trying to get any extra cash and continue buying more at these low pricses. totally worth it in my opinion
Welcome to the club!!
According to this article, Potnetwork magazine will deliver exclusive interview with Keith Dolo from Sproutly in the coming months.

sproutly starts 28 minutes in.
lol no harm in celebrating for the future! I'm going to try and look for a pack around me
imagine a jv with aurora? *not a pump* lol i would think on the medical side. now that would make a stock move
From what i gathered, US assets and the like are currently being held separetly from sproutly. It sounded like they will probably get those rights when it is clear federally. But IBS has been doing most of their testing in the US for the past couple years through the partnerships that IBS have in the US.
This is great news of course. I am sure we will get those rights as well.
They are focusing on canada and the rest of the world because who knows how long the US will take to regulate. Could be years based on how FDA do their process but we will see.
Sproutly has been in negoations with international companies for beverage, food, and most likely medical as well but the focus for now is beverages and getting that right first.
We will get there. In a few years they will be monster! This isn't opinion at this point. This is a fact. They are no playing any games and are only doing JV's that are in their interest and will not allow other companies to overtake what they have. All the products that will have infuze20 and the oil will all have their logo on the packaging showing it is "powered" by their product.
I can't find yesterday's presentation but it seems that it caused a small lift of share price yesterday.
Today's presentation we might have to wait and see if it's available on youtube soon, but i will say it was a great presentation and Sproutly is way ahead of everyone else trying to get to beverages including those like hexo, canopy, and everyone else bascially. We are in the clear guys. This company is the real deal and going places we can only imagine right now.
Some key things to note that i saw on another board someone wrote and i added a couple things:
•License agreement with Infusion: Non-revocable, perpetual license to APP for the markets indicated
•Estimating Canadian cannabev market to be $1-1.5B at market maturity
•60+ beverage formulations already complete
•Looking at medical as the next frontier to tackle because of the precise dosing properties of APP
•Still working on MOU with the Jamaican firm
•Moosehead JV is specific to cannabis recreational beverages in Canada
•Global hemp/CBD partnerships/deals being explored
•Want to follow the Splenda model, where they start out as an infused product, but can be sold as a standalone product as an additive to anything
•Co-packing the most likely scenario to start, but want to own their own manufacturing
•Talking to food companies about potential JV’s – next evolution
•They are working to have products ready for Oct 2019 – will submit for approval 60 days ahead of Oct – still pending final HC regulations
•Talked about 3-5mg doses per beverage
•IBS owns the rights in the US still. Sproutly is not touching US until federally things are in the clear
That was an AMAZING presention in my opinion!
I hope that we get the rights as well in the US once it is legal.
They are completely ahead of everyone and this is going to be an amazing ride for all of us invested for sure!
Not sure but the presentation starts in 10 minutes. Could be that people are just aware of who is presenting and notice sproutly and what they have to offer.
Let's hope it shoots after and stays up!
a bit early but worth to celebrate! lol
Wonder how the market will react by the end of the week after this. hopefully todays conference will be included in news articles with sproutly standing out!

lol! now that is some funny stuff there!
Sproutly indeed will go up in due time. 5-10 years from now we will all be swimming in infuze20! lmaoo
Well, that just means we are in early! HAHA!
Also need to remember most investors won't look at a company so early and one that is still pre-revenue. I'm glad there aren't much people here because i see other boards flooded with "shorters"
Gives us more opportunity to buy more shares nice and early :)
Here is some news i found that could be good for sproutly..
https://globalnews.ca/news/5256222/health-canada-cannabis-licensing-changes/
Health Canada is going to speed up the process to reduce wait time for receiving licenses for medical and recreational. Since sproutly already has a facility and already approved to grow and make oils, all we need is the license to sell!!
As per the article---
"As for existing applicants in the queue, Health Canada says it will complete a “high-level” review of their applications and provide a status update, but a detailed review will commence once a site that meets the regulatory requirements has been built."
LETS GO!!!!
HAHA! Welcome Back!!!!

Lol! You’re welcome to get back in anytime my friend
Future is looking bright!
We are looking forward to you returning! Very optimistic and not a typical "pumper" as many might call it.
Goodluck!
good luck indeed.
There are always going to be people that prefer one or the other. Some people will want to go out and only be high for about 90 minutes like having a casual beer, or be high for hours. Different use cases. Plus, sproutly has their bio natural oil as well which is basically the same as the water solution but just fat soluble and will work like any other oil product out there except theirs has no harsh chemical being used for extraction etc.
in my opinion, sproutly is already proven with their latest JV, license to WTER, and parternship with True Aero Grow creating products under their Virginia Co brand which is already selling with good reviews as shown on their IG.
Again just my opinion, but the proof is right there. And we know it is Patent pending so others will not know their trade secrets so early so they can be ahead. with 12 years of research by dr sen, i would do the same.
Good luck to all!
From one of sproutlys interviews it is mentioned that it is staying patent pending for now so that others don't try to copy what they are doing for the time being. They are trying to keep it as a trade secret for now.
Once it is approved and released, i guess under their discretion, then they can take legal action against anyone trying to copy it.
It took Dr Arup with 12 years of research to get to this point, that's a lot of work. They don't want people knowing what exactly is done to recover these water soluble compounds of the plant.
No problem! Just trying to gather as much information as possible for the board!
This is the company in Washington State who is using Infusion Biosciences Bio Natural Oil for their edible caramel candies seen in sproutlys updated presentation: https://www.sproutly.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/May-2019-Sproutly-Corporate-Presentation.pdf

Who is also related to the company https://www.trueaerogrow.com/ using this technology in Washington State. If you check their IG page, https://www.instagram.com/thevirginiaco/ it looks like there are great reviews from their caramel candies. This is good news.
Sproutly/Infusion Biosciences is clearly making lots of move in the background that aren't really mentioned, and this is a great sign. Lots more to come. Cant wait to see what they would do for the pharmecutical side of things in the future.

YUP! YET!
Sproutly is expecting to receive their sales license this quarter Q2 to sell flower, Q3 to sell oils, and Q4 for edibles and beverages.

CMON!!!
Exactly.
Partnership is a done deal, and more to come for sure. All we need is legalization done in canada and hopefully in US and we are set to go!
Best water soluble tech in the world right now!
