inpatience is not a virtue. remeber what warren says, "when others are fearful, be greedy, and when...". if you don't know the rest of the quote, I will have the big guy hit you in the head with a hammer a put you out of your misery.
the fact remains that we are as close as we have ever been...news could literally drop any day. BLOCK MY ENTHUSIASM.
I think we are. First Isopet, done, next Radiogel, in progress. then auction off to the highrst bidder.
I agree Cameron. separating products gives the perception that there are multiple entities, and may be sold separately. in the long run, if you sell to larger company, you get more money by splitting off assets or IP. THE SEPARATION PROCESS BEGINS NOW. I hope!
C-fish is back. me likey. good things happen when C-fish speaks.
no news, means progress is being made. Remember Doc says he is acting very conservatively
not sure who sold 300000 to me this morning, but you're not getting them back until IDE submission
i feel the tweet is refering to micro-needling improvements and patents for administerind gel, not changing the chemistry...
mc73. I think you are over-thinking the financials. The last FDA meeting clearly stated that they expected the FDA to request additional data, also, a $$$$$$$$ money raise is required for planned, future evolutions. most responsible companies need money for "future" needs, and not the "month to month" bills.
I like the Easter egg theory,. at least it's "something" to keep us occupied while we wait...I mean, other than a clue, what's the point in having a keyboard in the background of fancy medical imagery picture?
social media IS NOT the way to grow a company organically.
happy father's day.
Cameron, you are correct. Cadwell laboritories is headquartered in Kennewick, just a few blocks from Vista Veterinary Hospital. Radiogel had a limited operation in a building nextdoor to Cadwell, back in the ADMD days. I don't think it was owned by the Cadwell family though.
CAMtheMAN, always great info.
my guess is that if FDA had requested data from "one more",. Dr. K would have taken the data from one of the most recent equine patients "summer solstice" or the two cats on April 21
10x volume today traded too. great sign.
my very respected opinion... we get positive FDA feedback, market cap automatically goes to $200million. that's 50-60cents per share. we start human trials? shoot, we'll be over a dollar
couple days ago, y'all boohoo-ing. just be patient. this is just the beginning.
may 2021.
This effort has strengthened our internal proprietary intellectual property. We discovered non-obvious and novel polymer/hydrogel production techniques that are significant and not published or mentioned in any patents. We are currently evaluating whether to keep these discoveries as a proprietary trade secret or to file additional patents. These manufacturing details have been incorporated in revisions to our Standard Operating Procedures for Hydrogel and Particle Production. With the essential elements of these enhancements now completed, we will accelerate our pre-clinical testing and now anticipate filing the IDE with the FDA in the next 90-120 days. Submitting the IDE after these manufacturing process enhancements were completed creates a much stronger submission with FDA and greatly reduces the risk and expense of having to do repeat testing.
it's proprietary trade secret, we do not know what the change was
c'mon guys, we are still in the running for big time reward. stocks are a risk, we all know that, but some are just late bloomers. we all got in on the ground floor, no matter how much you paid.
all indications point to positive FDA meeting on Friday. thanks Cameron for asking questions that get answers.
I believe that alpha particles are larger than beta and less penetrating radiation. my guess is that alpha would be less effective as it is weaker from shielding, such as the nature of hydrogel or oven the tumor mass. alpha would not be able to penetrate tumor mass to kill it.
agreed, I am not convinced additional $$ is even required right now. stick to your guns ladies and gents.
agreed, advertising to derby crowd would be a waste. I would rather see them use any extra money to subsidize more treatments to bolster data for FDA
some longs are more patient than others. I am holding strong.
Hondo, I wish ihub had "like" button. I would unlike your message just so I could like it a second time.
I don't think, CAMERON, that they plan to explore other isotopes at this point. I think that they are just protecting themselves from other companies who are already in similar water, ie Isoray, from using cs 131 in a "knockoff" gel.
already started working on my beach body.
I actually believe the opposite to be true. if shares are locked into an open order, it seems easier to borrow them based on likelihood of the order being filled. I am a novice so I really have no idea how it works. I love Radiogel, that's a fact. I believe we are on the cusp of a huge year.
here's an idea. anyone who is willing to sit and not flip for awhile, set a sell order for .30 cents or more. this may show strength to anyone on the fence. any thoughts.
wrinkles. you are spot on.
i added another 100k this week .068-.07. in the big picture .01-.02 difference doesn't really matter to me. micro needle application could be used for small skin cancers with 10s of thousands of cases per year.
20000 shares today that got jumped over at .0676 that did not get filled, but . 0675 did get filled for someone else. pisses me off.
"if we can reach it, we can kill it"
SC8. May 24, 2021 is hardly "very dated". and it is enough validation to me that the company has, at the very minimum, at least thought about IP security. maybe that's not enough for you, but for me I'm satisfied with whatever they choose.
answer to patent Qs...
