Yes, production is in FL and the runs are smaller batches which makes it less risky... i.e. if you produce too much and can't move the product before the expiration.
I sold all of my shares yesterday because of the Stop sign. I'm not saying that it's the smartest move, but I walked away with a profit. I'm still in shock that I ever recovered from WRFX!
Do we have a specific date on when the Stop is coming down?
So if that's the case, why didn't we have panic buying last quarter with the massive gains?
Something happened and to your credit, it hasn't been explained, but I believe my brilliant research found it when I posted about it last night. What this confirmed is that there was a one-time transaction or event that happened in the last quarter instead of a "new normal" of income.
She's not working for APRU though, just selling their products along with her other products. It's a good thing for sure though when anyone is out promoting this!
If it's what I think it is, it's another company that should bring in another revenue stream, so I'm not thinking that it's another distributor.
I think it's a struggle to get the revenue to produce a batch and then sell it along with getting the word out all at the same time. I think he's going to get it done, but it's a balancing act. I'm excited to hear him present next week and give some answers.
I believe that this means that APRU now owns that company.
This is interesting... from page 18:
Reserved common stock
During the period ending June 30, 2021, the Company executed an exchange agreement with Caffeinated Delivery,
LLC. The Company has reserved One Hundred Fifty Million (150,000,000) shares of its common stock for the transaction. The
shares are valued at FMV on June 30, 2021 of $0.0077 per share or One Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand ($1,160,000)
dollars.
Tony would go crazy if he read this board and has specifically said that he doesn't. He obviously hears some of what is being discussed and is aware of who people are.
You are in the right place, my friend! LOL
I wonder if this was what the OTC flagged them for an "active campaign" a few months ago? Would this qualify?
It's far away but if this is a national/international product available everywhere, that absolutely could come true.
Tony had an explanation. From what I gathered, ND moved quicker because of the money that was injected by the ND investment group. It should follow a similar path though and something is coming soon.
Listen bro, daily ups and downs are from emotional investors that don't know what is actually going on with the company. The CEO is going to announce new things soon. If you want to invest in Barbies, go for it and enjoy yourself. The potential payoff for this is much greater ($1+ is possible), especially considering the ultra-low prices that we're seeing now.
Thanks, I appreciate the GL wishes! I'm still not sure why having this as my biggest investment (most shares at least) is a red flag, but I'm glad you have the info you were looking for. We could do another share roll call if you'd like, but I think it's against iHub policy to ask how many shares we own.
Also, I am not in the top range of shareholders. There are others in my FB group that have significantly more than I do.
No prob! I feel the same way and hate to bother him. Once I saw that UMIG went offline, I figured it was worth it to at least send him a quick note on it and ask him a few qqs.
I'm worried that I'm going to misquote him, but he definitely mentioned about Southern Eagle moving forward with something soon. From what I remember from the Newswire is that they have a good model from UMIG and Southern Eagle is the next logical market. I didn't ask about AZ or CO. I had a list and went off script, but I'm sure he'd be willing to chat w/ you on it. He sees it as part of his job to talk to REAL investors.
How is that "rich"? Please explain what you mean by that.
My advice is that if you distrust Tony, sell your holdings in APRU. He's literally a guy that is trying to sell delicious drinks to people and grow his company national/internationally. That's it... it's not more complicated than that. I didn't ask him why he didn't prefer a giant email thread that would have taken his entire day to cover everything that I covered with him.
He's a good guy and doing the right thing for the business. The long-term prospects are very good and very real, but you have to decide that for yourself. Sitting down and having a conversation is absolutely the best way to figure that out. I think it's awesome that I was able to talk to the CEO of the company of one of my largest investments. I know who is in charge, what the motives are, where the goals are, what the challenges are, etc.
That's just my brilliant analysis though!
No, probably only down for a day or so maybe since the 1st. They probably had a payment due and didn't realize it or something. Facebook was up and they posted 6 days ago.
That's why I wanted to reach out. He posts infrequently and sounds like we're due for another round since things are happening again. Lots of investment from the ND team really made a difference up there, but we are to expect Southern Eagle to kick in here soon too. Good days are ahead of us, so it was nice to hear it from the very top from the guy who has the actual knowledge.
One of the reasons I reached out is due to the silence and then UMIG Distributing's site went down, along with their Instagram. Instead of speculating on here, I decided to reach out to him directly. The site's back up and running as soon as he brought it to their attention, so just a technical issue.
That's kind of what I thought at first, so I just tried to email him to not bother him with a time-consuming phone call, but he asked me to call instead and spent tons of time with me. He's just a down-to-earth guy who is willing to answer questions for real investors. I was really impressed and I think Hedgefun is going to have to promote me to a Tony water carrier too!
Of course, he wasn't able to give me information that wasn't already public, but basically confirmed that they're still looking good on the Japan front and mentioned additional overseas locations as well (nothing specific). He explained some of the data on the financials and it will pertain to an upcoming announcement. He spoke more on the numbers and explained in depth what they were. He explained some of the events in the past that happened where the stock price dropped which made complete sense. There were a few upcoming things going on, so really all great stuff. He also let me know some of the challenges which was great to hear his honesty.
Here is the email that I reached out to him on. He is completely open and willing to chat with anyone. dtorgerud@aprullc.com
Progress is still being made and APRU is on track for great things.
I spoke with the CEO today and I'm sure he'd welcome your call to hear an actual concern. He's a great guy and took the time to address every question/concern that I had.
I think it was filed down to the wire (like midnight on the extended deadline), so it did show up as non-current for a few days. It was current shortly afterward and seemed to be more of an administrative issue than an actual company issue.
They tweeted out on July 21st! You guys know better.
Yep! I'm still picking up shares and honestly don't care what anyone else is doing at this point. Tony wouldn't post old supplemental fins because he had nothing better to do.
They also put 2015 out there, so something is up. It makes sense that this is part of an audit which should mean an uplist is in our future. Uplist = $.01 or greater
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/APRU/disclosure
Who said that they had all the info that they needed? I don't recall anyone saying that. What is a fact is that fins are more important than explanations. I don't see a reason for anyone to be alarmed that they made 600k profits off of $1.8 million income. It would be great to know what transpired, but any ticker that I own that brings in an unexpected profit off of their excellent product line isn't going to get the 3rd degree from me.
I think it's a shame that the PPS is dropping, but that's more due to uneducated investors which provides more opportunities for us longs (aka "water carriers").
We have to remember that Tony made more money last quarter than in the past few years, so it does seem more likely that he's finally able to execute some of the rapid growth plans for APRU. I personally think it would be better if he stayed consistent with the updates via Twitter (free and takes very little time), but until I'm CEO of APRU, we'll just do it Tony's way.
Remember, no bad news or anything bad has happened that we know of. We are just sitting here and speculating. The last news we had showed explosive income and explosive production of cans.
Yeah, I'd like to hear an update, but he does this where he slams with news and then goes quiet. It doesn't mean good or bad, but maybe he gets heads down with work... at least I hope!
Right... I checked it out and cannot order Apple Rush drinks on their site either, but the products that have been selling like hotcakes have been CBD and that Speciousa soda, so I'm okay with all of that.
Tony has been quiet for about 6 weeks now so I'm hoping for an update soon.
With the production volume, there has to be some good news going on.
They're still listed on APRU's board of advisors:
http://aprubrands.com/board-of-advisors/
Some guy named "Ronin" posted a glowing review of APRU along with the Busch connections in just Feb of this year.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=161998396
Element C is carried by Southern Eagle and is found in South FL.
I'd say until we hear otherwise, we should continue to believe that the Busch family is closely involved. Anything else is speculation. I don't know what the deal is with the original Apple Rush drinks, but it would be a great question for Tony.
Why do they even bother making the best CBD drinks on the market then? Do you think the Busch family are scammers too?
Funny how that works. It's like the sources from coincidentally overhearing conversations about APRU at restaurants (twice! wow, what luck!) and chats with extremely successful day trading limo drivers.
When does troll season end? Hopefully, once the fins come out, the extreme excitement will drown out all of this garbage.
Based on what?! They produced 80,000 cans last month! It's crazy town around here. Just because we aren't getting hourly updates from the company does not mean bad things are happening.
Wow, what's your source?? "one poster on iHub", "A limo driver", "overheard MM's giving specific information about APRU while I was ordering $150 french fries"
LOL
I know it's hard not having official communication in a month or so, but this is just silly.
Wow... yeah I think you're right. Makes no sense at all unless a deliberate manipulation.
