is anyone still harassing their brokers about the restrictions?
I did my part in helping get Etrade to lift theirs!
Com'n guys, there are some big things coming up imo and this thing would absolutely fly if the restrictions were lifted.
im not sure if i should, but if you wait til about mid-day, thats when james usually answers my emails. I found it yesterday, but i left before i could get a reply. Its not a "deal" but it could potentially be big for IPEI. patience grass-hoppa :)
if santa was smart he would be loading the boat! there are some things that i found out thru my own DD, and damn does it look good for ipei. i am just waiting for an email from james to see if its okay to post.
After this im not going to repeat myself because you guys cannot do your OWN DD!!! i told everyone NUMBEROUS TIMES, LISTEN TO THE INTERVIEW

WOW look at that volume, 220 shares lol on the bid, K@ck$ukkerz!!
try putting your trade in at the ask, they eventually will fill your order, they did mine, there are 2 market makers at .15! Im not telling you to trade, you have to make your own decision, but logically speaking, it makes sense.
first off, predictions for SIIR are $5mm-$15mm, that is not MUCH more than ATIN, ATIN was predicted at $15mm... and secondly, U as well as OTHERS have their opportunity to average down, if you dont and then it goes to $2 thats your problem you only break even, you shouldnt even own it up there if you had any trading sense! but then again, you own BKMP!
oh, and lets not forget the award winning editors, producers, and actors.
you keep flogging the SAME DEAD HORSE... YES, i COMPLETELY agree with you about them being WAY off on predictions, and if you go back and read, they actually had distribution offers for the film which they turned down because they wanted to market it themselves. HOWEVER, you cannot even place ATIN in the UNIVERSE as SIIR, in regards that ATIN was filmed on DV where as SIIR is 35mm, plus KNOW actors and its based around a true story which are also good sellers!
If what i'm speculating comes true.... hahaha, Never Submit is going to be MASSIVE!!!
if you listened to the interview on Subpennyradio you would know they are still waiting on the accounting(audit) then it needs to be sent to the SEC, you guys are a bunch of whining biatches in my opinion! get a life
brokestocker - can you or therm update the ibox with the latest prs please
are the online restrictions still on ameritrade and scottrade?
nothing wrong with Beavis and Butthead!! They were quite entertaining, OBVIOUSLY you do not have a sense of humor, or you never saw the cartoon! get over yourself!
no problem, i still believe there are much brighter and greener days ahead of us! hold tight!
SOME WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT FROM JAMES:
Matt,
To quote Beavis and Butthead.. "you cannot believe the ways in which this sucks". But I can honestly tell you that Never Submit is going better than we could have ever expected. I just got back from a five day business trip and Ken was with me for part of that time. What is difficult is that we can't ever release news till there are deals signed and all parties agree to the terms and to news. So while shareholders may think we are doing nothing to improve the company, they may not see the result of efforts because we can not put out news about negotiations. I have never been more positive about this company and it is frustrating for me to have shareholders lose their morale when the truth of what is happening behind the scenes is a much different picture.
As far as the restrictions the company is taking action as you know. There are no new updates since yesterday however.
Thanks,
James
they are obviously holding back orders and filling the ones they choose..
well that was a turn of events lol
waaahooooooo .11 x .13 almost at my order!
TIIIIMMMMMMBERRRRRRRRR this is crazy, but, gonna buy more if it reaches .10
seems like the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncomming train
These MMs are driving this stock into the ground, so sad they get away with this
.14 NITE x .15 NITE CRIMINAL!!!!
believe me when i tell you, you complain enough they will lift them!
ETRD no longer on the Bid anywhere,
Etrade lifted them, Ameritrade and Scottrade still on, The only way to get them off their BS is to CONTINUE to tie up their phonelines, fill their emails and burn out their faxes!! AND Buying pressure!!!!
You cannot give up, if they tell you to stop, you tell them to stop!
Persistence breaks down resistence!!!!!
Sooner rather than later we will get them all lifted, but you have to do your part as well!!
If you didnt listen last night here is your chance;)

Re: Imperia Entertainment, Inc; (Pink Sheets: IPEI)
Dear Mr. Bornhoft:
I am in receipt of your form letter of November 16, 2006. Your letter claims to provide some clarity concerning your “decision to manually review opening transactions for Imperia Entertainment. It does not provide any clarity at all. You and all the other major online brokers placed restrictions on online trading in July, in order to assure a low cover price for naked short positions. After the company and numerous investors complained, you and the other online brokers removed the restrictions. Recently, you have imposed the restrictions again, and are giving the company the same old story as before. It was a lie then and it is a lie now.
You state that “our decision to manually review opening transactions in IPEI is a business decision made to protect both our clients and our firm, as well as to protect the integrity of the marketplace.” This is not true. Your firm is routinely not filling buy orders put it at the best offer. This undermines the integrity of the marketplace and our shareholders (your investors) have made demands upon the company to take action to make you stop this practice.
You further state, “In the ordinary course of business there are systems and processes we have in place to safeguard client assets, including regularly monitoring trading patters to identify questionable or possible illegal trading activity.” Please cite, without revealing your client’s identity, what recent possible illegal trading activity you noticed that compelled you to place online restrictions on Imperia stock again.
Lastly, you state, “This heightened review allows our representatives the opportunity to verify the identity of each account holder purchasing the stock.” Don’t you provide your clients with a secure site to place their orders? Why do you restrict only online buying and not online selling? Doesn’t each client have a personal password to protect the integrity of their account? If you have such problems, why haven’t you suspended online trading across the board on all companies? Surely there is more of a risk in companies such as Microsoft and Nestle, who trade millions and millions of shares per day? Why worry about a pink sheet company that does an average of 35,000 shares a day?
Finally, perhaps the most disturbing reports that I have had have been that, when investors call your representatives to place orders for IPEI stock, they are told that there have been fraudulent trades in the stock and are strongly recommended against buying it. This is a violation of NASD rules of conduct of fair dealing with customers.
Your firm may have forgotten that it is a regulated firm, subject to NASD rules and that the SEC will suspend or revoke your ability to act as a broker dealer if it finds that you have violated market rules.
Please govern yourselves accordingly,

Re: Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (IPEI) restrictions on online trading.
Dear Mr. Vols and Mr. Ellis:
We have received numerous complaints from investors attempting to buy common stock of Imperia Entertainment, Inc. who have been told by your company that in order to buy the stock, the investor must write a letter to management. This is another in a series of violation of NASD rules of conduct of fair dealing with customers.
Your firm may have forgotten that it is a regulated firm, subject to NASD rules and that the SEC will suspend or revoke your ability to act as a broker dealer if it finds that you have violated market rules.
Please govern yourselves accordingly.

No, Etrade has lifted their restrictions i believe its just Ameritrade and Scottrade left to remove them.
i bothered the hell out of etrade, i dont know how many others did, they asked me to stop messaging them as i was making it take longer to respond to other customers, i proceeded to message them afterwards!!! lol
More press in MMA Weekly, interview with Cung Le:

are you going to update the ibox with the latest PRs?
in the 24th PR:
"Cinetic was interested in screening 'Say it in Russian' from its review of the Sundance Film Festival submissions and the theatrical trailer, and although we have always thought it to be a commercial rather than an art film, it does have some unusual cinematic elements. In any event, we expect this film to be placed by the time we attend the Berlin Film Festival and market in February," he added.
Sundance is more of an "art film festival"
The film WILL be screening at Berlin Film Festival regardless of acceptance, and that is the important thing.
its been out since the 29th
where are Brokestocker and Thermite at?
if enough orders get stacked up, they will have to do something, jmo
put buying pressure at the ask, thats the only way, they will have to move off
