Well said Homeboy! I'm here in the background adding as it makes sense.
Haven't sold any and now over 1M accumulated. We will have our time.
Peace.
CF
My point with the OS is there is not much, especially for OTC stock. Therefore, the price jumps up or drops down quite quickly with any volume.
There are folks flipping the stock and trying to raise it and then crash it. That's normal shenanigans for the OTC corrupt swamp.
We can counter the flippers by locking our shares and reducing those available. I don't know exactly how much is held by folks inside or outside the board but it's sizeable as just a few longs have said they are holding over 1M. Take a look at total # of shareholders from INND's reporting. There isn't a lot of float for an OTC stock with growing revenues.
And regarding being green, my awp is $.038 so I'm barely green and down $210k on my other OTC holdings so I'm no fortune teller. When I look at the variables involved, business plan, opportunity to create a revenue sustainable niche in the hearing aid field, track record of the family, I do believe INND has as good or better opportunity to help me make up that loss.
Once accomplished, my handle will be shut down and I won't return to OTC. It's good for flippers/traders making some folks wealthy, it's just too blatantly corrupt for my taste.
The one thing I enjoy is when you have a solid board of good posters all trying to achieve a common objective. We have some good folks on this board and a growing company. I hope our board and the company grow stronger over the next 6 months.
Peace
CF
There are only 155M shares outstanding of which the family controls 58M. If you take just some longs on the board, we probably have 10M locked.
So there are less than 90M shares available. Maybe 80M as I counted only 10M held outside family which is low based on # of shareholders they listed.
Although our revenue for Q'1 was below expectations, it was still solid at $175k vs Q'4 of 2018 and Q'1 of 2018 which are benchmarks.
Matt's tweeting is an issue and has backfired and now he needs to keep his head down, run silent and deliver. I would prefer only when they have substantial news. Outside of that, run silent, execute the plan and deliver.
These low prices have allowed me to pass the 1M share goal I set for myself when first purchasing shares last September. Fortunately they are currently green even though I bought 25k at $.076 and $.069 recently to help support the team and our SP.
I try to not post much but want all true longs to know, I haven't wavered one bit with my position. I feel so much better about INND than 90% of my OTC holdings.
We need to help Matt understand how he can improve via communication (as we are shareholders), but also give them more time to get things together. What they are trying to accomplish is difficult. Retail is a tough nut no matter how you slice it. I know, as I spent my career in the space.
Enjoy the day all INND longs!
CF
Preach!! Go TRTC!
Enjoy your weekend quiqley and thanks for posting on the board. DPWW will have it's day as it did last December.
Peace.
CF
lol, well then bring on the mud pit of sewage and let the wrastlin' begin!
RETC
Well played Ben. Good to see you actively posting on the RETC board. Between yourself and Latrader, we have some knowledgeable traders supporting RETC and that is a good thing.
I'm still acquiring at these prices and don't see an RS for RETC based on recent developments.
Could Angelo be a Scamus Lagan. Sure. Time will tell. Go RETC!
Peace.
CF
Well said Sammo.
INND's past experience building out the retail hearing aid store model in CA is very beneficial. They realize the economy is strong and labor is tight; however, they know what they need from a personnel standpoint to get the most out of each location. I'm optimistic they will navigate the hurdles they face.
I do like the new Pleasanton location. It's a well visited medical facility in a growing city surrounded by other growing towns/cities who have a solid affluent base of retirees who will need a good hearing aid store to service their needs.
For those investors who don't know the Nor Cal market, it may help to map and see where they are placing their locations. They are being strategic and have a plan.
A little surprised our volume is low today as the SP is in a great accumulation spot. I've been adding for 9 months and will continue as it makes sense and hold for a year to watch this play out.
For all INND longs, hope you all have a great holiday weekend.
For those in CA, hang loose!
Peace.
CF
We can't have you getting into a relationship and losing focus TF! Regarding family stock, the Moore's have 57M shares evenly split between mom, dad and junior as of 10K released last month.
As far as number of WM stores they are in currently. INND has their hearing aids on WM.com only. They have been in discussions with other big box retailers (ie Target, CVS, etc) to have them carry the INND hearing devices, but nothing has been signed.
Since the family built a hearing aid retail business prior, they know how to get that done in a fairly cost effective manner. The key will be them ramping that store revenue up to come close to their $500k+/loc/annual rev goal. Good news is they know Nor Cal well so they are choosing retail locations wisely.
Since there are only approximately 75M shares available, INND can move quickly. If we can get some more investors from the hub to become aware of INND and it's unique potential, it could be a real winner.
Have a good night.
CF
The OS at 154M should be correct. Just 5M more than their 1Q report just released.
They are pragmatic with dilution and seem to get it's impact. Having 60M shares between mom, dad and junior, they have a huge incentive to move the SP north. I think Matthew has been so eager to succeed that he's stubbed his foot unnecessarily and caused some SP instability.
Considering there's only 154M OS and they are now generating revenue ($175k last quarter), I'm hopeful they can really get both retail locations and health and hearing vitamins/cbd going in the next 90 days to get some real traction. We'll see.
You are very good at DD so I'll look forward to your thoughts as you begin to dig deeper into INND. Glad you're with us!
CF
He should at least come back and repent!
Thank you for putting out the public message about the dangers of clubbing! That's why you bring so much to the table TF.
Regarding issues to be of concern, this is a family business with grand visions. They know the business intimately and now the son at 32 is CEO.
They have made some real strong progress in their retail business this year until recent issues have slowed the 25 new store 2019 goal a bit.
Their health and hearing vitamins and cbd to be launched can provide some strong revenue, if they can get slotted by retailers. If Wal Mart decides to try them out and put them in their stores, that would be a major game-changer. We'll have to see how they do in utilizing their contacts to get distribution for these products.
The other main revenue producing opportunity is Nexus. We'll have to see how they market this next generation hearing aid. I'd like to see more on how they are working with Zounds out of AZ to utilize the $1M agreement between the companies.
There are some good board posters who can provide additional input.
Glad to have another CA homie in the INND house!
Peace.
CF
Missing revenue targets one has self-imposed is never good. The market has reacted accordingly.
Unfortunately that took away from the real news which is INND had positive revenue growth Q over Q. If they can get the 3 main revenue tentacles producing soon, the back half of this year should be good for shareholders.
This unnecessary mess has created an opportunity for folks to add in the 3's and 4's again. So for new INND shareholders, the SP is great!
I will continue to add as the company is still in it's revenue infancy. They just need to focus on that and not tweet unnecessarily nor over promise and under deliver.
I still believe INND will be at $.30 or higher at the end of 2019 as Chartmaster has predicted many times. For those of us that stay, we will see.
Peace.
CF
Welcome TF. It's always great to have someone with a strong grasp of the English language on the board!
Actually you bring a ton to any board as I've seen first hand with VRU* and RDG* so we welcome your insight.
Peace.
CF
Well said. No smart con would spend time opening retail stores with all the associated issues by city.
WalMart would not put their $500B+rev business at risk backing a tiny company like Innerscope if it's a con. They do have people that perform strong DD on any company in which they do business.
The issues for INND from my vantage point are:
1. All c-suite positions being held by family. It can work for private companies; however, when you are public, the scrutiny increases. Important for investors to see nepotism is not the determining factor for leadership positions (ie CFO, CEO, COO). INND needs experience/viewpoint from outside the family and should look at this element as they move forward and make tough decisions for the betterment of the company long term.
2. Matt's tweeting. I know some on the board like his weekly PR's or tweets. I'm not a big fan as it leads to overpromising and underdelivering as you want to keep making bigger splashes and it can backfire. The company should be laser focused on 3 areas only: retail expansion, hearing health line to market and with distribution, an impactful execution of their Nexus line. These are the 3 main revenue drivers and will take more than 100% of their time to have a chance to get it right. Anything else than delivering what you say is a waste of time and resources.
3. Talk of uplisting. That should be stopped and the total focus should be on #2 above. Do that right and the SP will grow and INND will put themselves in a position to naturally uplist over time.
Having said that, INND has as strong an opportunity to succeed as any company I've invested in OTC. Low OS, growing revenue, healthy profit margin on sales, a strong target market of consumers for their products and relationships (ie WalMart, etc). Plus they are a disruptor. Those are very good things all going in INND's favor.
I am adding at these low prices and will be here to see how things play out for the balance of 2019. We'll see who is along for the ride and can handle some fluctuations along the way.
Peace.
CF
10Q - Nice to see the revenue increase on paper. I'd like to see them adjust down controllable expenses like salaries until revenue is established. Then adjust up.
They each (Matt, mom and dad) have approx. 20M shares so there's enough incentive to have the company do well. They need to spend to build the business revenue but must be vigilant on other expenses until solid revenue stream is established.

Good article. This will help DPWW and all dispensary businesses considerably. Hope congress can get it through by June 30.
https://www.marijuanamoment.net/state-treasurers-group-endorses-marijuana-banking-legislation/
Agreed. I noticed the volume and read a bit on the company after reading the PR.
We'll see how it all plays out with time sillylung.
ADGO's SP has jumped this morning and INND is doing fine.
My large bucket of shares are green and my plan for 9 months since initial buy in is to give the company time to develop. So far, they have made some significant positive strides while also stubbing their foot on occasion.
Folks in OTC want things to happen fast and that can be the downfall of many small companies who over promise and under deliver. With a small team and limited resources, I'd like to see INND focus and execute on retail, Nexus launch and Hearing Health vitamins and cbd. Do that well and everything else will fall into place.
INND only has 160M+ OS with 60M locked internally and millions locked by folks on this board. It won't take much positive revenue growth each Q to start seeing the SP above $.10 to stay.
I will be watching the company closely as I have for 9 months since first purchase to see how they execute to their game plan going forward.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for all your efforts on the board quiqley.
Peace.
CF
There are over 1,000 other "opportunities" in the OTC in which to invest one's time and capital.
CANB may or may not make it. We don't know at this point, that's why we're gambling in the OTC.
My interactions with Marco over past months have provided a level of understanding and confidence we will be trading higher as the Q's unfold in 2019 and 2020 than today.
I have continued to acquire while only selling a portion on the last run past $.10 to take some profit. Plan is to keep a base of 500k shares that won't be touched until CANB story fully unfolds.
Peace.
CF
Disagree that shareholders aren't invested. I have $86k invested in 630k shares so I'm down a ton believing in this company and hitting the ask for shares many times over the past 16 months.
I'm over invested in this company and need to now be prudent. I would encourage others to hit the ask as we are at $1.5M MC which is absurdly low for a company who will acquire 3 dispensaries and 2 grow/processing facilities once cannabis rules change.
DPWW has such a low float that it will launch on any solid good news just like it did in December.
Folks should lock their shares with a GTC of $.30 or more and wait for the changes to occur. If your shares are in a brokerage/cash account with a GTC at $.30 or higher.
In the meantime, all shareholders should write to Ron and Nello and ask them specifically what they are doing to increase shareholder value NOW as we wait for federal rules changes around cannabis that may not happen until the end of this year or next.
Peace.
CF
I went to Ron many months ago and asked him to clarify whom Fromar is as it's by far the largest shareholder entity of DPWW.
Ron would not clarify whom Fromar and when I was disgruntled he said I can assure you it's a real person.
At first I thought it was Jamen Shively and a company he owned. However, when you search Fromar from the info in the 10k, it takes you to a company outside Vancouver, BC.
If anyone has any information regarding Fromar from your DD, please share with the board.
Good points 29YI.
Has or have any longs spoken directly with Tim Warbington or Don Dickerson in the past few weeks??
If not, then we are all just guessing and the SP continues to drop support levels and will continue to without answers.
What we guess or think will happen is not what's important as investors. It's what we know.
As our OS approaches 1.3B, we will be approximately double the OS when it went to $.07 last summer. That means we have a much, much higher mountain to climb to get back to $.07 again with so many more shares outstanding influencing our market cap amongst other things.
I am invested heavily in this company and want to see it succeed. But, I don't see any posts from longs who are in communication with Warbington or Dickerson direct. What about IR as they are another link.
We are the one's funding the company and there is an obvious disconnect or trust between the investment community and CELZ which only leadership can fix.
My one allowed post so I can't reply. Enjoy the rest of your day all.
Peace.
CF
You are right about California being the land of fruit and nuts. The single most diverse and productive agricultural state in the nation. It's also the technology and innovation hub of our country.
It's INND's home along with my home too. CA has red tape, but it's prudent if you understand the dynamics of the state and INND will navigate the terrain as they know it well.
That's one reason I invested is they know how to build out the retail network from past experience doing it in CA. I'm looking forward to seeing them grow and us all make some money along the way.
Peace.
CF
Agreed. Dr. Korenko didn't need to buy more shares, he has plenty.
He did that specifically to let shareholders know he is putting more skin in the game. Regardless of it being 1M or 20M, it shows his commitment to the company, but also to shareholders.
The past few months has allowed me to average down to $.006. I am confident we will pass that mark before any RS takes place.
Take advantage while things are quiet as we know any positive news will have a flood of folks back on the board clamoring for shares.
Peace.
CF
Congrats to those who added today. I've been buying from last September until now and continue to as it makes sense as our SP will be considerably higher by the end of this year than today.
Lock your shares up in a brokerage account (not margin) with a $.30 SP or higher as we have a low float and it will help propel our next move north.
Appreciate the longs keeping watch over our board for FUD and eradicating as necessary.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for sharing your DD with the board thesodguy.
The more we share on the board, the more it helps all of us make better decisions with respect to our DPWW shares.
We are way oversold and do for a rebound. It would be great to have that new license approval hit in the next week or so as a catalyst.
Peace.
CF
Things are progressing for RETC. I'd imagine some are quietly adding at these prices, confident in 30 days from now, the SP will look satisfactorily better.
Not $.02 but a slow growth over the rest of 2019 with hopefully a couple of solid revenue prospects acquired.
Thank you to all the longs who have watched over this board for quite awhile! Your patience is due for reward this year.
Peace.
CF
Definitely not the best business to hide in if you have a sketchy past or present with everyone watching, lol.
Agree with your assessment amigo. We are in a holding pattern waiting for a runway to clear but there are planes backed up on the one runway. The air traffic controllers (congress) are on strike so we can't get the assistance necessary (cannabis legislation) to clear the runway so our plane (DPWW) can land.
The SP is definitely at accumulation point.
Peace.
CF
Who is this noyeyiditi fellow?? Good to see you around still!
Have you reached out to Nello in the past couple of weeks the stocks been dropping from that 5 range it held for the past few months?
DPWW leadership doesn't have pressure to perform as their comp plan provides them 10% of OS no matter what.
We may want to write a shareholder letter that includes our names and numbers of shares to Ron or Nello putting it on record we are dissatisfied with their performance.
We are the shareholders and pay their salaries so they need to perform for us not the other way around!
It's amazing with such a brand opportunity and revenue streams that could be pursued while we wait for cannabis rules to change. That's what disappoints me is the lack of drive, creativity and wanting to represent their shareholders admirably.
They have not done that in 16 months I've been invested in DPWW and that is a shame. I still have 600k shares and may add but I'm down so far it won't help much.
Peace.
CF
When I see garbage being spewed all over the floor of our nice home (board), I can't help but want to put on my blower, fire up the engine and blow the crap out, LOL!
The board is in great hands with you, CEO, HJ, sillylung and others on the scene.
Enjoy the day amigo.
CF
Go back to the TRT*c board with this crap. Don't pollute this board with your silly antics as no one will fall for it, just as smart folks don't on TRT*c.
Peace.
CF
Patience is what is needed. We've been on this train for awhile.
Sometimes it's good to step back from the boards and just let things develop.
I have many OTC stocks right now and this is and one other I don't worry about at all. Some, I have grave concerns about.
All's good with INND. Like I said, the new store cities point to a picture if you put them on a map. I would expect they will continue painting that picture all summer long.
We will be the beneficiaries of that work. I now have 950k reasons for them to succeed and that they will!
Peace.
CF
It may have been a mistake on INND's part with the news release or be part of their larger plan. They will rectify.
The news is what's important as new stores are key for growth and cash flow. Go take a look on a map at where these stores are and you will see the picture take more shape.
I like these new locations can see why they were chosen and know the towns well.
Enjoy the day all.
CF
Preach!!! Go TRTC!
You're not alone BDIY. I had buy orders for 15k at $.035 and 30k at $.035. Both orders didn't fill and price dropped to $.033.
We definitely need DPWW leadership to put out news regarding the 2nd Denver dispensary along with how they plan to bring shareholder value while we all wait for cannabis legalization.
They may have a buyer for the company waiting until Federal rules change for all we know which is why they are just in a holding pattern.
Unfortunately the current SP reflects lack of direction from DPWW therefore, we are left hanging on the vine.
I plan to hold my 600k shares to see how this unfolds and will add as it makes sense. We will have our day, better than December run and that will make all shareholders happy. Patience.
Thanks for all your efforts on the board BDIY.
Peace.
CF
You're on the wrong board. There is no pump/scam with INND.
Also, improve your spelling, stop using all caps to create rookie "scare" and you may have a chance of someone listening! Improve GG.
Peace.
CF
With Q1 results published soon, the SP will be adjusted.
Same with Q2 results 90 days later.
I don't like guessing price predictions as there are too many variables to consider.
However, if the company delivers, our SP will go up to whatever price the market deems it's value. That we can be sure of.
Enjoy the evening HJ.
Peace.
