Frank is tied to MediaPlex / Outreach Media, the company that created the new website.
Funny how these management changes / updates are not communicated, going back to Luke Dryer and Tim Zorn. Would be nice to see who is running what, and who is no longer around (i.e. Michael Baker).
Can posts still be "stickied" on this board? If so, could someone that has the ability to do so, stickie the response someone (sorry, can't remember who) received from James, blasting us for not understanding all the hard work he was doing, and hoped we would all be able to buy yachts someday?

The shortened window for the website launch that James announced ( after Preya said we had 90 more days) is getting real close. Let's see if it happens, or if we incur another delay.
Scratch, this is good news as this is the first time that they did not go into a delinquent status (James was on it this year!).

But it is another revenue stream to line Ballas pockets using shareholders money. Think about it… he didn’t just contract Frank Casella to do the website. Ballas, using UBQU shares, brought Frank’s company, Quick Reach Media, and rebranded it as MediaPlex, making Frank CMO of Cannazall (chief marketing officer). So frank does the marketing for Cannazall using the new website he created via MediaPlex. But MediaPlex is not a UBQU subsidiary but Frank is CMO for Cannazall…tell me there is no conflict of interest there?
Just like Blue Crush Marketing, which is a subsidiary of UBQU but NEVER reports any income but you can bet that Ballas was using shareholders money to finance Blue Crush Marketing but just deliberately not reporting any revenue on UBQU books.
Now he pockets all income derived from MediaPlex and doesn’t have to report it as income in UBQU books even though MediaPlex was purchased using UBQU shares and its operations are financed via UBQU shareholders.
This is why you will never see UBQU be profitable. Ballas uses UBQU as his piggy bank to line his pockets and not the shareholders.

If it is regulatory requirements they are working to address, the website itself should be completely developed and tested at this point. the sneak peek should show the entire site.
So as they work to satisfy these last reqs over the next 90 days, why not do whatever is necessary to complete the name and symbol change now? Otherwise we are going to see the same messaging all over again (hired a law firm to complete the forms necessary to complete a name and symbol change....submitted the appropriate documentation to FINRA....just waiting for approval....we'll keep shareholders informed as we get closer....it's almost here...).
One more thing, where is the disclosure identifying the lender that the debt agreement was reached with (announced in November)? I sure don't understand why this information has been provided (or did it not really happen?)
