There is nothing from JBII that claims to be selling fleets of tankers filled with their oil to US Steel. No where has JBII claimed to sell anything to US Steel.
Gather strength for the morning, for the morning will come, Brightly shining on the brave, kindly on all who suffer for the cause. VIVA JBII! VIVA JBII!
JBI is up over 20% post announcement of SEC slap on the hand.
. Each of these processors are capable of producing naphtha, Fuel Oil No. 2 and Fuel Oil No. 6, which are fuels produced to the specifications published by ASTM International, the organization that establishes the international technical standards for fuel products. Our process also produces two by-products, an off-gas similar to natural gas and a petcoke carbon residue, both of which have a potential market value. We currently sell our fuel product to fuel wholesalers and directly to commercial and industrial end-users.
As we move from research and development to commercial production, we plan to grow from both expansion of current production capabilities and through expansion of new locations and processors.

Our P2O process accepts mixed, unwashed waste plastics. Although many sources of plastic waste are available, we concentrate our feedstock procurement efforts on sources primarily including post-commercial and industrial waste plastic. Generally, this waste stream is costly for companies to dispose of, which makes it readily available for us to acquire. We believe our P2O process offers a cost-effective solution for businesses that currently have to pay to dispose of this type of waste.
Board posters have zero affect on the pps of a stock. ZERO!
JBI or any other.
All of the components for a third processor in our Niagara Falls facility have been ordered and nearly all of the key components have been received. We will begin assembly of the third processor in the very near future in Niagara Falls. We are continuing to negotiate the final site details with RockTenn and have ordered many of the longer lead time components for this site.
So, that means 4 will being running. 3 this year for sure.
Early in the third quarter of 2012, we made the decisions that due to the considerably higher market price for No. 2 Diesel Fuel Oil as compared to that for No. 6 Fuel Oil and Naphtha, we would make modifications (i.e. the addition of a cyclone) to the processor to enable the consistent production of No. 2 Diesel Fuel Oil. The modification caused approximately two weeks of down time during July 2012. Since completion of this modification, processor #2 has been producing ASTM D975 #2, Fuel Grades 2 & 4. Processor #2 also continues to produce a small amount of light naphtha as a by-product of #2 fuel production. The Company continues to focus on producing high quality fuel products that have the potential to generate the highest revenue for us.
How about this? Just switch to the higher dollar fuel.
That's not going to be a money maker for JBI at some point??
As of Q3.
We currently sell our fuel product to fuel wholesalers and directly to commercial and industrial end-users. We primarily use our off-gas product in our processing operations to fuel the burners in our P2O process .
After all the problems with SEC, I just don't think JBI would be putting false information in their Q report.
That's just me though.
Easy to call pps movement of JBI after the fact. Also buys and sells of the shares of JBI.
Every time a share of JBI is sold, a share is bought.
Duh! Just Duh!
Not back-peddling. The new CEO is on the line for CFP Q ending 3/31/13. Period.
Will be a star in his cap. CEO saying what he is going to do and then doing it. That's what I'm talking about!
JBI calling for CFP and then being CFP.
Funny to me that unable to communicate with anyone at Agyril. Why would that be? Able to communicate with JBI.
Has anyone been able to get anyone on the phone, return a call or any communication from anyone at Agylix?
Shares are issued for funds, services, goods, and ALL companies have done it. Check Facebook issues going back to their start. Check any company. It is not a bad thing. JBI has been able to do that as well.
Free shares held for long term as Mr Kroc's secretary, becoming multimilionare. Not claiming that for JBI free share holders. Free shares are not always sold.
Issuing free shares a VERY common thing.
I will go with these reports vs claims that SEC will distroy JBI and now issues about patents when that didn't occur.
Why would shares be accepted for services, fees, etc. if those shares were going to become worthless?
Companies from IBM to Google issued shares exactly the same way. So did McDonalds, and the list goes on. That is very common for young companies. Very common. Mr Kroc issued shares to his secretary he was so short of funds.
- Reputable independent labs have validated the P2O technology including IsleChem (process engineering) and Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (emissions stack test).
- JBI has been issued all necessary permits to operate by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).
- JBI has been issued an exemption from Air Permitting in the state where the first site will be located for the agreement with Rock-Tenn Company ("RockTenn").
- Independent third party engineering report validates and verifies the technology and economics."
This is the best info available that is factual.
JBI is doing something that NO other company can do. Turning plastic into fuel REQUIRING NO REFINING. The process is a SECRET.
The product is being made and sold.
Two processors are producing fuel with a third being installed.
These are facts.
Pepsi, as ALL companies that have applied for patents have had patents denied. For every one granted, there are hundreds denied.
The company and the new managment are on record to become CFP in the current Q. Sales have to be ongoing to achieve that.
There are zero issues regarding patents. Never have been any.
The Sec problem is behind them[assuming court approval].
Which patents were infrenged? What is being talked about here? Whose patents? What patents? This is just gobble de gook. Sounding brass signifying nothing. Just like the SEC problem.
Depends when the AGM is for me. If it is in May, I will be there. I will want to see the Thorold and NF locations.
"JBI had all its claims rejected." Link?
JBI has "patent pending" now.
First the SEC was going to destroy JBI. That didn't happen. So now it's patent infringment! On what patents? JBI HAS been producing and selling fuel obtained from plastic for at least a year now. There are two processors producing at some level now with a third to come on line at some point. These things are known by us stockholders, some of which have been on site at JBI.
Be that as it may, the most important thing to happen going forward is that new management gain the confidence of the "Street". That will happen IF JBI is CFP in the first Q. Management is on the line for that. Achieve it and the pps will move up and we will have smooth sailing going forward. Even though I have had the stock a long time, if that does not happen then I don't want to be around anymore as a stockholder of JBI.
All that is needed is to become CFP. Profitability is not required now. That will probably be a long time in coming but CFP is needed in Q one.
Alos, try getting someone on the phone from Agilyx. That's a big tell.
So since the SEC didn't get them, the patent people will?
Laughable----just laughable.
I am not aware of any fund that is allowed to buy stocks that are priced under $5.00. That is in their by-laws.
Also, where a stock is listed has nothing to do with the pps. The pps is determined by the performance of the company. "Uplisting" will not add one dime to the pps.
I thank my lucky stars that I still have my shares purchased at $.62 on 11/19/10. Wonder what kind of bagger I will get? Also have at $.71 and $.84.
Well I'll be!!
News tab?????
IMO, Mutual Fund has nothing to do with JBI. For some reason the quote for JBII was put at the end of all that info. NO CONNECTION between Mutual Fund and JBII. ANYONE?
There have been six "Whales" that bought 636,072 shares in Dec and Jan. Since just one of them reported in Jan, I think is is logical to think more filings will follow.
The news is great as it is. We don't need to throw in other crap.
This says nothing except giving a quote on JBII. What's the point? Very misleading to me.
I agree. Nothing to do with JBI.
SEC announced settlement for small fines for JBI and for Mr. Bordynuik. $100,000 and $150,00 respectively.
Nice rebound after announcement of settlement. 18% in two days!
Jan 25th. JBI up 18% since announcement of settlement!
