Would not read too much into Fridays actually
also bad news are often published on Friday after market.
But I think it will be a very positive event in the sense that we get an update on a lot of seldom-addressed aspects of this company.
Let's see if they can give recent numbers on revenues, cash, etc. in order to understand if the turnaround process is on its way. I only hope that they do not limit info to prospects, opportunities and plans but also report on real accomplishments and facts.
They are not forced to to this event so I would say that the event already indicates that there is something positive to report. Loser companies rather tend to avoid bigger calls and work on the pps by bogus PRs.
Good luck
Cal
Could move a bit today (on rather low volume)
but I wouldn't exclude that suddenly a few bigger buyers show up until our nice little info session takes place.
The call isn't available via internet, is it ? It is only a dial-in event ?
Cal
starts to hurt seeing this

Just vague useless complaining, what do you expect a CEO to answer on such a question ?
oh thanks we haven't realized yet the drop of the pps, but thanks for the hint now we go back to work.
Sorry nothing personal

You can assess the search report with the same link.
The search report is positive only one X document which is very good in terms of chances for granting the patent. However the search has been carried out by Chinese authorities. It is possible that when this application enters examination in US or Europe the corresponding authorities will redo a search and come up with more important documents. However Chinese authorities will do examination on this search report so it shouldn't look to bad in terms of China.
The whole thing is not very good or very bad. CBMC have already patents in this field and it is very difficult to say if this gives some very important technologically. Possibly they have no patent protection in China yet. That could be the reason to get a patent there now. I don't remember the patent situation in China, but possibly they have no patent in China yet.
It is remarkable that the applicant is the joint venture and the application was filed via the Chinese patent office. Mink is amongst the inventors. Could be a matter of reduced fees, but shouldn't make a huge difference because it is an international application, i don't know. Possibly you can speed up granting of the patent in China by filing it initially there. It might get important to get patent protection in China as soon as possible when they hit the market there.
The most important market barrier for competitors however should be approval rather than patent protection in the near future. But patent protection could be important to exclude competitors in the long run. So it is a good move. It is lateral flow technology.
The pps rises, some more people obviously want to hold some shares of CBMC during May. However volume is not ground-breaking already.
Just some thoughts

it is amazing to me that the CEO responded to this message
Everything below 0.05 is a steal imo
because when news come out we can end up over 0.1 within hours. There are obviously not a lot of shares available if you check level 2 action. Of course if you bought at 0.05 today and the price would go to 0.035 one day later, your portfolio looks ugly for the moment but such movements will be irrelevant when the company reaches the next stages in its turnaround process.
A demand of over 1 million shares after a PR will move this stock easily and a demand of 1 million shares only requires about 10 to 20 additional private investors with some ordinary belief and possibly some sort of patriotic attitude.
If there are news about the overall financial situation with revenues etc and if it gets clear that the turnaround has indeed become reality, it will bring this stock to a completely different level. Because then, this stock is a very solid investment (customer loyalty should be very high in this business, you don't change suppliers for such critical electronic devices regularly, don't you) and not a gambler's stock any more.
So if you believe NXNO gets the turnaround done, buy this stock now. I don't think MK or TRNP will dump their shares soon they will sell high with a nice profit which is not at the current level.
Of course, there is no real evidence for the turnaround in financial terms yet, that is the reason for the current pps (no recent results or official revenues reported about the overall situation of the company) but there is no dilution noticable from trading daily action. If this stock went to 0.035 next week this would not be caused by dilution imo. My impression at least.
This business is not a pump and dump business with lots of PRs and headlines, this business requires confidentiality and reliability so don't expect big info on a daily basis. This kind of company has an obligation to not appear excessively in public. Basically this business has implications for national security.
Good luck to all who hold this stock too
Cal
Got another 10K at 0.047
Picks from hell coming soon, lol
I guess my latest picks have also been picks from hell, lol, I can contribute in this connection if you want, lol
Got some at 0.046
got some at 0.06 - thanks for the pick folks
You see patience is a virtue
Yes, looks like a run could happen very soon
<<< when you see lots of stock trading and tiny price movement yet you have a "small float" you can bet the float is not so small >>>
this stock has obviously not a lot of stock trading and not tiny but strong price movement, so what's your point ?
I don't get these recent negative sentiments either
TRNP' business is turning companies around by restructuring them until the stage is reset again for future success, not by owning them until eternity. If they move out again some day it is just normal.
The only news is that there might be some dilution probably in the future (8.5 Mio), not really good, sure, but the only question at this stage is (and was before): Is the business growing again ? Can they revive the operations and make profits ? MK said yes absolutely very recently.
If Mike King is still correct about the future business potential of Nexus who really cares if the number of shares almost doubles (when revenues increase five times or for some similar figure). Why does everybody suddenly believe that there won't be any progress in business operations? There is no such info. Could be the case but MK says no they will be successful. Am I missing any recent developments/news.
I have not bought this stock yet but have planned to buy soon. I think the stock still might drop a bit more in the next couple of days/weeks but this is only about finding the best entry point for me.
If there is news this one will move very aggressively again imo.
And please, stop annoying MK please he is only doing research on companies but he is not a personal stock broker. He cares about companies and fundamentals not about individual profits of individual pennystock traders and PRs intended to affect stock prices.
I don't know where this stock is headed, could go either way of course, but I can't see any recent fatal events.
Good luck to those who already own this one

AVNR very good news, already gapping

Avanir Pharmaceuticals Announces Positive Results of Phase III Study for Zenvia in Diabetic Neuropathic Pain
Wednesday April 18, 8:30 am ET
Statistically Significant Improvement in Pain Rating Scale for Both Zenvia Treatment Arms
Average Pain Relief Was Statistically Superior to Placebo for Both Treatment Arms
Potential Unique and Novel Mechanism of Action
ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avanir Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:AVNR - News) today announced positive top-line results from the company's Phase III clinical trial evaluating the investigational drug Zenvia(TM) (dextromethorphan hydrobromide/quinidine sulfate ("DMQ")), an NMDA antagonist and sigma-1 agonist, in diabetic neuropathic pain.
The primary endpoint of the trial was based on the daily diary entries for the Pain Rating Scale as defined in the Special Protocol Assessment (SPA) with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In the trial, two doses of Zenvia, 45/30 mg DMQ dosed twice daily ("DMQ 45") and 30/30 mg DMQ dosed twice daily ("DMQ 30"), were compared to placebo based on daily patient diary entries for the Pain Rating Scale. Both Zenvia treatment groups had lower pain ratings than placebo patients (p less than 0.0001 in both cases). In the DMQ 45 patient group, average reductions were significantly greater than placebo patients at Days 30, 60, and 90 (p less than 0.0001 at each time point). In the DMQ 30 patient group, average reductions were also significantly greater than placebo patients at Days 30 and 60 (p less than 0.0001) and Day 90 (p=0.007).
Zenvia also demonstrated statistically significant improvements in a number of key secondary endpoints including the Pain Relief Ratings Scale and the Pain Intensity Ratings Scale. The secondary endpoints compared the baseline value to the average rating values at each study visit after randomization. The average pain relief reductions as measured on the Pain Relief Rating Scale were greater for the DMQ 45 patient group (p=0.0002) and for the DMQ 30 patient group (p=0.0083), compared with placebo. In addition, the DMQ 45, but not the DMQ 30, patient group demonstrated statistically significant improvements in the Pain Intensity Rating Scale compared with placebo (p=0.029). Although not powered to detect differences in the secondary endpoint of Peripheral Neuropathy Quality of Life Scale Composite score, the DMQ 45 patients showed a greater improvement than placebo patients (p=0.05) and the DMQ 30 patients showed a greater improvement than placebo patients (p=0.08).
Overall, the safety data from this study are consistent with data from previous studies. The most commonly reported adverse events were dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue and somnolence and were generally mild to moderate in nature. A higher number of patients in the DMQ 45 and DMQ 30 treatment groups (25.2% and 21.0%, respectively) discontinued due to an adverse event than compared to placebo (11.4%). There were no significant differences in serious adverse events with 7.6%, 4.8% and 4.1% reported in the DMQ 45, DMQ 30 and placebo groups, respectively. In addition, no deaths occurred throughout the study. Further safety and efficacy analyses are on-going and are expected to be presented at an upcoming public medical forum.
"We are extremely encouraged by the results of this trial which are consistent with Avanir's prior Phase II study in patients with diabetic neuropathic pain," said Randall Kaye, MD, Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Avanir Pharmaceuticals. "We look forward to meeting with the FDA to discuss the next study for Zenvia for the treatment of diabetic neuropathic pain given the robustness of the clinical results."
"Current treatment options are either partially effective or don't work at all for more than one-half of people suffering from diabetic neuropathic pain. The results of this study provide additional evidence that Zenvia, if approved, may be a safe and effective treatment option for the millions of Americans suffering from diabetic neuropathic pain," said Keith A. Katkin, President and CEO of Avanir Pharmaceuticals. "Avanir now has two Phase III Zenvia programs in areas with significant unmet medical need, one in Involuntary Emotional Expression Disorder (IEED) and one in diabetic neuropathic pain. We look forward to the continued development of Zenvia for these two important indications. As previously stated, the company plans on initiating a confirmatory clinical trial in IEED with a new, lower quinidine dose formulation later this year," he added.
Conference Call
The company has scheduled a conference call for today, Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 10:30 AM ET. Keith Katkin, President and CEO of Avanir, and Randall Kaye, MD, Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, will discuss the results of this Phase III study. The call-in number is (877) 558-3407 for domestic and (706) 679-1941 for international callers, and the conference ID number is 6342812.
If you cannot attend the live broadcast, a webcast will be available online until May 18, 2007 at www.avanir.com. SUWN receives Multiple Purchase Orders
for OnlySweet(TM)
Tuesday April 10, 8:30 am ET
Distribution in Over 1,700 Major Grocery Outlets Begins in June 2007
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 10, 2007 -- Sunwin Stevia International Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunwin International Neutraceuticals, Inc. (OTC BB:SUWN.OB - News), announced today that it has received several purchase orders from multiple high-end, national and regional grocery chains to carry the company's OnlySweet(TM) stevia dietary supplement product line in over 1,700 heavily trafficked grocery outlets beginning in June 2007.
"We are very pleased with the results of our initial marketing efforts," said Jeffrey Reynolds, CEO, Sunwin Stevia International. "We are currently in negotiations with a considerable number of additional national and regional grocery chains and feel confident that the number of outlets offering OnlySweet(TM) will continue to grow substantially during the next six months. Having spent years in the consumer packaged goods industry representing a wide variety of products, I am particularly encouraged by our clients' responses regarding the taste of our product, our packaging and pricing. We believe that all three of these elements will create consumer success and in the near future, OnlySweet(TM) will be in front of more American consumers than any other stevia product in the United States. We are working with our customers as partners in devising various marketing strategies that will increase in-store sales.
"We are also pleased with the growing usage and awareness of consumers regarding the attributes of stevia-based products. This past year there have been numerous national television, newspaper and magazine stories discussing the positive qualities of stevia usage. Perhaps more than anytime in our history, consumers are becoming very conscious of the importance of all-natural products that do not contain chemicals or other potentially harmful compounds. We believe that our all-natural, zero calorie, dietary supplement OnlySweet(TM) will resonate with a large percentage of consumers."
Anyone playing LDHI ?
Looks extremely oversold these days ?
I think it will run next week
possibly Monday. Still holding too.
Good luck
you are right, it is a technical play for me
although these guys are predominantly after global sales. So if they can sell something in China or somewhere else around the world it would be enough already.
They also raised enough cash recently to go on from here which probably stopped dilution for the moment.
I guess I keep it for the moment. Thanks ut

Novavax Vaccine Provides Robust Immune Response, Pre-Clinical Data Show
Monday April 2, 8:51 am ET
Study Published in Vaccine Shows Strong Immune Response, Protection Against H9N2 Influenza Strain
It seems an extra trial is currently done for sFDA
that is the reason for a delay in China
from 10Q:
We submitted our AwareTM HIV-1/2 oral fluid (OMT) rapid test for approval to the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration (“SFDA”) in January 2006 and during 2006 the test passed a number of critical milestones essential to its ultimate approval. We were in routine contact with the SFDA during the second half of 2006 and provided additional or clarifying information as requested during their general review process. Our test was reviewed by an SFDA expert panel in December 2006 and subsequent to the meeting, in January 2007, we received a formal request from the SFDA for additional information. Some of the information requested was informally presented to the SFDA in the December 2006 technical review, and is readily available. In response to the request, we are conducting an additional clinical trial of approximately 1,000 subjects randomly collected from the general (low-risk) population. We expect to complete this trial and assemble the other required information on or before May 10, 2007, the date by which the SFDA requires our response.

Just checked, it is not possible
to short DNDN via ETRADE right now
lol, what a playground
Should come down quite a bit soon
it is not approved yet and revenues are still distant. could end up around 10$ when most of the day traders and shorts are gone so the question is when you need to cover.
DNDN premarket somewhere over 17$
"-20% rule" is even more important
my experience
you could see a short squeeze
I guess +100% at least tomorrow
Are you long in DNDN langlui?
