I don't think the market is wanting shares due to the fact that the company can file the DEF14C at any moment now taking the AS to 7.5 BILLION! Then giving them selves the ability to RS the Common Shares more than 1 time in a years time from the date filing of the PRE14C...

This is going to to get ugly in my opinion.

Only time will... I hope for all involved that this is going to be a retirement investment but I don't think it will be as short timing as we hope.. Very curious to see how this unfolds.. with MKR involved I think as many here have stated that we are golden but the time frame being stated is what I don't agree with..

Company needs the ability to concur plans and then the Shareholders value will follow...

This pie in the sky dream of instant gratification is to lure those unwilling to take a step back and look at the big picture. Timing is everything here.

Look back at MKR Groups best successors and see how long those companies have been doing business with them. Not one will prove to be instant gratification.. It is their ability to look very far into the future that will take VRUS to the NASDAQ in "years" to come.

Which is precisely why this will not happen in the short term.. The MKR group is an exceptional team that will take Verus to the Nasdaq.
It is this Groups ability to allow themselves to look far enough in to the future that these plans of up listing will be possible...

I certainly do feel like there will be a reverse split to the common shares much sooner than later and the AS to be increased so that they will be able to get the financing they so desire.. with the financials that are on the current books financers will not finance in my opinion to a company that shows losses unless if a toxic lender which we are trying to avoid..

This is going to be an exceptional play but the short term plays are fixing to be shut down to the companies benefit and the investors benefit..

Well Nasdaq of course... But before we go debating the 400 to 1 max size of said split one needs to read the pre14c that covers the company for a year and see if they have written it to be able to do more than 1 split...

I'm sure that wanting the up list to be permanent and the growth of this company concrete. The company will do it in a way that promotes a strong financial base for themselves first then the Shareholders value will follow..

Not the case at all.... Pre 14c gives one year from publish of date.. the dream of this running to 1 2 or 3 cents in short term is nothing more than a dream.. it is a sad narrative that this is what is expected..

When the companies plan is published I feel for certain it will be seen that that isn't what is expected at all..

It will be detailed for solid growth that will be permanent. A quick rise followed by the exiting of the companies holders for a quick flip sounds like that would be best for the company? I think not.

Our monies are needed for this growth. Call it a story today but time will be the true teller of this story..

The top notch MKR group is there ONLY hope of being pulled out of the tail spin they have been in. Hopefully for the sake of all holders here profit margins are able to get increased and finally a gross profit be made. There is a reason the float was maxed out. These are some of the holes that made me question the Excitement being created here. This will have to be a long play and fake spikes made by small groups trying to turn a quick flip will only delay what the company is working towards.. IMO

I can tell you this.. I can't find law where the SEC is accepting tweets as filings..

if someone has,... this may change my tone here dramatically but not for the better.

Because in the filing I can't find were it says "we will not do it until"...

It would actually make sense to do it now.
In the filing it is also worded to where they can do more than one and have till the anniversary of the date filed to complete. which I am sure was to save money as well.

If this can close the day before they file the def14c at .0025 and they do the 400 to1 reverse split which would mean this would open up at 1 dollar. Then follow that with great news.. this could then start it's run from a dollar... would that not make sense when wanting to up list?

What kind of benefit would it be to VRUS to release great news before the filing of the def14c? Let this run to over a penny so that magically all of its investors can sell?

No not at all. If you do some research on some of MKR groups best accomplishments one can see that they are bar non. Definitely who I would want in my corner.
Look how long these great accomplished Companies have been working with MKR though.. YEARS!

This doesn't happen over night or in a week etc...

Just because Verus is now doing business with MKR do you think the 10K will be exponential? I'd be willing to bet it wont be. Hints the need for hiring MKR group in the first place and the need for increasing of the AS, the plan for a possible RS. True Sucessors are looking WAY into the FUTURE. Ill be buying more VRUS but TIMING IS EVERYTHING!!!

And just an FYI.. if you do some research. this attempted pump by a few assistance, DOES NOT MEAN the Company or the MKR group is pumping this.. I feel that is not the case at all.. an opportunity was found and plan decided on by....

That plan has backfired and will diminish value for all involved.. it's a shame.
