Oh yea exactly, Massachusetts, like Florida, shouldn’t be a state to be ignored. Huge opportunity for revenues and market share there.
Trulieve and Wholesale.
Here’s what my take is and what I think.
Trulieve has been preparing for an end of vertical integration requirements in Florida by seeking out efficient ways to drastically and quickly increase cultivation capacity, hence the surprise increase during our earnings PR.
I don’t think Trulieve will end THEIR vertical integration in Florida, but will outsource an “extra” product via wholesale. I also think, via the August Form 7, the “experimental greenhouse” terminology is a signal for another surprise increase in cultivation capacity to come by EOY.
I think the language used during the conference call, signifyies more wholesale coming in MA along with our operations. Due to the demand for good product.
I really think Trulieve has the potential and leadership to pull 1 Billion in 2021. And I’m not taking some pro forma numbers, I’m talking real numbers. This business is being run like a real business.
Just my thoughts.
I’m gonna stretch mine to end of Jan but I’m feelin 17.50 - 21.00 USD
Sorry guys I wasn’t answering back. I’m beep bopping around Thailand. But like the other guys were saying, I got the numbers from the CSE website. But now that the Form 7 is out, that confirms it as well.
Y’all that don’t know, can reference the monthly form 7’s, and get the issued O/S from them and see the increase of shares introduced since July, good to keep track of.
But holy moley, August form 7 says we had a day, where Trulieve served almost 10,000 patients in a single day, that’s nuts.
One of my favorite things about this company is I can really see the vision and branding, which I don’t see from the other big guys. I can see the branding spread to other states with Tru labeled stores and products. I love the videos they put out on their Facebook. Looks like straight up commercials you’d see between your favorite show lol
That depends. Doesn’t mean they will all be sold at once.
For those following the issued and outstanding on the CSE. We have been going up, so shares HAVE been leaking into the float, contributing a lot to the share price performance.
Example. A couple months ago we were at 32,408,159 issued and outstanding.
Today: 35,822,337
Difference is + 3,414,178 shares have been introduced into the float recently from those not held to the lockup agreements and not considered insiders.
Haha yessir. I expect an over-reaction about the storm.
Holdhigh. I’ve seen a lot of those commenting on payday before the hurricane, how their pissed they have to wait until the third before stocking up lol.
Especially when Cura profitability will still suck on that 1billion and Trulieve will make 380-400+ Million and take home more profits then Cura in their 1 Billion, willing to bet lol
43,000+ more grams in flower dispensed vs last week. 4000+ less grams in concentrates dispensed this week vs last week. Big flower week lol.
August 29th Kim Rivers will be interviewed on Midas Letter Live.
Should be a good in depth interview, and will be worth watching. I’ll be sure to post a link also when the time comes.
Oh mama lol
Hard to know really. I’m a long holder here, so I’m not massively concerned. Because I know, as the company continues to execute, the price will follow, regardless of the cheap paper. It’s just a shame we can’t list outside the OTC.
Cheap paper like this isn’t uncommon at all, it just hurts us more not being able to list on an exchange like the TSX or NYSE, where this issue wouldn’t hurt us near as much.
Waiting to see how far we dip into 7’s before I add to my scalp position here. But the spring is under pressure with the price, that’s for sure, sitting at lows like this.
The link I posted refers to a twitter user who dug deeper explanation wise. But from what I understand, it was I think 3 individuals that were released from insider requirements, people who got in even before the RTO. It’s just cheap paper over hang that’s getting bought up, but could be attributed to the large amount of selling. Check out the link I posted, it breaks it down pretty good.
Here’s some good DD regarding cheap paper.
B9) $TRUL's the best operating & most profitable cannabis co. by a wide margin. Rec. in FLA will take them to even greater heights. But ~3/4 of their shares are nickel paper & any free trading now can be sold for ~20,000% profit. This should at least be known by shareholders./

John. Haha you right, turbulent times for sure.
Updated investor deck for August.

You can’t go wrong building a long position, or even a scalp position, at these levels. The longs with SP averages around here will do quite well. And those who entered to early on the downtrend will do just fine as well, just might take a little longer then expected.
A manipulated, heavily shorted, stock like this is scary. But know what you own, everything will be just fine here. Going away for a month in September, hopefully I’m not to drunk to stay on top of a move upwards while I’m in Thailand lol.
This is all my opinion as of today of course.
I find low 6’s hard to believe. Without some kind of travesty causing it lol
It seems to have a hard resistance at the low 9’s from dipping further. Any dips into the 8’s have been short lived. This likes to sit JUST at 1 Billion MC, anytime it dips below it moves back up.
6 bucks would have us at a MC of 660 Million. Would be absolutely insane to be valued at a price like that, especially now that we have been listed for almost a year. And progressed much further business and earnings wise since IPO.
It’s a frustrating stock for sure! But anything at these prices or anything under a 1 Billion MC should be considered as a gift lol
Never mind the rest of the market, in a few months, these are the times you look back at the chart and wish it would return to these levels so you can buy more.
Just my opinion.
Good Stuff. Very excited for the future here.
Not a misprint. Total cultivation is now at 1.6 Million Sqft. 70,000 additional Sqft. under construction now, to be completed by end of September as well. Total annual Kg biomass capacity will sit around 63,109kg by end of Sep.
It’s the only thing you ever bring up. I’m well aware of it. And anyone that’s done their research knows it’s not an issue for her or the business.
Bedtime for me for a few hours, obviously nothing exciting today. It’s 20:12 here, and I work nights. Oh the pain of working in a location 9 hours ahead lol
But ol boy here will be a buyer in the 8’s if they hold. Yesireee
There is a laundry list of reasons why, or could be’s. And I would dive into it. But not for you lol I’ll let you just surf all the other message boards.
Oh yea lol
Cabos, get out of here with your “I know Trulieve is gonna be shut down by the FBI because Kim Rivers husband is guilty and convicted” crap
Some Conference call highlights
72,000sqft additional cultivation capacity in addition to the announced total 1.6 Million sqft cultivation capacity to be completed by end of September. Bringing total annual biomass to 63,109kg if I heard that correctly.
Phase 1 of Jefferson County buildout has began.
Clearwater location opening tomorrow bringing total to 31 dispensaries in FL.
Ready for Edibles, confident will roll out in 2019.
Connecticut only included for a small portion of the quarter
California still R&D, evaluating opportunities and strategy. Still at 99% ownership.
Massachusetts facility fully funded. Developing partnerships, dispensary locations making progress. Early 2020. Multiple calls weekly regarding wholesale supply agreements, none made, evaluating to ensure dispensaries are supplied efficiently as they roll out. Confident though they will provide wholesale as well.
M&A underway for two more states by end of year. Northeast remains interesting.
Back to Florida. “On track for 44 in 2019. Currently 49 in pipeline, actually more then that. Prepared for lifted cap.”
High profitability questioned, Mohan reaffirmed that “it included increases in biological assets, will fluctuate because of this, should level out to around 43-44%.” If I recall, that was about right for 2018 full year earnings.
No worries here. Regardless how today pans out, I know what we have here, and it will have its day lol
Btw. Reference MD&A, you’ll find healing corner acquisition costs. Total cost was 19.9 Million for the acquisition and entry into the state.
Healing Corner Connecticut serves 16% of the states patients. Connecticut state revenues was 77 Million in 2018 according to NCIA.
Revenues should be greater then 9 Million for 2019. Constantly growing but one can assume 750k per month from that one dispensary.
What I hope people see. Is the surprise over doubling of cultivation capacity in what was seemingly over night lol busy bees Trulieve. 1.6 Million in cultivation capacity now. Should bring us upto or above 60,000kg in annual capacity. Jefferson County will bring us up another 750k sqft. For a total of 2.35 Million sqft coming up in Florida by early 2020.
Craziness
I’ll be diving into it for sure. I’ll put something out in the next day or so after the conference call and reading the MD&A. But I’m loving it so far.
Only thing I can find, is VFF CEO will be on tonight.
Post the source please. I don’t see that anywhere.
A lot of talk about Trulieve EPS this quarter sitting at .11-.13. Remember EPS for Q1 was .13
Argument is expansion into Massachusetts, and their cultivation facility there. Or the Jefferson County 750k sqft facility expense as its being developed.
The thing to remember here was a 68 Million USD financing recently conducted and the fact that the Massachusetts cultivation and processing facility was recently fully funded via the IIPR deal.
So I expect minimal massive expense into profits other then the opening of new dispensaries and the associated costs of delivery, additional employees, etc.
I have a pretty good feeling, that our positive EPS will take the consensus opinion by surprise. We will see though.
">" />
VFF did well. Could bring some attention to profitable players. We will see! Can’t wait for Wednesday AH though lol
Cash on books should look nice too. Recent raise with profitability. Could see cash on books to be between 45-100 Million on this earnings.
Tell me about it lol
Awsome points to speculate on haha.
