If it was me I would lease the apartments and have an ongoing revenue stream and if this philosophy pans out look to move immediately into complex number 2. You also need to take into account the availability of construction materials in these hot zones. Houses can only be built so fast. I live in a hot market area and concrete is backed up 6 months, lumber is backed up 4 to 6 months. Even though the market is hot their are lots of limiting factors that are suprrssing the availability to generate the additional revenue that was originally forecasted.

Not sure you will see 100 plus mil volume days until we get to the estimated evaluation. Shares are being held way to tight. I'm expecting a steady increase on lower volume as those that want shares are going to have to pay for them.

Yes. I'm not sure market caps and other indicators are accurately portraying what is happing in the OTC at the moment based on how other positions are trading and the levels of share prices they are achieving. I also agree with Snoofs assessment on what the evaluation of CAVR actually is. Now throw in a hype group pumping and pushing this and we could potentially see double that IMO.
