When do you see DECN getting their EUA, if ever ....?
Here is an EUA for DECN?
E xcuses
U nadulterated
A rrogance
Lets get this device to market ASAP. - BioTech7
Not going to happen until message board posters and other non-shareholders have a new CEO to their liking, or what they really want, the company to fail and Berman to go to jail. - Plutonium
Retail Monster deal and shareholders EXCUSE!
South American deal and Interpol/bad actors EXCUSE!
Bad decision by the Judge in the JnJ lost ligication EXCUSE!
So many more to list ..... EXCUSE!
Many have been waiting for the GenViro EUA approval while some have been waiting for the GenViro! EXCUSE!
Well, here you have it, folks ..... poor, poor soooo misunderstood, Chief Excuse Officer's court jester, self-purveyor of DECN fact, "friend of KB" lays out before you the latest EXCUSE! Mind you this was not an "IMO" but rather a declarative statement!
I wonder if I can return these "Congratulations on your Nobel Prize" balloons? Maybe I can exchange them for NA (Never Accomplish) balloons? Guess the CEO cannot even fall back into a career as a fiction writer? Talk about an "industry Leader" loved by so many? NOT!
COWARDS!
Berman and his court jesters = god complex + Napoleon complex + Arrogance
Maybe this can be the basis of an insanity plea for the Chief Excuse Officer OR for the older folks on the board .....Flip Wilson's line, "The devil made me do it" defense!
1) A god complex is an unshakable belief characterized by consistently inflated feelings of personal ability, privilege, or infallibility. A person with a god complex may refuse to admit the possibility of their error or failure, even in the face of irrefutable evidence, intractable problems or difficult or impossible tasks. The person is also highly dogmatic in their views, meaning the person speaks of their personal opinions as though they were unquestionably correct.
2) "Napoleon Complex" is a theorized inferiority complex normally attributed to people of short stature. It is characterized by overly-aggressive or domineering social behavior, such as lying about earnings, and carries the implication that such behavior is compensatory for the subject's physical or social shortcomings.
3) Arrogance - The act or habit of arrogating, or making undue claims in an overbearing manner; that species of pride which consists in exorbitant claims of rank, dignity, estimation, or power, or which exalts the worth or importance of the person to an undue degree; proud contempt of others; lordliness; haughtiness; self-assumption; presumption. Closely related to the act of arrogating.
GOOD NIGHT!
The value comes from the GenViro! product. And who is responsible for that?
The "value" comes from the THOUGHT of a viable GenViro! product and all its tangentials. CEO, Chief Excuse Officer, Berman is RESPONSIBLE for that AND the SEC has inquired into "that" (PLUS, IMO, much, much more) and suspended the stock for 10 days. Its response to DECN's filing of the 550 will be interesting for ALL! IMO, the DECN 550 was the standard, "I didn't do anything wrong" AND just a step in the process to "see" what the SEC has.
It is interesting to note on another message board that the Chief Excuse Officer's court jester is beginning to lay the groundwork for DECN's excuses for not fulfilling its claims/statements ..... it is former shareholders' FAULT, it is non-shareholders' FAULT, it is never shareholders' FAULT, it is the FDA's fault for updating testing requirements ..... IT is ALWAYS someone else's FAULT, except the person who you stated in the first line of this post, "who is responsible for that?".....SPOILER ALERT, it is Keith M Berman and his legions!
I HOPE he gets what HE DESERVES and it will NOT be a Nobel Prize, IMO!
IMO, Berman and his legions arrogance has caught up with them!
GO SEC! GO FDA!
Looks like Universal Response is up and ready to go....do they know something...order form page is up and running
Did you notice the small condition? Pending FDA approval.
OR,
All GenViro! product deposits will be accepted upon FDA approval.
No FDA approval, no tickie, no shirt!
Sorry, IP ..... our posts have crossed BUT same idea!

Good Luck!
Decision Diagnostics Corp Featured with Roche Labs
IMO, this is one example as to why MF Berman and DECN is considered by myself and some others as a scam.
The statement at the top of this post is TRUE .... DECN was mentioned along with Roche Labs in an article; HOWEVER, a reader who is not familiar with DECN, its press releases, failure to execute, losses, anemic sales, exaggerations, Access Healthnet, Motley Fool, etc may draw an assumption that DECN is an "equivalent" to Roche Labs......nothing, IMO, can be further from the truth!
Here is the paragraph where DECN was "featured" with Roche Labs, "Other firms, too, are gearing up to ship COVID-19 tests. On Monday, Decision Diagnostics Corp.,DECN 3.03% announced it would provide 200,000 kits across the U.S. and EU before summer, while on the same day Precheck Health Services Inc. HLTY 9.52% announced its third distributing agreement to ship COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction PCR tests to Panama."
This piece on The Street, IMO, was done by a marketing/public relations type as it does not have the broken crayon writing techniques or vocabulary builder wanna-be of most DECN press releases.
There is a difference between being TRUTHFUL and being HONEST! DECIDE for yourself!
http://www.thestreetnow.com/spotlight/decn/
GenViro! Swift .....
"This product is currently still in development and not available for sale."
http://www.pharmatechsolutions.co/genviro.html
Can a product "still in development" qualify for testing per FDA guidelines AND can it qualify for FDA EUA when still "in development"?
When will DECN have a FINAL product for testing and possible FDA EUA?
On the same Pharma Tech page it states, "PharmaTech Solutions, Inc is excited to announce the development of a new product."
A bit confusing with these two statements ...."the development" suggests it HAS BEEN developed WHEREAS "in development" suggests an ongoing process that has yet to be completed? WHICH is it?
While you are bringing up Access Healthnet and MF Berman, let's not forget about his "experience" with Motley Fool ..... connect ALL the dots thru his many years and, IMO, a trend appears.

Hum the Annie song "The Sun will come out Tomorrow" when reviewing the list of other MF Berman-esque words/phrases ....
"plan", "expect", "project", "intend", "believe", "anticipate", "estimate", "may", "should", "game-changer", "seminal", "do good", etc.
MF Berman never learned the basics of "Deliver twice as much as you promise" EXCEPT when it comes to losses!
Substitute "SEC" for "woman" from the below listed link and Bozo Berman has a new theme song ...

Who is claiming to be Musho?
From CNBC....
The Food and Drug Administration granted emergency use authorization for Abbott Laboratories’ new coronavirus test that detects Covid-19 antibodies, the company announced Monday.
Abbott said it plans to ship nearly 30 million tests this month and will have the capacity to ship 60 million tests in June.
The tests can indicate whether a person has had Covid-19 and was either asymptomatic or recovered.
“Having more options of highly reliable tests across our platforms will help healthcare workers and health officials as they conduct broad scale testing for Covid-19,” Abbott CEO Robert Ford said in a statement.
The authorization means laboratories will be allowed to use the test even though it has not been formally approved or cleared by the FDA.
U.S. officials and corporations across America are pouring money into antibody testing, hoping it will give people the confidence to return to work and reopen parts of the economy. President Donald Trump has recommended states use the tests as they start relaxing some of the strict social distancing measures imposed to combat the pandemic, which has infected more than 1.3 million people across the United States, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.
Last week, the FDA tightened rules for coronavirus antibody tests, ordering manufacturers to submit emergency use authorization forms within 10 days.
Since the FDA issued its initial antibody test policy in mid-March, the agency said it has become aware of “a concerning number” of commercial serology tests being promoted inappropriately, including for diagnostic use, or performing poorly.
This is Abbott’s fourth Covid-19 test to win emergency use authorization. Abbott had already launched three coronavirus tests in the United States, including a rapid test that produces results in as little as five minutes and the newly released test that shows if a person has antibodies against the virus.
The company announced last month that it was working with CVS Health to get its tests “outside of the hospital” and into places like urgent-care clinics and nursing homes.
Abbott said the new test is more efficient and can provide more tests and take up less space, an important feature the company said for labs that process tens of thousands of patient samples but are often short on space.
It can exclude false positives 99.6% of the time and exclude false negatives 100% of the time for patients tested 14 days after symptoms began, the company said Monday.
It plans to submit for European CE mark approval this week.
Regarding an active or closed SEC investigation and FOIA requests ....
The SEC will "typically withhold records during an active investigation under FOIA Exemption 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(A). This exemption protects from disclosure records compiled for law enforcement purposes, the release of which could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement activities. Further, once the matter is closed, we would continue to protect the personal privacy information (PII) under 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(6), since its release would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."
For those who have been "threatened" to have their personal information disclosed by DECN filings of FOIA requests .... per the SEC, "You are correct that we typically withhold records during an active investigation under FOIA Exemption 5 U.S.C.

BTW, how many GenUltimate! Avantage! Meters have been ACTUALLY manufactured/sold to date?
What Rights Do All Common Shareholders Have?
Individuals that own common shares of company stock are viewed as the true owners of that company. As such, a common shareholder has specific privileges and rights that are governed by the laws that prevail in the state where the company is headquartered.
The most important rights that all common shareholders possess include the right to share in the company's profitability, income, and assets; a degree of control and influence over company management selection; preemptive rights to newly issued shares; and general meeting voting rights.
The Right to Share in Profitability
As partial owners of the company, common shareholders have the right to participate in a company's profitability for as long as they own the shares. The division of profits is based on the number of shares owned by a shareholder, and gains can be substantial to shareholders over time.
In addition to a share in profits generated by the company, shareholders also have rights to income distributions through dividend payments. If a company's board of directors declares a dividend in a certain period, common shareholders are in line to receive it.
Dividends are not guaranteed, however. If the company is liquidated, common shareholders have the right to assets and income of the company after bondholders and preferred shareholders are paid.
The Right to Influence Management
Common shareholders also have the right to influence company management through the election of a company's board of directors. In smaller companies, the president or chairperson of the board is typically the individual who owns the largest share of common stock. Larger companies may have greater diversity in the common shareholder investor pool.
In either case, individuals in the management of the company do not own enough of a stake in the company to influence who sits on the board of directors. Shareholders have the right to influence who holds management positions through control over the election of board members.
Shareholder rights include the right to share in the company's profitability, income, and assets; a degree of control and influence over company management selection; preemptive rights to newly issued shares; and general meeting voting rights.
The Right to Buy New Shares
Common shareholders also have preemptive rights. If the company issues new shares to the public, current shareholders have the right to buy a specific number of shares before the stock is offered to new potential shareholders. Preemptive rights can be valuable to common shareholders, as they are often provided at a subscribed price on a per-share basis.
The Right to Vote
Arguably, the greatest right for common shareholders is the ability to cast votes in a company's annual or general meeting. Major shifts within a publicly-traded company must be voted on before changes can take place, and common shareholders hold the right to vote either in person or via proxy. Most common shareholder voting rights equate to one vote per share owned, resulting in greater influence from shareholders who own a larger number of shares.
The Right to Sue for Wrongful Acts
Common shareholders who feel their rights have been violated also have the right to sue the issuing company. A court has the power to enforce common shareholder rights when corporations are found to have violated their rights, either through a single shareholder complaint or as a class-action lawsuit.

DARPA has a 'game-changer' coronavirus test that's awaiting emergency approval, report says
Complete article can be found at:
https://www.foxnews.com/science/darpa-game-changer-coronavirus-test-thats-waiting-emergency-approval-report-says
Highlights from article ....
"Described as a potential "game-changer," the test came from a project at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) that was initially designed for diagnosing those who have become poisoned by chemical warfare, The Guardian reports. It was repurposed for the coronavirus pandemic and may be able to detect the presence of the virus in as little as 24 hours after a person is infected.
“The concept fills a diagnostic gap worldwide,” the head of DARPA's biological technologies office, Dr. Brad Ringeisen, said in an interview with the news outlet. If approved by the FDA under its emergency use approval (EUA), Dr. Ringeisen said that the test could be “absolutely a gamechanger.”
"The test, which is being done under DARPA's ECHO program, is not an antibody test, Van Gieson stressed. "It overcomes their shortcomings and it looks at specific changes to a host's RNA level and epigenetic level. Every time we experience something positive or negative, like an infection or starvation, there's a mark left on our genome. We're exploiting those marks."
If approved, the U.S. could carry out as many as 1 million tests a day, The Guardian reported. Currently, testing capacity in the U.S. is approximately 250,000 per day."

Universal Response LLC
The website contains a product sheet for GenViro....which in part says, "In the continued fght against COVID-19, Universal Response has partnered with Decision Diagnostics Corp. (DECN) to help allocate and distribute their latest product, the GenViro! COVID-19 Screening Kit. These screening kits allow users to find out if they are infected before symptoms worsen, allowing for faster and more effective treatment."
AND
"The test is safe, accurte, and able to be performed by the end
user, at home, with no additional training required."
AND
"The process is incredibly simple: just take small blood sample using the tools provided within the kit, place the sample on one of the test strips, and place the strip within the GenViro! Precision Meter (sold separately) to get an accurate virus diagnosis within minutes."
Spelling mistakes aside ("fght", "accurte", etc.), has this product been ACTUALLY produced, tested and ready for SALE somewhere? A read of this spec sheet would indicate so as statements are made in the present tense.
If you use a magnifying glass you can make out a line that says the product is not available for sale in the USA or Puerto Rico. Emergency application in process. EUA or FDA is not cited with theis Emergency application and thus very vague.
Is this product ACTUALLY available now in any country other than the US? Has ANY other sovereign regulatory entity approved this product for sale or evaluated its claims as stated in this spec sheet?
Have any of the test results been published? None can be found on this website and no % of accuracy or disclaimers can be found for this product.
Did DECN vett this company, spec sheet or website?

What "prescription drugs" does DECN provide? Over the last few years, I have not seen any mention of them that I can recall?
Is this statement at the top on this post which was copied from DECN's corporate website inaccurate?
IMO, a tacit review of DECN's 2019 Annual Balance Sheet quickly raises questions about the accounting treatment for IP, Patents, Accounts Receivables-Bad Debt, and Manufacturing Equipment and this is just for starters!
That should keep a few forensic accountants busy .... Maybe MF Berman can then put out a Press Release on how he is helping America to get back to work? Maybe the Nobel Prize will be renamed to The Berman Prize?
Like the commercial states, PRICELESS! .... OR MAYBE BETTER FOR THE BABBLING, BUMBLING BERMAN BOMB aka Wizard of Con aka Delusion Illusion aka Chief Excuse Officer (and his legions) .... CLUELESS!
Maybe MF Berman will try an Insanity Plea?

They must have been concerned about the DECN SEC suspension because they added the following paragraph regarding "FDA approval" as a condition of accepting deposits. The charitable donaton line was also new ... is penance by DECN and/or its affiliates a feeble attempt at salvation or distracton? NICE TRY but IMO, too LATE!
IMPORTANT NOTE: All GenViro! product deposits will be accepted upon FDA approval. Purchase orders will be shipped in the order in which they were received. A portion of all COVID-19 related sales will be donated to charitable organizations. If you are a distributor, please contact us directly via our 'Contact Us' page for pricing.

Look Out for Coronavirus-Related Investment Scams - Investor Alert
Feb. 4, 2020
Updated Apr. 28, 2020
The SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy is issuing this Investor Alert to warn investors about investment frauds involving claims that a company’s products or services will be used to help stop the coronavirus outbreak.
Fraudsters often use the latest news developments to lure investors into scams. We have become aware of a number of Internet promotions, including on social media, claiming that the products or services of publicly-traded companies can prevent, detect, or cure coronavirus, and that the stock of these companies will dramatically increase in value as a result. The promotions often take the form of so-called “research reports” and make predictions of a specific “target price.” We urge investors to be wary of these promotions, and to be aware of the substantial potential for fraud at this time.
Be cautious of claims that a company’s products or services can help stop the coronavirus, especially claims that involve microcap stocks. These claims may be made as part of fraudulent “pump-and-dump” schemes.
You may lose significant amounts of money if you invest in a company that makes inaccurate or unreliable claims. You may not be able to sell your shares if trading in the company is suspended.
Submissions of tips, complaints, or referrals relating to suspected securities fraud or wrongdoing can be made online at https://www.sec.gov/tcr.
Although false statements relating to coronavirus may be about any company, microcap stocks may be particularly vulnerable to fraudulent investment schemes, including coronavirus-related scams. Microcap stocks are low-priced stocks issued by the smallest of companies. There is often limited publicly-available information about microcap companies’ management, products, services, and finances. This can make it easier for fraudsters to spread false information about the company and to profit at the expense of unsuspecting investors.
For example, in a “pump-and-dump” scheme, promoters “pump” up, or increase, the stock price of a company by spreading positive, but often false, rumors. These rumors cause many investors to purchase the stock. Then the promoters or others working with them quickly “dump” their own shares before the hype ends. Typically, after the promoters profit from their sales, the stock price drops and the remaining investors lose most of their money.
SEC Trading Suspensions. SEC staff actively monitors trading activity, and the SEC can suspend trading in any stock for up to 10 days when it believes that information about a company is inaccurate or unreliable. Investors who own stock in a company subject to a trading suspension may be unable to sell their shares until the trading suspension is lifted, or even after. Investors should keep this possibility in mind when deciding whether to purchase the stock of a company. Recent trading suspensions issued in connection with coronavirus/COVID-19 include:
Kleangas Energy Technologies, Inc. aka CaliPharms, Inc. (4/27/2020)
Decision Diagnostics Corp. (4/23/2020)
Predictive Technology Group, Inc. (4/21/2020)

Key Capital Corporation (4/7/2020)
Prestige Capital Corp. (4/7/2020)
Wellness Matrix Group, Inc. (4/7/2020)
Sandy Steele Unlimited Inc. (4/3/2020)
No Borders, Inc. (4/3/2020)
Praxsyn Corporation (3/25/2020)
Zoom Technologies, Inc. (3/25/2020)
Eastgate Biotech Corp. (2/24/2020)
Aethlon Medical, Inc. (2/7/2020)
When investing in any company, including companies that claim to focus on coronavirus-related products and services, carefully research the investment and keep in mind that investment scam artists often exploit the latest crisis to line their own pockets.

Universal Response LLC
https://universalresponsellc.com/
The listed contact phone number (830-391-3311) has an area code of 830. A Google search shows it as a Texas number. I was unable to find a physical address on the Universal website.
The domain name was registered via GoDaddy on 3/22/2020. The Registrant Contact is listed as Domains By Proxy, LLC.
Seems like the LLC and website were both created very recently.

In the continued fght against COVID-19, Universal Response has partnered with Decision Diagnostics Corp. (DECN) to help allocate and distribute their latest product, the GenViro! COVID-19 Screening Kit. These screening kits allow users to find out if they are infected before symptoms worsen, allowing for faster and more effective
treatment.
- The GenViro! COVID-19 Screening Kit is
fast and easy to use; No doctors or special
training is required, and the test only
needs a very small blood sample to be
effective. With DECN’s background in
diabetes testing, the process is quick and
painless.
- The GenViro! COVID-19 Screening Kits
are cleared to work with the GenViro!
Precision Meter (sold separately) to allow
results to be read in a clear and efficient
manner, without the wait time of traditional
screening tests

includes the following: two (2) sensors,
one (1) adapter, and five (5) Firefly single
use lancets.
Current virus detection methods are not equipped to detect the presence of a virus in the environment; instead, it traditionally focuses on diagnosing infected individuals. GenViro! aimed to investigatethe use of impedance spectroscopy for highly sensitive and accurate virus detection, specifically looking at the “nonlinear effect of electrophoretic and dielectrophoretic forces on the virion during measurement to enhance both sensitivity and selectivity.” The benefits of this method are two fold: Firstly, it gives us the ability to consistently and constantly monitor the environment and people around us. Secondly, it allows us to detect the presence of the virus itself, as well as any other unspecified viruses or mutants, because the process does not involve and biological information or information from receptors to be effective. Essentially, by testing the users sample in such an innovative way, GenViro! can successfully act as a
“high-sensitivity, accurate virus sensor based on direct measurement of physical properties, enabling long-term, continuous virus monitoring.”
The test is safe, accurte, and able to be performed by the end user, at home, with no additional training required.
