Indeed the DD on this board, or lack thereof, has been disappointing... this year... although the pictures you posted were a nice change, I do hope you are able to post more, but if not, I get it.
Two Curaleaf AZ dispensaries using Hypur as well... Really paving the way, processing payments for the industry’s leading top nationwide prospects.

“At Curaleaf, patients get the best value for their money. We have an ATM ($1.50 SERVICE FEE) in our lobbies for your convenience and we now proudly accept electronic payments through Hypur!”

At Curaleaf, progress is well underway toward building a major national retail chain in both medical and adult-use categories. The Massachusetts-based company currently operates dispensaries in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, and New York. Licenses are in process for California and Pennsylvania.
According to the corporate website, Curaleaf is focused “on highly populated, limited-license states.”
Curaleaf’s forty-two dispensary locations integrate vertically with the rest of the company’s holdings, which include twelve cultivation sites and ten processing facilities in twelve legal states. Curaleaf Senior Vice-President of Retail Operations Chris Melillo said the best-selling product categories across all stores are dried flower and cannabis oil. With more than 100,000 registered patients, Curaleaf serves a diverse cross-section of American consumers that, according to Melillo, includes “minors suffering from epilepsy, veterans suffering from PTSD, and grandmothers with chronic pain.”
“Compliance is the cornerstone of our business,” he said, responding diplomatically about the complicated regulatory challenges of operating in several states. “It protects us and our patients. We have compliance experts in our senior leadership team and compliance experts in every state. It is a critical part of the Curaleaf business.”

Well, that sucks...look at it this way, a good trade is a good trade :) And on top of bustin’ your balls a little... I’m assuming the distress coming from the kitchen was nothing worth calling an ambulance over, which is something to be grateful for... I do hope all is well over there.
Nice find on Simplifya, the synergies will be well composed and on the same page...this was all that I had on their new additions, much easier on the eyes lol
Let's give a warm welcome to our newest team member, Emma! We're thrilled to have you join the #Simplifya reg affairs team! 👏 pic.twitter.com/Dwjxay6RnK

Is that 25 million on the nose?
We'll be coming to PA soon! We're working with @GTIGrows to expand across the US into its other locations.

Awesome publicity being broadcast over the greater OKC area...I wonder how many other dispensary owners saw that...
By the way, Oklahoma’s dispensary list is 87 pages long, listing 1,473 licenses...

Looking good this morning!

LOL have a great day
I have confidence in the Olesens and am not concerned with XYZ or Goulding whatsoever. This is the WSRC board.
Don’t know why you’re coming on so strong, the silence from the company should be enough for you to get a great entry, maybe you should try the same tactic ;)
Well, if I were a lawyer I wouldn’t mess around with the OTC in general, that’s for sure.
There are over 1.3 million active attorneys in the U.S. right now.
There are 1510 attorneys on otc markets WORLDWIDE list for securities counsel on the service provider list and if you click on a few of them you can see that list includes prohibited service providers, attorneys that aren’t currently representing any otc companies or they only represent one or two companies...so it’s not like Mr Johnson can just go downtown and hire a new one.
The answers you seek are in the first two links :)
“Is WSRC doing anything to do with CBD eatables? I know Dr Goulding was, but it appears he is no longer involved with WSRC, so who is doing the research? “
I think we are covered in regards to the scientific aspect of the business if that’s what you meant by ‘research’

I think it will take a while... the FDA is merely collecting data from industry pros on the 31st...
Yes I still believe there is great potential here, however it may take a while to be realized. It’s easy to see how much the price the swings so any solid catalyst will this nicely. Now, if we could just find a lawyer with the balls to put his name on paper...
I’m not trying to put words in your mouth or come across in hostile way whatsoever...I’m still maintaining the train of thought that the Olesen’s are still very much involved with WCFI. The Olesens whole foundation is built upon high quality organic products and infused edibles is one of the main reasons they got involved here. I have posted DD on Brian making an effort to become a certified organic hemp company from two years ago and looking at the history of Plum Daisy I expect nothing less than top notch, government compliant product from them, which is not going to happen until the FDA sets the guidelines for such. In the meantime Potnetwork is is receiving warning letters from the FDA... So if they want to stockpile inventory, tune up formulations and growing techniques and prepare to acquire as many government endorsements as possible, that’s fine with me. Growth may be slowed down but I’m of the opinion that they will be ready when the time comes...
Why are the ‘sister’ companies so great? Do they have funding yet? What are they going to sell, biomass for construction and textiles? How much is that worth?
Big money is infused edibles imo and the FDA needs to sort that out...
Just food for thought

I’d like to support that statement by pointing out the fact that 3531 G rd is owned by WCFI LLC & 5xR LLC...
https://emap.mesacounty.us/assessor_lookup/Assessor_Parcel_Report.aspx?Account=R025617
As you can see 5xR was formed by Susan Eliya, who happens to be a prominent multi-state real estate investor based in Colorado...

3531 G rd was sold for $445,000, now imagine if she was interested in going in on some of the dry farming land within reach of WSRC’s water supply, which costs about $1000 per acre...
How is the recon going on 3531 G?

The Company’s focus has been quality control, ongoing product refinement and building inventory necessary for consistent contract fulfillment. During this process a range of certifications are being obtained and testing disciplines implemented to better differentiate the Company from its competition.
The founders of WCFI together with their highly trained and qualified staff represent a distinct advantage to the Company and its shareholders. With their in- depth knowledge and 20-year history of successful organic farming, internationally acclaimed organic food product development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution, these experts have demonstrated their experience to be invaluable.
The founder’s expertise in scientific product formulation, combined with other specialized management and operational skills will serve to make the Company successful in this new and exciting foray into the vertically-integrated, “soil-to- shelf” organically-produced high-quality CBD and broad-spectrum cannabinoid products for use in pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals—for both wholesale and retail consumption. Product “off-take” opportunities abound. Product testing and delivery is currently underway for third-party beverage companies; proprietary pharmaceutical products companies; nutritional products companies, and wellness product companies for both “private label” and “in-house” distribution to meet a vast and growing market opportunity ahead.
With that opportunity comes the need to expand operations over the coming months to establish increased-volume production—investment in land, water, crops, greenhouses, laboratory facilities, manufacturing system, delivery systems, and staffing—and the capital necessary to optimize revenues to become self- funding over the next 12-18 months. The Company is working with a variety of prospective capital partners to that purpose. While contractual agreements in place with 3rd party public companies at the time of the September 30, 2018 Quarterly Report have since expired, the Company has cultivated new relationships with alternative capital sources to complete and expand oprtations as described.

U.S. Hemp Moving Forward with USDA Organic Certifications
On April 20, 2017
Brian Olesen, an organic farmer and owner of Plum Daisy Jams and Jellies, told Hemp Business Journal it can take three years to get a farm to organic certified. “I’m here to learn about organic hemp and this opportunity,” he said. “We grow organic apricots, peaches and plums—check out our jams on QVC.”
https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2019/04/02/fda-sets-first-hearing-on-legalizing-cannabis-compound-cbd.html
The Food and Drug Administration has set its first public hearing on legalizing CBD in food and drinks, to figure out how to regulate the newly legalized cannabis product. The hearing will take place on May 31.
The agency wants data on CBD's safety in food products and feedback on how it might regulate manufacturing, marketing and labeling, according to a notice posted Tuesday in the Federal Register.
Outgoing FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb named Principal Deputy Commissioner Amy Abernethy and Principal Associate Commissioner for Policy Lowell Schiller to co-chair a high-level working group tasked with evaluating the issue.
CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a non-psychoactive compound found in the cannabis plant that promises to relax the body without altering the mind like THC. Congress legalized CBD derived from hemp in December.
This was supposed to lead to a surge in consumer products infused with the cannabis compound. However, the FDA's rules prohibiting the addition of CBD to food and drinks have kept most large companies on the sidelines, though a number of start-ups have jumped in anyway.
Facing calls from Congress, the FDA has privately been searching for a solution. It will now take its efforts public, first with the meeting, which will take place at its headquarters near Washington, D.C. Gottlieb said the working group plans to share its findings as soon as this summer.
Dropped a pin on google maps in front of 3571 G rd to see the street view. It shows fruit trees instead of the pile and structure behind... :)

Adding today?
Great! Looking forward to it, thank you
It is also on G road, 3531...

I think it’s great that you’re posting these pics, I for one really appreciate it. Do you have anything on their ten acre property down the street?
Hope you are well my good man :)
I’m sticking around as long as Olesen crew does...and the FDA needs to establish some solid regs for this whole hemp situation... we can only go so far as of now and you know this cbd will fetch more if it says USDA organic on it...
Oh OK, that’s good, more growing time, multiple harvests inside... I was envisioning the footage released last year...
Looking at this link they could be developing the seedlings in the greenhouses still...
https://www.hempbasics.com/hhusb/hh2cul.htm
The ten day forecast shows no threat of frost, it shouldn’t be long before they are transplanted...
It’s 71 degrees in Palisade now, they should have seedlings in the ground growing into juvenile plants with irrigation set up to water in the morning. I would expect any maintenance in the field would be done earlier in the day into the heat of the day, not at 5:30. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were gone, probably into supper...
Did your man notice any plant life in the ground?
I think someone has been working on compounding shares in the 4-6 channel for months, has a couple million plus at little to no cost, exhausted the channel and induced selling to create a new lower channel to start putting their original capital into to increase their position exponentially. It’s not I, but it’s a perfect scenario with the lack of news and loss of patience abroad... but what do I know-
-Follow up on Carl’s jr CBD burger-
The CBD oil, which is derived from hemp, is being provided by Colorado-based BlueBird Botanicals.
https://kdvr.com/2019/04/17/carls-jr-to-test-cbd-infused-burger-on-4-20-in-denver/amp/
BTW they are getting $10,000 for a kilo of bulk isolate-
https://bluebirdbotanicals.com/product/bulk-cbd-isolate/
-and WSRC is sitting on hundreds of kilos-
I would think that the majority of last year’s crop is processed by now. The Vitalis 90L is capable of running through 100 lbs a day and there are 21,000 lbs of kief to deal with...six months since harvest minus dry time (?) oh who knows... at this point I’m paying more attention to what the FDA is doing because I believe the Olesen’s are going for full compliance and USDA organic certification. No point in putting infused products out now if they are going to be pulled off the shelf only to perish.
I wonder who is infusing the Santa Fe sauce...
