That's what I am counting for! I'm afraid though, with this type of stock, you need to be hypervigilant, as it will go up one day, and take massive dump another. Seen it happen plenty of times.

While I can't wait for share cancellation, low float will make it a more volatile. Which can be good, as low float stocks do produce high yields, but also high losses.

i'm curious myself. It's kind of irritating that they only got permits recently. They should have pulled permits a year ago when they acquired the jobsite.

Based on how slow things are moving, I doubt they did anything. They love to post pictures of an empty lot, tell you they made progress, so if anything was done, i'm sure they would have posted something by now.

Totally agree with you. They had the site ready since September when they posted the first week. By now, simple warehouse type of facility should have been built.

They practically showed the same photo as they did in September. Nothing substantial. I'm a project manager in construction field, let them hire me, i'll build their facility so fast. There is probably some red tape they are trying to go through.

Glad to see bid price go up. But people have to stop selling themselves short. Pulling their shares too early, this is going to go above .02 soon. You're just missing out on a lot of profits if you hang on a bit longer. I have been holding since December 2017 and have 150% return already. I'm sure I can get easy 300% on this.

I just posted a comment, but what I think will happen, right now is the price adjustment for the cancellation of shares. At least I assume it is. If that is the case, then once the official news hits that the shares are cancelled, the price will drop. Tempted to take profits. I'm 96% up right now.

To be honest, I am scared right now and tempted to take my profits. If this is a reaction to the cancellation of the shares, then price is most likely adjusted for it already. So when the news hits, it will drop. Seen it happen couple of times.
