You should put your money in another stock---one that is 97% certain to make you money...like GM, C, CITI, etc. You know the symbols---the big board stocks that offer no risk.

Your synopsis of NEOM is 70-80% right on. There is obviously no way that you can be 97% certain that you will make money from any BB stock. Why waste your time seeking the unattainable.

This board is full of great DD---read the posts going back to atound February of '09 and you'll know as much as anyone here. All of the information is there, spread out for you.

No one here is surprised at what they've been doing. We're only surprised that the ineffective SEC is finally (maybe) getting around to do something about it.

Also, most of the "long-longs" pre-date YA's activities and had to decide whether to take their loss or live with YA. (Aren't you in that same group, LR?)

None of the phone manufacturers pay for ANY app...they simply split the income with the app developer. The I-phone splits 30% for Apple, 70% for the developer.

Right NOW, with Samsung preloading Scanbuy and SE preloading Neoreader, we are in a wonderful position to gain from the resurgence in the economy.

2008 and 2009 saw a srong drop in the sale of mobile phones pretty much across the board including all of the important manufacturers. Sales are already starting to recover and NEOM will be right in the middle AND THESE ARE MONEY GENERATING ALLIANCES!!!

Keep building your positions---you will all be rewarded!

WHOHA! Really interesting article. It lets you put some numbers down on paper.

What is NEOM worth?

First of all...what is HipCricket worth? 500 million? Probably---don't we own 20%? If so that's a 100 million right there.

If Goog paid 750 million for Admob then NEOM, with all of its' patents, should be worth 1.5 billion.

Add on the 100 million (Hipcricket) and we're up to 1.6 billion.

Now, let's try to place a value on the Scanbuy, 10 year deal and the Nuestar deal.

Scanbuy: Look at Admobs numbers and it's easy to place a value on Scanbuy's deals of a couple of hundred million. Let's round out everything (with Nuestar and any other licenses and contracts in the mix) to 2 billion.

I'm at $.83...and I'm not even breathing hard. What premium could boost the price even higher? Bidding war? (Very possible---Yahoo-Bing have Goog on the run---what's another half a billion to them?
CHICK-FEED!

I think that there is a very real possibility that our little NEOM
could fetch upwards of $1.50 per share...and that my friends is within the next 6 months.

Stay a public company, move to the NASDAQ, start showing those earnings that we know are coming,and, and, and...
$5 per share within a year.

Clawmann, that's EXACTLY what I was thinking as I read through the 10Q and the many posts dissecting it. Just as they've done over the last half year, they've been getting everything "cleaned up."

JP, I think that lain rates way higher than a C-, I'd say B+ working on A-...with an A+ in his future!

He has had so much to overcome and with YA looking over his shoulder. Now that he has made NEOM into a REAL company he can "go for the dough!" and get our financing in order.

It's hard to believe but the patent decision only happened ten months ago and look at everything that has transpired since then.

Also, when our PPS goes UP---everyone says, "YA has stopped selling." When it goes DOWN, they say "YA IS selling." There's more holding back our PPS than YA.

We need to get the financing straightened out.

We need to make contacts in the investment community.

We need to show REAL, "dineros on the table" EARNINGS.

All of these things will happen during the next year THEN we'll see the pps move north. Until then we'll go up a few cents and down a few cents---nothing more exciting then that IMO.

All we need now is patience and lain!

I don't see where it mentions NeoMedia. I only see where it mentions Scanbuy and Neoreader. It reads as if Neoreader is just Scanbuy's trade name for the process--which IMO is accurate after the settlement.
