You cant be serious? Are you aware of the requirement for uplisting to the NAZ?
If you're taking about OTCQX -- well then, that's no big deal.
Please clarify????
Interesting. I do it a bit differently, esp since I've had a 600+ bagger. Jessie Livermore said a couple of things that always stick with me:
NO PRICE IS TOO HIGH
BUY WHEN THE STOCK BREAKS NEW HIGHS.
When a stock makes a decent run I generally take some profits, but often hold 1/2 or more of my position. And, if I like the stock I will sometimes buy back into the dips... because....
I've found that stocks often go much higher than I ever anticipated... and sometimes violates all rules of both TA and FA
We all know of examples of that taking place right now - no tickers to be mentioned because folks are always deleting my post.
I hear a lot of chatter about how this is like the late 90's (and it is) but there's one BIG difference -- back then it was hard to find any penny stock that wasnt trading under a dime --- regardless of how big of a pig it was.
You didnt tell me or anyone here anything. $10 post split is .10 cents presplit which is a price you said we would never see.
I said it would likely go as low as .02 or .03 cents and it did (post split $300 = .03 cents pre-sslpit)
Now you're bragging that the stock might get back to a dime or .20 cents (presplit) price....lol
Anyone who actually follows this thread, and there are a few, know who gave them the gospel.
Highest close in over 2 years and crickets from the iHub pump squad.
Hmmmmm. Looks like this security is about to be #repriced.
I noticed the November press release included their phone #
China Carbon Developed Latest Carbon-Based Battery Component Product for Mass Production to Expand Alongside EV & Energy Storage Industries
This one didnt... probably don't want to be bothered answering the phone
Also both press releases contain links to www.roycarbon.com -- but it looks suspicious as all get is a spinning circle on site that is unsecure.
Both releases contain emails with their domain -- which they didnt bother to include in either release - also not included on their OTC profile (which I find odd)
HERE IT IS

OVER 50% HAIRCUT from pre-split close of $8.60 to $3.60 today ---
Looks like your $2 bucks coming soon ....lol
Look at the 3 year chart -- from ~ $118 to under $4 --->
your prediction for $2 bucks plus now means the stock has to go over $200
I predicted .25 cents -- you mocked
I predicted .10 cents -- you mocked
Looks like we're not headed to .03 cents ($3 post split.
BAAAHHHWAAAAAH!
YOU LOSE!
Meanwhile Moodys just completed a credit rating of Mali...
Moody's announces completion of a periodic review of ratings of Mali
You have to register and/or pay for their service but Mali's credit rating was downgraded to a "negative outlook" and Caa1 after the coup earlier this year.
Caa1
A rating within speculative grade Moody's Long-term Corporate Obligation Rating. Obligations rated Caa1 are judged to be of poor standing and are subject to very high credit risk. Rating one notch higher is B3. Rating one notch lower is Caa2

Certainly not a place where any serious investor would want to have their gold stored.
there you go JellyBelly -- you got your $2.00+
HAPPY NOW???
So explain how it WORKS
If Bitcoin is a currency HOW IS IT BACKED BY GOLD?
If Gold goes up, does the price of Bitcoin go up?
If Bitcoin goes up, does the price of Gold go up
What if Gold goes down, does it take Bitcoin down with it
And if Bitcoin goes down, would it take gold down with it.
What if the price of Bitcoin goes up and gold goes down?
...and let's not forget, when we refer to price WE MEAN PRICE IN USD BECAUSE RIGHT NOW -- ITS THE DOLLAR THAT RULES.
The only reason one buys bitcoin or gold is because they believe they will become worth MORE DOLLARS.
Looks to me like its the numbers. Last Q EPS was .03 per share. It they can do that Q over Q that's .12 per year.
Again, how exactly are they going to back the crypto with gold?
JPMorgan Says Gold Will Suffer for Years Because of Bitcoin
article here
Looks like its headed over a buck
Well, finally jellybelly is gonna get his $
2.00+ price...lmao!
Nearly the entire increase in NAV cam from an entry for Goodwill:
Goodwill 556,606
Whatever, no one has a clue as to the accuracy of that number -- let alone all the other numbers jockeying the do on these unaudited financials.
Dood, don't pay attention to me. This company is gonna have their busses on the road before you know it and for sure there will be a dealership coming to your neighborhood soon.
(they may even do electric trains!!!!!!)
I think those two signs have been replaced and suspect that BC address is now location of
Brencar Bulk Food System
Has no one even bothered to investigate their address?
The addy on their website
Is the same addy for Dent Solution
So, they are DEFINITLY in the automotive business.
Tell me, have we ever vacationed together? if so, what city?
Well, you have to pay to play, that's for sure.
Dood, you're in for a rude awakening.
Good Luck
Well since you brought it up, yes, I am on record on "that" thread for purchasing 2 lots of shares: 12k and 50k @ ~ .015
You seem to miss the point though.
That do-nothing fully reporting pink sheet company has limped along for years and has not altered its share structure since the first annual report it published in 2014. 112,500,000 shares Outstanding
While there's been little in the way of growth they have a very clean balance sheet and have been making money. CHECK IT OUT
But that is not the story. The story is in the news that was just released of a reverse merger.
Earn a Car, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“EACR” or the “Company”) announces that its Principal Shareholder has sold its 78,750,000 common shares (70%) of EACR’s outstanding shares, to Alan Kessler of New York City. Mr. Kessler then became EACR’s sole officer and director.
As the new control person of the Company, Mr. Kessler then caused EACR to acquire African Discovery Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ADG”), of which Mr. Kessler is the CEO and majority shareholder. Our corporate name in Nevada was changed on November 13, 2020 to African Discovery Group, Inc.
EACR’s previous business was spun off to the Company’s now former Principal Shareholder, and the business of the Company going forward will be the business of ADG. The Company will provide more information as promptly as possible.

Of course it pure speculation but for my published purchase of those 62k shares I'm out ~ 1000 bucks. Which would buy me Approx 3100 shares of DSGT. So lets just watch and see who the winner is.
The .30 cent range may be history soon.
not "may be" / it WILL BE
current assets = $382,420
current liabilities = $10,008,973
translation: NO WORKING CAPITAL
ZERO
...it will be different this time.
NOT
DSGT - reminds me of the late '90s.
This is the only time I can recall since then when a #PennyStock company can make ~ $600k in sales in 9 mos and lose over $9,000,000 during the same period and peeps love it.
Also - they diluted from 51 million shares recently:
10Q for June 30 had 31,291,821 shares os
10Q for Sept 30 had 82,906,277 shares os
(not to mention a 1/4000 reverse split)
Its like a party at Jesse Pinkton's

RE: Seems he has plans of crypto backed by gold in peer to peer lending.
perhaps you can illustrate how this will work. feel free to use a model from this article.

I wish iHub had a reco button like SI. :)
here's a recent article that highlights the high demand for SME loans in Vietnam.
SMEs are struggling and need money - no doubt. But making money in lending is more about collecting on the debt than it is on lending (or having money to lend)
Fintech lending platforms to answer Vietnam’s SME funding crunch
So, its all good if Fvndit has money to lend -- because demand is high. What one needs to do is track the performance of the company and its ability not just to lend - but to collect on their loans.
_____________
ps... I personally carry private loans (one secured by real estate) that are default, so I know what I'm talking about.
Dood, gotta say, I like you. You seem to be sincere and you appear to be willing to look objectively at your investment (I'm assuming you're a shareholder here).
Most of the time with penny stocks those who hold them only want to hear good things about their company. There is so much hype and so little objectivity.
Peter Lynch once said something that has stuck with me for decades. He said there's no need to jump into a stock, you can watch it from the sidelines and track its earnings over time and if they develop a successful track record you're safer buying in later even if the stock price is higher. (he had many multi baggers). My guess is the majority of ihubbers holding shares of VMNT have very little understanding of the lending business.
Here's an article from THE VIETNAM INVESTMENT REVIEW earlier this year worth a read:
Consumers risk higher defaults amid lending sector fluctuation
SNIPS:
According to Moody’s, the consumer finance industry in Vietnam is vulnerable to the disruptions given its risky borrower profile and heavy reliance on wholesale funding....Particularly, these three finance firms are of high exposure to unsecured products and are targeting the low-income sector, which is the most vulnerable to economic fallout.

ps... I have a fundamental grasp of lending but nothing near what the pros have --- check out the equations in this article.
Credit risk for Vietnamese Commercial Banks
Here's another article - older but relevant:
Why are foreign banks fleeing Vietnam?
SNIP: Recent reports indicate that bad debts at Vietnamese banks have hit 600 trillion dong (US$26.6 billion), most of which has not been rehabilitated through bankruptcy or market clearing distressed asset sales.
