The ask is really thin if he tries to fill that order today. 5 cent pop is easy if he does which would cause 7-10 cents with momo buying with him. Let’s see what happens.
155k bid up. Just as hoped
I’m not. I was long DCGD previous, now it’s a flip/trade. I posted yesterday if support held and there was strong bid support I would likely buy. I didn’t at end of day bc OTCX threw up 100k on the ask while I was entering my order info
79k at .58 now
Hoping the 75k bid hidden at .57 moves up near end of day. That coupled with some more support could set up a 20-30% move with any news.
I use E*TRADE and get some BS answer every time I question things like that
They have been routing my orders through gtsm but I watched my bid which took a couple minutes to fill earlier today and it was through nite so why it didn’t flash on the ask with them boggles me
I went through a similar problem weeks ago. I bought using nite today and I tried to flash 15k.63 which should have showed up nite but nothing came up and nite wasn’t anywhere on the ask at the time. Will call broker later and question yet again.
Gtsm raised bid 8300@59.5 now
Bid support is slowly building and gtsm moved to .65
Hope there is good security, I may crash it anyway haha
That’s not true. Post evidence please.
Which is why I have shares...
I will flash it at .63 15k on the ask under nite in 45 seconds
Watch level 2 and if you want I can flash a 15k sell order on the ask under nite anytime...
SA who wrote the article should have included a copy of their email receipt from HBS stating they didn’t have a Justin Costello graduate. It’s somewhat odd they wrote that huge article but did not include “evidence” such as that.
I lost 12 or 16k on that one and the attorneys I spoke with acted like it was $5. They all were seeking a lead plaintiff who incurred 100k plus losses.
Hence why there is still money to be made here. Even if the SEC got involved it takes Months for them to build enough info to do something. Hell, MG&T went through the same thing and that took over a year.
No response from HBS registrar concerning his graduation yet. I will post as soon as it hits my email.
He said it to me on the phone yesterday. He promised a PR is coming within 72 hours and he is going to litigate, but said he wasn’t allowed to say the year he graduated HBS... I would repeat this under oath for what it’s worth. Call log was 5 minutes.
See everyone in a few hours. $DCGD gonna make some type of history, that’s for sure.
I provided links...
Insert foot in mouth lmfao
Justin Costello:
What are major red flags when evaluating potential buyers?
Are they willing to show assets? When I send the NDA I prove that they have $50 million in the bank before we go into serious talks with them. That’s one thing you can do that’s pretty normal. Qualify your buyer.
The other piece is a lot of people are trying to do these reverse mergers and penny stock deals. That’s a big red flag. All they’re trying to do is make a play and make money on your business. These guys come out, they’re trying to put you on an exchange, and some of them don’t have the money to do that. They’re trying to charge that back to the companies and they do a little bit of paperwork.

I agree with Justin here. Especially where he says have departments and mentions HR yet he answers the IR phone calls now (ironic)
How can a business looking to sell gain the confidence of a mainstream buyer or investor?
Due diligence and auditing the business. Any savvy professional investor is going to want to see that a third party has been involved in the business.
The metrics are so new in the cannabis space that people are going to want in and see what the fundamentals of the company are, and usually they’re not going to take the seller’s word for it.
Can you spell that out a bit more?
Have good accounting and bookkeeping. That’s a big one that a lot of cannabis businesses just don’t have. I’m talking about hiring a firm that does your bookkeeping, does cross-referencing, does your regulatory aspects for your bank account.
What else can a business do to make itself more attractive to suitors?
I would just say have solidified departments. In this industry, the owner or general manager of the industry wears way too many hats to be good at any one of those aspects.
Create divisions inside of your company. Create departments. Who handles what? Is it Mary in HR? Is it Jim in accounts receivable? That’s important. Make sure there are checks and balances in those departments.

Oh the irony...
Costello said he hasn’t been approached with penny stock deals or reverse-merger proposals because the 12 companies went through 2½ months of due diligence – including underwriting and third-party audits – before launching the sale, first reported by RespectMyRegion.com.

I’m also the one who found and posted on KA-LY board that their patent and bio pharma headquarters was a vitamin shop... in a shopping center... using google street view... before it crashed in price
I already found all the info. They claim 29 employees.... I found the revenue also :)
The previous address for GRN funds prior to suite 3900 (cultiva law) is 229 bellevue way ne Ste. 202, Bellevue, Washington, 98004, United States. So I did a google street view and found it’s a shopping center.

So I tried to see who owned Cigarland which pops up. I came across Justin Costello and Richard Hawkins owning quite a few businesses together or named under the same businesses in some way. Look here to check and wouldn’t ya know. Look how many of them have the exact same address down to the same suite number in that shopping center.

Anyone care to guess the revenue for GRN funds? I will post it later in the morning today... let’s see those guesses! 1.15 billion and 500 accounts equals how much in revenue???
I was going to bed after the 3:33 am post but added a few more since you seemed so interested :)

I Posted my buys and profited 11,000 here lmfao. I will buy on a big dip if support is shows a reversal sign. I expect the Pump of PRs shortly. Unless they get spooked. I’m the ONLY one here who posted his buys and proof. SMFH
If GRN funds manage 500 accounts and 1.15 billion dollars, I would think it needs many employees and a suitable sized office. How does Justin have time to run all that and answer the investor relations phone all day? Dude can do it all...
What’s the physical address for GRN funds?
Is it the suite 3900 in Seattle? https://www.juridipedia.com/US/Seattle/167435697241813/Cultiva-Law%2C-PLLC
Or the Oregon address? http://egov.sos.state.or.us/br/pkg_web_name_srch_inq.do_name_srch?p_name=&p_regist_nbr=124025396&p_srch=PHASE1&p_print=FALSE&p_entity_status=ACTINA
From the above google street view. Billion dollar hedge fund manager house? https://www.instantstreetview.com/@45.495153,-122.919299,53.19h,0.54p,1z
SEC form states the suite 3900 address which is fine to send mail to but where is this busy office with employees managing over a billion dollars located? https://sec.report/Document/0001079973-19-000381/
He sure has a lot of free time to answer phones all day....
The truth will come out, hope everyone profits in the meantime.
