Just the other day you were asking where did all the positivity go??? I'm trying to be positive and bring some hope back from DD that I've done using OTCMarkets last CE removals.
Don't disrespect me man been holding with 2.5m shares @.0011 and watched this thing make me around 40k and didn't sell I'm down to around 2k now cause I believe PGPM will reach higher PPS than .018. I'll keep guessing like everyone else. Thank you!
Next week I'm guessing we should go current. Between Wednesday and Friday. Other stocks went OTC Pink Current within 12-15 days after their last filing submission. We are on day 10 or 11. Next week we'll be PGPMs time.
JMO...
Next week.
It's not hitting the market wire you basically have to search for news on OTCMarkets to know that a PR was released
i tweeted him about market wire he responded...
And, FINRA document submitted!

It's like they are waiting for MMs to move shares to .0001 and then they buy them all up and a big bid comes into play and they fill that order. Wonder what's really going on?
69m on the bid? Lol.
.0002 coming up.
Who is buying up all the .0001s?? someone wants this to start moving. millions of shares being taken off the ask
Someone managed to sell 9m shares. And we're at .0002
A lot of inside buying? .0001 are gone. 650m on the ask at .0002
We still have 45 mins until we find out if the CE comes off
I wonder what happened to that Asian distributor. They should have finished testing that pilot order by now?

2017 European Coatings Show Report, Nuremberg, Germany
Every two years the European Coatings Show (ECS) is held in Nuremberg, Germany. The show is primarily attended by coatings raw material suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and toll producers. HCT attended this year’s ECS on April 4th – 6th. This is the third time HCT has attended the ECS, which is the largest coatings show in the world. At each show, HCT has received a lot of interest from many new prospective clients, primarily for its coatings products, but also for its foam products.
This year was no different. Over 200 new clients came to HCT’s booth to learn more about its unique zero isocyanate coatings and foam technologies. The majority of the new clients were from West and Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and North America. HCT is now working to respond to many of these new clients requests for samples. The company is also moving forward with multiple companies it met at ECS to carry out new development work.
Proposed Restriction of Diisocyanates in European Union
A restriction in the European Union has been proposed on Diisocyanates, which widely serve as monomers in polyurethane products for seals, adhesives and coatings in the coatings industry. Workers may be exposed to them when formulating and handling uncured reaction mixtures.
Many diisocyanates are classified as skin and respiratory sensitisers and are thought to be the trigger for a high number of cases of occupational asthma reported across all EU Member States. One member of the group – methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and its isomers – is already subject to a restriction when used as a component of consumer products
In 2014, the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (Deutsche Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin – BAuA) conducted a Risk Management Option Analysis (RMOA) to examine the need for action and the options surrounding the use of diisocyanates. It concluded that action is needed at European level to limit the risks to workers. For various reasons, an authorization process was deemed to be unsuitable. For instance, due to a lack of suitable alternatives, there would be many situations when authorization would be granted, even if safe use could not be guaranteed
Contents of the Restriction Proposal - The new proposal restricts the use of diisocyanates as substances on their own, as a constituent in other substances or in mixtures for industrial and professional uses and prevents them from being placed on the market for this purpose. This is not a total ban, but rather is linked to the fulfillment of certain criteria, which ultimately entails stricter handling and is intended to ensure that there are no risks to health through exposure.
Those who place products containing diisocyanate on the market would, where appropriate, have to prove in accordance with Annex 12 of the restriction proposal that there is very little potential for exposure in the intended use.
Next steps at EU level - The submission of any restriction proposal triggers a formal process at EU level. ECHA has already initiated a 6-months public consultation process. Here, stakeholders are invited to comment on the proposal from scientific and socio-economic perspectives. The deadline for commenting is 1 June 2017.
Finally, the European Commission will present a draft regulation, which will be agreed in committee with the participation of the Member States. It will be several years before a corresponding restriction comes into effect. However, companies should monitor the process of restriction closely, assess the impact on their own activities and products, and, where appropriate, make use of the options provided for commenting.
Communications Workers of America
Several thousand CWA (Communications Workers of America) telecommunications and automotive manufacturing members work with and are exposed to isocyanate products. In the telecommunications industry, this work involves the use of polyurethane products used as (foam) plugs to weatherproof and seal telephone cable splices and, in the automotive manufacturing industry, polyurethane products are used in the manufacturing of plastics and related materials.
Health Effects - Although all of the isocyanate products are hazardous, Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) is considered the most toxic. The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has identified TDI as a (animal) carcinogen.
Litigation Against SPF (Spray Polyurethane Foam) - Currently, there are between eight and eleven SPF cases pending nationwide in the US. The plaintiffs claim fraud, negligence, negligent supervision (of applicators), strict liability, breach of express and implied warranty, and breach of consumer protection statutes and allege, in their complaints that SPF can only be safely applied in “near laboratory-like conditions” to properly cure. Even then, there is a risk of isocyanate exposure.
Regulations - On June 20, 2013, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced a new National Emphasis Program (NEP) to identify and reduce or eliminate the dangerous health effects from occupational exposure to isocyanates through both enforcement and outreach.
The Safer Consumer Product's second proposed Priority Product regulation is going to notice! The comment period for Spray Polyurethane Foam Systems with Unreacted Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanates as a Priority Product opened in March 24, 2017 and ended on May 16, 2017.
$90 Billion Lawsuit Against Chemical Manufacturers
In September of 2016 the US government, represented by Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP, launched a $90 billion dollar False Claims Act (FCA) lawsuit against BASF Corporation, Bayer Material Science LLC, Dow Chemical Company and Huntsman International LLC. These companies have been accused of selling billions of dollars’ worth of harmful isocyanate chemicals but intentionally concealing their dangers to consumers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) over the past several decades. In the suit, the law firm said that the defendants manufacture and sell isocyanate chemicals such as methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), polymeric MDI (PMDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI).
HCT Technology Listed on Frost & Sullivan
A description of HCT’s nonisocyanate technology was included in the recent global market report on the “Applications of Polyurethane-based Coatings” by the well-known Frost & Sullivan research firm. A link to the report can be found here: Frost & Sullivan

OTCMarkets is mad at us for calling so much so this is their way of getting back at us!
My bad! I was pumped for this today too!
no we don't my computer is lagging
Got it. Does the find out more button work for you?
Well now I can finally get some sleep instead of staying up all night hitting refresh on OTCMarkets lol
you know what i read it incorrectly. UV only. no 2 part.
IS TONIGHT THE NIGHT! lol! that is the question. we had on a average of 2-5 days of CE being removed from other OTCs after filings were up to date. TODAY IS DAY 2!
Cant wait until these silly a$$ MM games are over with.
I don't think it takes away because they are using HCTI's product to create this new product. So therefore would have to purchase more of HCTIs product to create more of their product. The more uses other companies can come up with the ISO free polyurethane the better for HCTI cause these companies have to keep coming back due to the Patent.
8k wasn't announced on TDA platform?
Thank you sir!
Money never sleeps.. why should we! lol
Is it 12:00am est time when OTCMarkets updates their website? i thought i remembered someone mentioning this
anyone see that insider 911 trade. secretly trying to tell us something lol
hopefully its not someone jerking us around! I'm ready for this to go current and RUUUUNNNN!
Holding 2.5m shares
GO PGPM!!!
If my understanding is correct. the first 30 days of the CE has already passed. so they can have it removed as soon as they update and provide the required information to OTCMarkets in order to become current. Now its just a waiting process for OTCMarkets to remove the CE.
correct me if I'm wrong..
Whats up with all the selling smh.
PR IS OUT!
May 30, 2017 09:35 AM ET (BZ Newswire) -- Press Releases
SAN FRANCISCO, May 30, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hybrid Coating Technologies Inc. (OTC:HCTI) is pleased to announce that its partner, PPG-Comex, recently launched a second coating product using Hybrid's non isocyanate hardener. Hybrid Coating Technologies Inc. undertakes no duty to update any forward-looking statement(s) and/or to confirm the statement(s) to actual results or changes in Hybrid Coating Technologies Inc. expectations. About Hybrid Coating TechnologiesHybrid Coating Technologies (HCT) is a San Francisco-based innovator focused on improving the quality and safety of foams, coatings, and adhesives for industrial and commercial customers around the world. We are the exclusive licensee of Green Polyurethane foam, coatings, and adhesives the world's first-ever patent protected polyurethane-based foam, coatings, and adhesive products that eliminate toxic isocyanates from the entire production process (licensed by Nanotech Industries, Inc.) and the 2015 recipient of the Presidential Green Chemistry Award. The Problem of Conventional Foams/Coatings/Paint and IsocyanatesConventional polyurethane (PU) paint and coatings have many disadvantages: they are porous, permeable and maintain poor hydrolytic stability. This makes the material highly vulnerable to environmental degradation and ultimately leads to their chemical decomposition, especially when in contact with water. Conventional PU foams such as spray foam insulation are applied via a spraying mechanism that sends toxic isocyanates in the air exposing workers to the dangers of toxic isocyanates. Strict and costly health & safety measures have to be implemented in the manufacture and application of conventional polyurethane due to the toxicity of isocyanates. This is why regulatory bodies around the world are now looking toward phasing out the use of isocyanates. The Green Polyurethane SolutionGreen Polyurethane (also referred to as "HNIPU" - hybrid non-isocyanate polyurethane) is a "hybrid" material that combines the high chemical resistance properties of epoxy and advanced durability and wear resistance properties of polyurethane, making it the perfect coating application for sanitary, high traffic and corrosive surface areas. As a hybrid material with superior properties, Green Polyurethane can be applied in one or two coatings, providing a welcome cost-saving substitute to currently used multi-layered coating applications. Its safety features allow it to be applied without the interruption of business due to public exposure, creating an additional 30-60% savings on application costs for customers. As a foam, Green Polyurethane provides high R values up to 6.0, energy savings up to 30% and improved tensile strength over conventional foam without using dangerous isocyanates. Recent Anti-Isocyanate Regulatory PressureUS EPA MDI Action Plan: The US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) is taking progressive action to regulate and potentially ban isocyanates and has mentioned Hybrid's technology as an alternative to toxic polyurethane in its MDI Action Plan against isocyanates (see page 4 Figovsky and Shapovalov).http://www.epa.gov/sites/production/files/2015-09/documents/tdi.pdf OSHA National Emphasis Program: On June 25, 2013 the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), a division of the US Department of Labor, initiated a National Emphasis Program to protect workers from the serious health effects from occupational exposure to isocyanates. Isocyanates are found in polyurethane based products. According to OSHA, "Workers exposed to isocyanates can suffer debilitating health problems for months or even years after exposure which could result in death." California's Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) on March 13, 2014 selected isocyanates and two others substances from a list of 1,100 toxic components that it will focus on with the goal of potentially banning them altogether within the next two years. The announcement is part of a bigger effort to educate consumers and manufacturers about product safety under the Green-Chemistry Law, which went into effect in California lastyear. Under the law, the agency has jurisdiction to ban these products altogether after following proper protocol. That process includes workshops, a public comment period and requiring manufacturers that want to sell these products in California to determine whether it would be feasible to use saferingredients. The US EPA on January 8, 2015 announced that it was taking action to protect consumers from new uses and imports of harmful isocyanates in polyurethane. The EPA's proposed action, a Significant New Use Rule (SNUR) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), would require manufacturers (including importers) to notify the EPA at least 90 days before starting or resuming new uses of isocyanates in polyurethane based consumer products. The EPA would then have the opportunity to evaluate the intended use of and if necessary, to take action to prohibit or limit all products containing over one tenth of one percent of the chemical including imported products that make their way into the United States.
