Thanks Moe but unfortunately people still will not listen because the dream of becoming rich overcomes common sense. At least it did for me when I got sucked into this three years ago. I got out in Feb but just got back in with 102,000 shares when they started up their process of lies again. I know there are enough people that will believe the BS that I will double my money eventually.

Carefull...its says "pending aquisitions". This is their modus operandi. First they say don't bother us with emails...we will put out daily pr's....which they said today. Then we won't get any pr's. Two to three months from now they will say the deal fell through. Look at the pr's about Jengu which was Canadian as well. I called tenants in the building Jengu listed as their address and NONE of them could confirm a Jengu in the building. I even called the realtor to confirm they signed a lease and he would not respond. Others on the board attacked me and said I don't know how to do DD. Sorry but confirming their office is not there is great DD and all one had to do was call themselves. Same pattern here folks. This "PR" has no real facts at all. Just another carrot so they can dump more shares. Open your eyes.

Are all of you new people realizing the truth now? This is the same format they have used over 12 years. Self imposed deadlines missed consistently. Do some REAL DD and stop listening to me, against, tff ext and just look for yourself. Go back and read the PRs...try 2019...same exact story. This is simply a way for the execs to sell shares. Look at financials. No expenses for offices, stamps, supplies etc. Just a breakdown of shares. That's it. Heck, they said current what...a month ago? Excuse after excuse. Makes me sick.

I thought they said they immediately hired a PR firm? That notification about today's letter was NOT written by a PR firm. They will blame the lack of letter on this PR firm...they ALWAYS post around 5:30 am CST. Like I said before...they keep dangling the carrot to get volume so they can sump and make as much money as they can before it is delisted in June for not being current. Just my opinion.

Anyone else look at the chart for PM? February 1 the share price was around $71. It has since had a straight up chart to an almost $20 a share increase. That has me concerned. They are going up while we go down. Money talks and Wallstreet is corrupt. Not to sure that the players in power might know something we dont.

What's up odds? I got out awhile ago but I saw it go up recently and checked in. It is obvious they are following the same pattern of 2018/19. Broken self imposed deadlines and promises once again. I feel bad for all the newbies that have bought in from the same guy who sucked me in and they all are caught hook line and sinker. Now that person will dissappear for a week or so to get the egg off their face. I believe this is one dragged out pump so the top people can get out before its delisted in June. Take care.

I am a long but I am growing concerned. Not that it dropped today but that so many are flipping. People say this will never get past .20 let alone upto $1. I am starting to think it will never get past a cent or two even with a settlement. There are sooooo many people with shares in this across the world that I don't think it can climb simply because all of the people flipping to make a profit. It instantly drops price and kills momentum. Think of all of the people with over 10 milly shares. Kind of hard not to cash in on $20,000, $50,000 etc profit.

Sub, please explain this dilution if I don't buy more shares. I have 1,811,848 shares currently. I understand they are selling more shares so the percentage of the company I own will be less...thus my shares will be diluted. But so what? If I sell my shares at .05 I will get $90592 for those shares. Same as the person who bought more during this offering. Only difference I see is the other person has a higher profit margin/ capital gain than me but I still am getting that same .05 as everyone else.

BTW, anyone else notice while we continue to go down, PM is up almost $6.

I agree. Unfortunately, deep down, I think I knew something like this would happen. There are a bunch of average Joe's that own millions. I had a feeling the "establishment " would not let us become millionaires off this. When they announced last week the third party involved I was concerned. With today's news I know. You are correct. If the judge denies the dismissal, I will get out with the jump provided with that news.

Who said contingency is 50%? Look at the sticky above. I have a class action against TD Ameritrade. Contingency is 20-30%. You don't even know how much we will get because we don't know how much the third party(patent developers) are getting. I am a believer in HCMC but I don't like being told pony up more or your shares will be diluted.

Feels like I am being forced to buy more shares. According to the PR my current shares will be diluted if I don't. I think thus sucks.

Oh no, not at all. I myself have some at .006 but my average is now .0015. I just think being in at .0001 is a slam dunk since every tick is doubling your money. I have no doubt this will go above a penny. I just cant tell how high. I consider three points though...
1. There were ALOT of HUGE purchases of millions of dollars at a time. That was professional traders, institutions and possibly insiders. These buyers do not drop millions on a whim.
2. With billions being traded each day for
the past month, when it does begin its rise, people WILL start selling their shares...but at what point? If an average guy like me has 20 million at say .0011, when this hits .03 and that guy is looking at $600,000 in his/her account, its going to be pretty hard not to sell. And many will. How much will that keep the share price from rising?
3. Lastly, we don't know for sure how much the attorneys are getting nor do we know how much the third company involved(the creators of the patent) are getting. So none of us really has any clue of how much of the pie we are looking at.
All just my opinion.


I do believe we are all looking at a decent profit though.
