Regenerative Medicine: The Future of Medicine is at US Stem Cell!

DR. KRISTIN COMELLA, U.S. STEM CELL’S CSO, RECENTLY CO-AUTHORED A PAPER ON IRRADIATION-INDUCED GLAND DAMAGE

Dr. Comella from US Stem Cell has posted another article on their blog about the efficacy and safety of "Autologous Stem Cell Therapy in Degenerative Diseases and Injuries."
http://usstemcellclinic.com/new-study-underscores-safety-autologous-stem-cell-therapy-degenerative-diseases-injuries/
That's "Dr. Comella" now.
Green day?
Prove it.
You obviously know. Cite your source and provide links if possible.
Not sure if I was reading their map correctly, but it looked like they were going to put a clinic in either Charleston or Myrtle Beach, SC.
Based on the PPS, at least some people appreciate the info in the 10-q.
Go $USRM!
If you don't have a paid account to read the rest of the article, I'll save you the trouble.
The incident occurred over two years ago, was settled and paid out of insurance. Furthermore, the plaintiffs were nearly blind prior to the procedure.
Be sure to ask yourself why the press is recycling 2 year old news and presenting it as current, especially given how many positive advancements USRM has made recently. Also ask yourself who is paying for these poison pill articles.
There is an agenda...
Holy crap! I've been holding onto this turkey for almost 4 years and suddenly there's action. Wow!
I'd say it's the other way around. Otherwise it'd be useless to put a disclaimer at the bottom of an article given that it would always be superseded by the blanket disclaimer.
I would expect that the blanket disclaimer would rule only when a specific disclaimer is not provided within/at the bottom of an article.
Well, there was also this at the bottom of the article about $USRM:
"Disclosure: We have no position in USRM and have not been compensated for this article."
Incorrect.
The corporate name "Bioheart" does not reflect the diversity of their offerings as well as US Stem Cell does. Have you seen the videos of their different treatments? Many of their available therapies have nothing to do with treating ailments of the heart. Also, many of their therapies are commercially available in venues both inside the US and internationally.
You can keep recycling that old news if you want, but at some point you're going to have to wonder why the price hasn't been affected by that news.
The poison pill article that was planted in the news feeds recently had attempted to blunt the success of $USRM in the stock market, among other reasons. Most loathsome was the fact that the article deliberately omitted the dates when the alleged blindings occurred, making the reader assume that they had occurred within days of the posting of the news article, instead of years earlier.
Keep in mind that 3 alleged failures by personnel from US Stem Cell out of over 7000 treatments to date is a pretty good track record for any medical firm.
*smirk* Looking forward to the margin call at the end of trading.
400,000 shares picked up in just two trades. That's nice!
You shouldn't stop there. Any university requires accreditation in order for their degrees to be more than just worthless paper.
Harvard University is 'regionally accredited' through the following institution:
The "New England Association of Schools and Colleges"
http://cihe.neasc.org/
I highly recommend notifying the accreditation board of this obvious financial bias as well, since this sort of activity would weigh against the school when they're next evaluated.
Source: I used to work for a college. Accreditation will make or break any institution of higher education.
Why would it be a great day if it did that?
As long as everyone's holding their breath for a:
1) buyout
2) RMAT designation
3) FDA approval
4) extremely positive quarterly report (i.e. nice profits)
...then buying will be lax. As others have suggested, a leak of any one of these (or something else) should send stock volume up again.
Another one just showed up on my feed. Same PPS, but 40,000 shares were purchased this time...
Yep, there was a t-trade right at the close. 4516 shares @.1349, which explains what we saw.
Did Dr. Murphy exercise an option, allowing him to purchase stock at a locked price?
Another Form 4 showing more internal buying. Not bad!
Nice reversal from yesterday's close; up 35.93%.
and another 376,000 shares purchased at .114. What's going on? Same buyer?
500k shares purchased at .115 just now...
Closed in the green yet again.
10 t-trades, with over 150,000 shares trading at a range of .10 to .104
Nice! 730,000 shares @ .105
Wow, what a roller coaster ride!
Man, I'd love to have some of the dimes in that picture. Lots of real silver sitting there.
10 cents a share!
Assuming that we don't hear anything from the FDA for the next 30 days, we may be stagnant for awhile. When is the next quarterly filing due?
My aspirations are much more mundane. Likely I'll get a Genesis G80 and be happy with that (plus having everything paid off). Assuming the PPS hits $5 or better...
I believe the firm had a reverse split back in November 2015, and it was a massive one (something like 1/1000). Fortunately for me, I wasn't invested in the firm until a full year after that.
I've been burned by reverse splits before, the worst being Citibank about 6 years ago... :p
Insult to injury for me was the 'processing fee' I got charged for the cashing out of fractional shares after the reverse split, which was always more expensive than the value of the fractional share.
T-trade for 153,000 shares at .085. Nice way to finish the week...
Heck, if this stock really takes off for dollar land, the only thing I plan on smoking is my mortgage!
T-trades still happening. 10,000 shares at .071 just showed up.
Same here. It was as if it had been locked down, although I could still see individual posts if I went directly to them.
