Bemax inc diapers are about .13 cents each diapers size small, size 1. Honest company's diapers are about .32 cents for each diaper size 1. Thats about a 19 cents difference. Both company's have the same description diapers. On Guangzhou's site they say Bemax inc diapers are High quality A grade diapers that just backs up Bemax inc description of there diapers. If i was still a baby or a parent i would totally buy these diapers just to check them out.

.10 seems low for someone that is about to be on Amazon and is getting $1.1m PO's with the average of $690,000 for all 3 orders from Bethel. Maybe in the long run this thing climbs back to a $1 with a fair estimate.

This company makes me feel safe in so many ways. I think this news should be bigger than most people think, Amazon is the biggest online retailer store almost in the entire world! Placing number 7th as the biggest retailer in the world. Bemax inc if this news comes out which is highly likely i think they will most definitely succeed on Amazon because the costs of there products are approximately a third less than the famous brand names and end user prices. I also think they have enough funding for there products, as said in the pr of the 1.1 million PO there's no need for financing!
Maybe Guangzhou might be giving them wholesale discounts as it takes a relationship to form a business relationship. Also, can you explain how the financials do not add up?

The purchase orders are coming in, and from Bemax’s perspective, an increase in purchase orders is a good indication that demand is high. No need for financing!!! They sell High quality A grade diapers. Low overhead!!! They also continue to build image and awareness through consistency and distinctiveness in there order fulfillment. They also request pre-payment from there clients, so we can hopefully see the 1.1 million dollar PO on the next 10Q!!!

Guy's i slept in today because i saw no news on my feed, I was thinking what are the chances this goes up a cent without news not likely :( i know. But i slept in today because the same craps happening painted prices and the stock consolidating in the .025-.029 area, what's the chance of the stock going lower with the fundamentals given to us like less than .015 not likely. The fundamentals given to us gave us a higher share price than what we had back in december! Were not consolidating in the .01's were consolidating in the 2's that my friends is a great sign of the pps going up.

There products are being sold on the Guangzhou Suide Commodity Co web-site as a promotion product. Guangzhou is a 7 year gold time supplier. Once approved, Gold Supplier members are authorized to display the Gold Supplier icon to demonstrate that their business has been verified by a third agency as a legally registered business. XD

I totally agree. Like some investors or even firms won't touch a pink sheet company until it uplists. It's like people that have to see the news to believe it.
Well i think the financials kind of gives the stock price a value. If Bemax inc keeps bringing in a net income that is positive and more than the other financial sheet, than you can see the stock price rise from that, or in the long run you will eventually see what the company is werth, but in the short term the prices can be manipulated - Warren Buffet ;) If you also look at Bemax inc trending product disposable diapers it's trending big time and the market is held by only a few so that can factor in some. I think the price will rise on the news maybe by 1 or 2 cents as we seen in the past with news from Bemax inc.
Bemax announced that they are gearing up to launch their two private label brands on Amazon.com on April 4, 2017. This is a great move to initially enter the U.S. market, with the intention of pursuing other retail outlets thereafter.

Dam, you even flew out for the shareholder meeting! This is my first otc stock i ever invested in everyone telling me pennies stocks are a scam. But there a few golden companies like this one that would make you gains. Tbh i dont see this stock going back to the sub penies range with these fundamentals given to us.

Nine months ended February 29, 2016 was $271,319, the PO was made on November 13, 2015. The PO wasnt on the 10Q of 11/30/2015 when the PO was made. But it was on the next 10Q of 2-29-2016.
Sorry i see that the purchase order for 260k was in 10Q on 2/29/2016. Just proves that the PO or going through....

Well i think you might be overthinking, she simply put the revenues together in the 10Q's you can check it yourself. The 10Q effective date of 5/31/16, the 10Q effective date of 8/31/16, and the effective date 10Q of 11/30/16. She didnt minus the expenses or COGS, she simply just putted the revenue together for those effective dates. I did the math of 538,738/ 92,122/ and 23,031 adding. i got 23,031 from the three months ended in november 30 2016. the total of those numbers added up to what the CEO stated of $653,891.
