Or is it just these two?

Decision Diagnostics holds a patent on storing patient health records on a cell phone.
At least they did at one time. I have no idea of the status of the patent at this time. Several years ago I asked Mr Berman about it and he said "they" decided not to pursue it at that time.
Now it appears Apple Computer is entering into the market is a big way. It just occurred to me that MAYBE there is another patent suit coming, this time with DECM in control. Or if not then maybe a lucrative license agreement with royalties. In either case, Apple has enough cash on hand to buy DECN outright, a thousand times over.
Here is some news about Apple's product, just launched:

Here is Decision Diagnostics' product description from their web site:
EMR Applications

Decision Diagnostics' technologies manage critical data and e-commerce, as well as facilitate communication using smartphone and PDA applications in the healthcare, apartment, and elderly care industries.
"Our technology includes MD@Hand, a wireless personal digital assistant in the form of a smartphone app that allows physicians to carry, access, and update their patient’s histories, medication data, and best care guidelines. Practice Probe is the data mining utility meant to complement the digital assistant. We also develop technologies for e-health and EMR applications. Our company offers ResidenceWare, which is a collection of Internet-enhanced communication, integration, and networking tools developed for the real estate marketplace."
Why would the insiders buy shares at retail when they can pick them up for pennies?
Have you ever heard of something called an Employee Incentive Stock Option?
Keep in mind this company (or any company) can create new shares at the stroke of a pen.
And they will...
What does that have to do with RSII?
I think, NOTHING...
To admins: Why are all of these off-topic posts allowed here?

What the F... is going on with this web site?
At the very least the company should update their infrastructure by replacing that friggin' 386 computer in favor of something built in the last decade.
It takes up to 45 seconds to pull up the next post. Most days there are more posts than can be read in a day. And what is the "next" post? Mostly just messages between members who will complain if anybody else comments on their "private" message. Ridiculous!
What an incredible waste of human effort.
Smacks of desperation, for sure.

"CBD limits loosening in states written off by marijuana reformers"

"...Sessions ... hates everything to do with MMJ..."
Well, Jeff is a "Bible Thumper" from way back. He should spend more time reading The Scriptures rather than pontificating.
It says in the Bible, Genesis 1:29
"Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it."
IMO, That is Divine Permission to use MMJ for what ever purpose we need.
Someone should explain this to Jeff Sessions. The concept seems simple enough to understand.
It is incredibly mind-boggling and ironic that a substance that has been highly illegal for my entire life, we now discover is a cure for cancer. Far Out!
I predict that Jeff Sessions will not be a problem much longer.
Good Luck to All Longs.
Thanks, but I don't need to read the DD.
I'm in for a while with a million shares purchased at .00665
So I just shaved a little off the top to buy some PAOG.
With their clinic(s) now open and more opening soon, it seems to me that they will make revenue before Rising does.
Question is what will Pao Group be dispensing if Rising won't have product available until May?
Good Luck to You and All Longs.
"Buy the rumor, Sell the news." so says the conventional wisdom.
So the news came out today and they sold shares.
What is so difficult to understand?
"Shorting ... penny stocks is a complete myth."
That is in direct opposition with what my three brokers just told me today. You are obviously mis-informed.
Here is the deal: If I want to short THIS stock I have to put up $1 equity for every share I sell short. Think about that. To sell short 100K shares I would earn about $1930 from the sale but I would tie up $100,000 equity as a guarantee that I could be able cover the short should it run against me.
Shorting is certainly NOT a "myth" but it is an incredibly lousy deal for a retail seller and great for the broker. But the opportunity is there if you want to take it. "Pity the Fool..."
I just picked up 250K shares of PAOG using profit from selling RSII
Of course, both companies are operated by the same folks. And there seems to be some great synergy between the two. Although short term, they have to maintain a kind of "Chinese Firewall" between them for regulatory and legal reasons.
It makes sense to me to own both as I believe both have a gigantic opportunity before them. Since PAOG is lagging slightly behind RSII I think it is a better bargain right now.
With Trump's speech yesterday about moving to eliminate the opioid epidemic, I am thinking that PAO Group just might get the Dederal "spotlight" shined upon them soon. I have yet to find any other companies with such a concentrated focus on treatment.
All just my opinion...
Good Luck To All Longs.
"...Lightbridge has raised over $23 million..."
I have felt something pinching my wallet.
So since January the value of my stocks has dropped by 23%, apparently from dilution.
Whereas the price or cost of the stock has gone up.
What happens next in this waiting game?

Almost too much going on in this biz to keep up with it all. It is rapidly going international. And it started where?

But is it OK to make money on this stock?
This the 3rd MJ stock I have owned and profited from in 2018. Not one of these companies makes any products I would be interested in buying. I just grow my own. Blissfully Happy!
It seems like this company is relying on future major changes in Federal laws.
How are they going to move the cannabis from California and Colorado to Ohio for compounding their several products?
Cannabis is still a Schedule 1 Drug. I assume that would make it highly illegal, even felonious, to move it without some sort of Federal authorization. And the Feds would certainly want to collect some sort of tax for moving it across state lines. If you want to personally hold MJ at the Federal level there is currently a $250 tax per ounce, obviously ridiculous. This just shows how far behind the legal curve the Feds are right now - they collect NO taxes on MJ. Not yet, anyway.
The state laws vary dramatically from state to state. Of course, we're taking about two different kinds of MJ. One is used for strictly industrial use, to make rope and cloth, etc. The other is for Recreational and Medical purposes. The states collect million$ from the Rec/Med pot sales within their jurisdiction. So why would they allow it to go out of state and lose the tax revenue?
As I understand the laws as they are now there is no provision for shipping the "raw" or processed cannabis out of state. Of course, the finished goods, such as edibles or the packaged and barcode tracked smoking kind, can be shipped. But not the raw material, UNLESS the various states make provision for shipping out-of-state.
I really like the way this stock moves, and there is good money to be made just on the price gyrations. However, as an investment, I do believe there are some major missing pieces for realization of the plan going forward.
All just my opinion...
You keep making definitive statements that you can not substantiate.
Then you ask questions that can only be answered by the company.
And you act as if all of that means something important here.
Obviously, if you weren't interested in the company then you wouldn't be here wasting your valuable time.
So you must have an agenda here, and I am very curious to know what it is. And I'm not so naive as to expect the truth.
Good Luck with your "other" investments.
"...if this company had any real potential, the market would..."
The company has plenty of potential. And if the market hasn't realized it yet, as you suggest, that's not the company's fault.
DECN is doing what it has said it would do - bringing their product(s) to market... It is actually happening.
I always enjoy these irrational IF THIS-THEN THAT scenarios.
May favorite is "If pigs had wings then they could fly."
I read that report and it appears to be based on obsolete info.
Did you notice that bullet points #4 and #6 are missing?
That suggests that it has been updated by removal of incorrect data.
What remains is badly skewed in favor of traditional investments and the current law. The MJ biz is brand new to the world so there is bound to be some mis-understanding. There is no other biz to compare it to. We're breaking new ground.
Because of the massive tax revenue that is now flowing to the states the federal laws will be changing.
Of course, thee relevant laws are not going to change soon. That is because we are burdened with a do-nothing congress that is part of a corrupt and incompetent government.

You should do some DD before you make a comparison like that.
J&J is one of the most unethical and dishonest companies in America. If I thought your comparison had merit I would dump my RSII shares in a heartbeat.
It is true that J&J always seeks to dominate whatever market they are into. But rather that compete fairly based on product quality they often resort to filing law suits to drive their competition out of business.
I know this to be true because another stock I own (DECN) which has been attacked by J&J with a phony and totally bogus patent infringement suit filed in 2013. It nearly killed my company but DECN eventually prevailed.
Check J&J's record. They have filed literally dozens of frivolous law suits over the last few years. Most of these law suits take years to finish and cost their competition valuable funds needed to be in the marketplace.
So, exactly what is the point of comparison you are suggesting between Rising and J&J?
Sorry to do it but I just sold the last of my MTPR shares today.
625,000 shares at $0.0003
I have been trying to sell these for months without success. But today, Tuesday, Feb6, the Bid went to .0003 and the Ask went to .0007 thereby allowing me to trade out.
Looks like someone is accumulating shares, for whatever reason. I would ASSUME it would be to put this shell corporation up for sale. Last time I checked there were more than a billion shares outstanding.
I know they once had some good solid patents recognized world-wide. So maybe the Intellectual Property is the target.
Although over the last couple of years the SP has been in the crapper. I have absolutely no regrets on owning MTPR as I booked over 1000% profit trading this since 2004.
So Good Luck to MetaPower, for whatever happens next.
And Good Luck to current and future Long shareholders.
Trades are often counted twice so real vol is probably half of stated.
Someone sells their shares at the bid and they are bought by the MMs and counted in the vol.
Someone buys shares from the MMs and the shares are counted in the Vol again.
Every time a share changes hands it is counted in the Vol.
If the MMs aren't hoarding shares but are turning them over as fast as they acquire them then they are probably being counted twice. And that doesn't even include the shares traded between MMs.
So don't necessarily trust the Volume number.

Do you think someone might be shorting this?
Perhaps Sessions is just reacting to the actions of Congress.
Come Jan19 Sessions is free to act out against Med-MJ:
Federal medical cannabis protections extended once more
December 22, 2017
The only federal law that protects medical marijuana businesses from U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ Department of Justice has once again been extended for a short period.
The Rohrabacher-Blumenauer Amendment – which prohibits the DOJ from using federal funds to interfere with state MMJ programs but must be renewed annually – has been given its sixth lease on life by Congress under a stopgap budget deal passed Thursday.
The bill not only avoided a federal government shutdown, it extended the amendment until at least Jan. 19, when Congress must pass either another stopgap budget fix or an entirely new federal spending bill.
“Patients around the country who rely on medical marijuana for treatment – and the businesses that serve them – now have some measure of certainty,” U.S. Rep. Earl Blumenauer, D-Oregon, said in a news release.
“Our fight, however, continues to maintain these important protections in the next funding bill passed by Congress.”
This is the sixth time that Congress has passed what’s known as a continuing resolution, basically keeping the previous federal budget in place instead of hammering out a new one.
It’s a necessary step to keep the federal government funded and running over the holidays. The amendment – previously known as Rohrabacher-Farr – was first approved by Congress in 2014.
The ultimate fate of the law remains uncertain, since the House Rules Committee earlier this year prevented amendments like Rohrabacher-Blumenauer from being added on the floor during a full vote of the House; instead, they must be made at the committee level.
The Senate Appropriations Committee in response attached the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer Amendment to a spending bill that passed the full upper chamber. However, a resolution between the House and Senate budgets was never reached, making the discrepancy a moot point.
Some industry observers doubt Sessions will crack down on the MJ industry, even if Rohrabacher-Blumenauer doesn’t survive past January. But Sessions did ask Congress to kill the amendment earlier this year.
If Sessions had made prosecuting cannabis companies a top priority, he could have gone after recreational marijuana businesses at any point in 2017. Unlike MMJ businesses – adult-use companies are not protected by the amendment.

"We have to get all of the stories straight." I AGREE TOTALLY.
And, from my viewpoint, THE MOST interesting recurring "story" (or rumor) is about Berman's second job with the Circus, where he is attempting to emulate the long and distinguished career of that most famous entertainer, Bozo the Clown (rip).
The "BOZO BERMAN" reference seems to keep popping up here every few hours. Even the truth can't extinguish this "story". If not true then it MIGHT be nothing more than a feeble attempt at slander. Might be! If so it fails miserably in its comparison with the MOST FAMOUS Circus Clown that has ever lived.
However, if there is a kernal of truth in the "BOZO BERMAN" reference and he has actually joined the Circus as a 2nd job, then I sincerely hope that the rising tsunami of demand for low cost and efficient diabetic test trips will eventually lure him back to his day job. We can only hope.
All kidding aside, as the most recent press release has predicted, 2018 will be our "breakout year". 2019 will be even better. And in 2020 we hit $20 per share and I'm outta here.
I have been a shareholder here since 2004 and I follow the stock daily. Since 2004 I have managed to flip my position four times for massive profit. I haven't sold a single share since 2013. I have spoken to Mr Berman on several occasions and, as a result, I am completely content with my, ever growing, position and anticipating a big reward. The risk-reward ratio is working in my favor.
I figured out a decade ago that IHub is less about financial topics like stock investing, and mostly about humor and occasional bashing sessions, etc. which I also find quite humorous.
So, as you say, we need to "...get all of the stories straight...", try to keep it real as best we can, and let the humor continue to flow.
And on behalf of the few and true long shareholders, I would like to say how much we appreciate you being here. Please do keep up the good work.
I hope you understand that they can issue new shares at "the stroke of a pen".
The public float is very thin, about 11.5 million, as of Oct26, 2017.
The Outstanding Share count and the, more important, Authorized Limit, are both "secret". I don't know why but that is way it is.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/LTBR/profile
We need to keep and eye open for updates in these numbers.
I would be willing to bet there are new shares being sold into the current rally. The other day more shares were traded than the known public float. Go figure!
Good Luck to All Longs.
Check_C, Thanks! That's the kind of post that makes this forum worthwhile.
RSII ran hard a few days ago on NO NEWS whatsoever.
What will happen if we actually get some positive news?
"7 billion market = potential sales"
I don't understand. You are referring to Recreational MJ and this company is NOT in that business.
As I understand it Rising Bioscience plans to create or "compound" new drugs to combat opiate addiction from pain killers like oxycodon, etc. And I know they plan to make other new compounds, like topic ointments for pain, etc. IMO Nothing that they are planning has anything to do with Recreational MJ.
We're talking about over-the-counter drugs to combat a real medical/social problem; drug addiction. Granted their products might be sold thru MJ stores or dispensaries. But they may also be sold thru traditional drug stores like Walgreens and RiteAid. In any case I really don't see anything near $7 Billion in sales as you are suggesting.
If I am not correct then please update my perception.
Otherwise, I don't think it is necessary or desirable to suggest connections that really don't exist. It looks like "hype", extrapolation, and hyperbole. This company should do just fine on its own merits.
"...this company have nothing to say."
The stock pps will do the talking.
What do you see as the connection between this company and current activities in California?
"RSII is classified as Pharmaceutical."
RSII is the stock symbol and nothing more. And it is supposed to be changing soon.
If you are referring to the company then I might agree that it will be a pharmaceutic company someday. But it isn't right now.
And as far as I can tell it is still called Rising India, Inc.
