KNOW YOUR MARKET MAKERS!! LOOK:
How To Spot Dilution
Once you learn how to use L2 dilution is very easy to spot. Always pay attention to who is on the ask. If it is just NITE or UBSS then most likely you won't see any manipulation. If you see PERT, VFIN, VERT or cosmetic MM's, know that they are the #1 diluters in the market. Cosmetic MM's are special MM's used by the company to help hide dilution from less learned traders. Some of them are PUNK, MERRI and VNDM. Sometimes it's easier to use them then the well known one's like VERT. If you are watching L2 and one of the diluters are there you will see massive volume on the ask but it will not UT on your stock, it's because they have a certain amount of shares to sell and will not move until they are gone.
You might think it's all buys but they are masked due to selling on the ask since they will come up green instead of red. Another thing here also is you can have millions bought on the ask and then it down ticks, posters will say MM manipulation but what is going on is it down ticked because the OS has gotten bigger due to VERT and others selling shares on the ask.
Here is a list of some of the more famous Market Makers (MM's)
Big Shorters: JIMK, POND, GNET or ARCA (anyone can use GNET, even other MMs because it's an ECN).
Wholesalers: ETRD, HRZG, MASH, NITE, SHWB, UBSS
Top Retail Dilutors: ACAP, AGIS, BAMM, BMIC, CHIG, CLYP, FANC, FRAN, JIMK, MAYF, MERRI, NATL, PERT, PUNK, SACM, UCAP, VERT, VFIN
Know your...Market Makers
Market makers are licensed broker-dealers that work for firms to mitigate client orders in the open market. They compete with other market makers by posting the required bid and ask price and size quotes for every stock they make a market in. Market makers get order flow information and will trade in the open market to fill the order for a profit.
The profit comes from the spread between what they paid for shares compared to what the client is charged. When market makers complete large order transactions, they will often post the blocks on time and sales. Unusually large blocks are likely market maker transactions that have been completed earlier.
Who are the Market Makers?
Market makers work for broker-dealer firms. As the name states market makers make markets in stocks. They are licensed dealers that are obligated to provide liquidity and assume the risks associated with holding an inventory of shares in stocks they cover in order to maintain an orderly market and facilitate trade transactions.
They are obligated to always provide a bid and ask quote during market hours and be ready to buy and sell at least 100 shares of stock they make a market in. They compete with other market makers and electronic communication networks (ECNs) for trades and try to profit from the bid and ask spread of their fills.
When an institution decides to buy or sell a large amount of stock, they will spread their block orders through multiple market makers to attain an efficient average price without making too much market impact. As the role and access of ECNs and dark pools has grown through the years, market makers have seen a steady decline in numbers and activity.
Market makers are some of the largest users of high frequency trading (HFT) and algorithmic trading programs, which account for up to 70% of all daily trading volumes.
Common Market Makers
The following is a list of market makers as well as ECNs and Exchanges that actively compete for order flow.
VFIN
Vfinance investments is a market maker in over 6,000 stocks across all the exchanges including NYSE, NASDAQ, OTCBB and Pink Sheets. They generate over 15 billion shares of monthly trading volume.
VNDM
Vandham Securities was founded in 1990. This market makers specializes in small cap and illiquid securities as well as makes markets in all major exchanges and U.S. options markets.
PERT
Pershing Securities Ltd. is a market maker based out of London, United Kingdom. Founded in 1990 as a subsidiary of Pershing Ltd and makes markets in all U.S. exchanges as well as London Exchange.
ETRF
G1 Execution Services LLC, was formerly the market making unit of E*Trade Financial Corporation. The firm was sold to Susquehanna International in 2013. The firm specializes in market making on all exchanges and facilitating trades for retail customers.
ADTF
Automated Trading Desk LLC, was a pioneer in automated trading since 1988. This firm utilizes HFT and complex algorithm programs to make markets on all U.S. exchanges. The firm is a subsidiary of Citigroup.
ARCA
Archipelago was an ECN developed by TerraNova Trading LLC, that went live on January 20, 1997. In 2001, the Archipelago Exchange (ArcaEx) was launched on U.S. stock exchanges to quickly and efficiently execute stock trading transactions. ArcaEx purchased the Pacific Exchange in 2005. Archipelago Holdings, parent company of ArcaEx, merged with NYSE in April 2006 changed its name to NYSEArca.
NITE
Knight Capital Group was founded in 1995 and quickly became the largest independent market maker in the U.S. equity markets responsible for up to 17% of all volume on the NYSE and Nasdaq making a market in over 19,000 securities and generating over $21 billion of daily dollar volume and nearing 4 billion shares traded daily in 2012. Knight also developed the DirectEdge ECN.
Knight specialized in making markets in all U.S. equities including small-caps and OTCBB stocks servicing retail customers through TD Ameritrade and Etrade. As an early pioneer in high frequency trading, the company suffered a $440 million single day loss due to an algorithm trading glitch on August 1, 2012. The firm lost $10 million per minute during the 45-minute fiasco that blasted out 4 million executions on 154 stocks and over 397 million shares of activity. The firm desperately sought financing and strategic options to stay solvent and eventually was acquired by Getco LLC to form KCG Holdings in 2013.
CDEL
Citidel Securities appointed Microsoft COO, B. Kevin Turner as the new CEO on July 7, 2016. The firm is massive global market maker in fixed income and securities. They make markets in over 7,000 U.S. listed securities and 18,000 OTC securities worldwide. The firm is largest options market maker in the U.S. responsible for 25% of all the executions on U.S. equity options and up to 13% of all U.S. stock trading volume. The firm is a subsidiary of parent company Citadel Investment Group, LLC, a private asset manager and hedge fund with over $25 billion of assets under management (AUM).
EDGA and EDGX
Originally founded as Attain ECN in 1998, Knight Capital Group purchased the assets and re-launched it as Direct Edge ECN in partnership with Citadel and Goldman Sachs and ISE. Direct Edge ECN platforms EDGX provided large rebates for liquidity providers while EDGA offered low-cost fees for liquidity takes. Combined the ECNs grew a 9-12% marketshare of U.S. equities trading volume in 2009 and tied with BATS for the third largest exchange in the United States behind the NYSE and Nasdaq.
Direct Edge released On March 12, 2010, The SEC officially approved the conversion of the EDGA and EDGX ECN platforms to become national securities exchanges, which officially launched on July 21, 2010. BATS Global Markets acquired Direct Edge on January 31, 2014.

What is going on here?
Speculation:
The Market Makers have got this stock slow and stagnant again. I know they would be sucking up the short seller's trades from past moves. Noticing the lower total short volume ratio the last couple of days is telling me there's actual buyers at 2, hence the market makers are not allowing most of the 2s to go thru quicker. At the same time we have buyers at 3.
Market Makers are not getting what they want....They wont give us what we want then?
Comments please.

Article on Market Makers.
What is a Form T-Trade?
There is much confusion and rumor regarding “T Trades” in the penny stock market. Nasdaq Pink Sheet stocks often close at a certain price and, within 3-10 minutes after the closing bell, will show a large final trade that gets labeled as an “after hours” trade. Simply put, this is an inaccurate description of that trade.
To understand how this trade works, one must understand the role of the market maker.
The most frustrating aspect of investing in the pennies, is market maker manipulation of the stock price.
Anyone that claims this manipulation doesn’t happen truly does not understand the OTC Market. Market makers are in place to “control” the price of a stock and, theoretically, to ensure that the market reacts properly to supply and demand for a certain stock.
Unfortunately, when large sums of money and a lack of regulation are involved, more often than not, there is manipulation that suits the needs of certain investors or the market makers themselves.
After all, they are in business to make money as well. If the average investor is purchasing stocks in the OTC Market, that investor is truly at the mercy of the market makers involved in the purchase and sale of that security.
When researching this article, The response from the SEC defined a “Form T Trade” a “trade reporting form used by broker-dealer members of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) to report equity trades executed either in the OTC market or during extended hours trading. Recent amendments to FINRA rules will expand the types of situations in which Form T is to be used, but they are not yet in effect.” The response also recommended contacting FINRA. Notice the first portion of the response. “either in the OTC Market or…” Once again, it is confirmed by the SEC that ”after hours” trades do not exist in the Pinks.
FINRA was much less transparent in their response and essentially spewed the same limited information regarding T Trades that is available on their website. None of which, accurately reflects why these trades occur in the OTC Markets.
Trying to decipher the meaning of these trades with the limited information that is available on the subject led down several dark paths. Clearly, the average investor is not meant to understand the concept or its rules. Even more disconcerting is the second part of the SEC message “Recent amendments to FINRA rules will expand the types of situations in which Form T is to be used, but they are not yet in effect.” That means there is even less transparency about this mysterious T Trade.
After months of due diligence, there are a few poorly publicized uses for a T Trade. The most important factor here is that the only requirement of market makers by FINRA is that they must report all trades in a day. They are not required to do so when the actual trade occurs.
To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day.
To execute a Market on Close” order, a market maker may have an order to purchase the stock at a certain price at the end of the trading day. This is the most unlikely scenario because it needs to be assured that someone selling the stock and someone buying that stock are agreeing upon a price. Simply put, this is more likely with insider buying and selling.
The T Trade that the public sees is nothing more than one or all of the above scenarios. The T Trade reported at the end of the day can be from one market maker or many involved market makers. It can be a single purchase price but is usually an average of all of the previously unreported purchases from that business day.
Penny stocks are an exciting and lucrative business. As most everyone will tell you, it is not for the weak of heart. There is definite money to be made in the OTC Markets and more penny stock millionaires are made every day. But the best way to win the game is to know the rules!
One additional fact surfaced about market makers while researching T Trades. Did you know that market makers are not required to honor their offer price? That is correct, because the OTC market is essentially a “best offer” market.
If a buyer meets the asking price for a security, the market maker can, and often does, decide to rescind the offer, not sell the security and adjust the selling price.
Happy Trading.

Cool. Thanks for that DD on your side too.
On another note, my brokerage company had severely outdated info on SANP. I had to school the licensed agent I was talking to with what's been going on with SANP since MAR 8th this year. When I mentioned the High Volume activity, she started laughing hard agreeing with me, as if in a state of disbelief. But seeing is believing...on her computer screen, that is. I had to direct here attention. LOL.
Well, if certain brokerage licensed agents haven't been monitoring SANP, they (could) start now.
Doesn't hurt to let them know.

Ready for break out and MM's take profit, do not buy in the run but sell and take profit just like them. Buy in later again after downwards price correction. Seen this several times happening in other stocks. It stays a gamble and play.

I called my brokerage Company. I asked what's going on with SANP. A licensed agent told me there's not many shares available through the exchanges(as of right now), unless the Market Makers free some up.

Ha ha ha ha. I guess that's a good way to put it. The "Team" ruined everything this week.
On another (positive) note (I guess), The trading volume went way down, hence the short volume went down. I wonder if there was anyone who took my warning(suggestion) going through the T/A directly/indirectly to trade today.
You know you're getting actual non-counterfeit shares if you go through the T/A. You can really upset a short seller by not buying his/her shares. By denying those transactions, you deny the short sellers making a profit(and thereby help prevent
bringing the share price down).
Cancel the short sellers out, buy/sell actual T/A shares...and the share price will go up....with high volume.
Whataya think?

Yeah. What we have here is a Short Seller epidemic.
The Market Makers, Prime Brokers, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, etc. are allowing their short sellers to short the F*** out of SANP.
I've put out a warning earlier this morning to buy/sell (directly) from SANP's Transfer Agent: Pacific Stock Transfer Company to combat the short selling.
Or...buy/sell through/inconjunction with their personal brokerage company to Pacific Stock Transfer Company....specifically getting shares through them.
Vs.....Buying/Selling the Short Selling Brokerage Houses' shares; selling these (counterfeit)shares which unintentional investors don't realize there buying(the short seller's....SELL).
Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!

COMBAT against Short Sellers:
Franjose is not the cause of yesterday's dilution. It's the Short Sellers causing this(everyday investors). Did you see all those sells at $0.0003....? The Stock opened at $0.0005!
It's the Market Maker(s), the Hedge Fund Company(s), the Prime Broker(s), the Investment Bank(s), etc., (making bank on the lending fees to the Short Sellers).....causing this madness creating (counterfeit)shares to lend to the Short Sellers...who then sell the (counterfeit)shares at a lower share price than they burrowed at.
If you are a pro-positive investor of SANP,...BUY shares... DIRECTLY ...from:

I've been here a long time. My eyes are open.

AUhills,
I as well.
A new (higher) valuation from the Super 10-K would be greatly appreciated.

True your right it should, that's gonna be a big plus getting SEC current. That super 10-k will give PPS another good boost from wherever we're at when it's filed as well :) Expecting lots of big PR's and filing in the near future!
