Well, let me start by saying all I got from this:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1311538/999999999717007900/filename1.pdf
Is "Specifically, Rules 406 and 24b-2 set forth the exclusive
means for obtaining confidential treatment of information
contained in a document filed under the Securities Act and under
the Exchange Act, respectively, /9 that would be exempt from
disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"). /10"
It appears it prevents disclosure of any information via the FOIA.

Another red Monday in the books. Remember, we like to see trends and right now every Monday has been red for over a month. I am going to call this a trend. Rinse and repeat.
What's this "Confidential Treatment Order" in Edgar?
It appears this stock is running..... to the ground.
You can go to any search engine, plug in terms in quotation marks, filter by date, and if anything pertinent comes up wallah there it is!

There is an example.
It would be interesting to watch this correlation. I would suggest if you have the time add yourself to the top 5 boards or similar ones as this and see the behavior of the stock.
Interesting!
As long as they pump it enough so I can get out in the green I'll be happy.
However, I think you are right. The sentiment is the way it is because of the company, not because IHUB which represents just a small % of the investment community.
Hi Fun,
Thank you for the detailed responses you have provided for us here on the board. I am curious when they started doing business with Kroger. I feel it will have a very similar effect as Walmart will/does. This really could push change the range from $4,850,000 and on the high end to $6,600,000 to more like 5.5-7.5+ depending on the supply chain. I imagine ginger beer is not impacted as say a complex machine but who knows!
I am working on wrapping my head around all this info. I will be interested to see what your take on it is.
Pure speculation here but I say between 8-14 cents per share.
Isn't that a surprise! Kroger is an extremely large chain with over 2778 locations.

Seems like the legs are underneath now and it's sprinting right along.
Unless this stock posts numbers in the black with no dilution it's going to be a slow painful decent into the trips....
Nope, feel free to share with us what you have learned and by whom otherwise it's, "I know a guy that knows a guy that said."
Don't read into it. There are plenty of examples where the plural has been used on a singular farm.
It would be nice but I do not think that is a reality right now.
$144 worth? Seriously?
Someone should buy it and resell it to them later on :)
No, just no.

That is awesome! Maybe one day you will brave it and bless us with some of your tunes. I can cheers to that.
It's a bummer his/her/their comment got deleted. I was interested in the response.
Anyways, I agree however I am a bit more optimistic on the price per share. If things move forward without any major hiccup (50% likelihood that will happen) we could see 20-30 cents per share then consolidate 10-15 range. I don't mind being an optimist because my money is going to sit here for a long time.
Best of luck to everyone invested.
It's a matter of opinion.
This is from march:

Price per gram tracker
http://cannstandard.ca/acmpr-producer-per-gram-price-tracker
Average cost per gram was $9.17
"As of March 17, the average price of marijuana from Health Canada-licensed producers was $9.12 per gram, according to Brad Martin of CannStandard in Calgary."
Your $5 buck estimate is old news
http://globalnews.ca/news/3070170/legal-pot-could-sell-for-5-a-gram-or-less/
I am going to go with actual data from the government. It's almost double based on concrete data.
Here is the website you can dig in the numbers but currently you are incorrect on your estimates based on the newest data.
http://cannstandard.ca/author/cannstandard
Okay, now I need to get back to real work but I hope that clarifies it for you bud.
Goverment website says:
"The current report provides estimates of: 1) cannabis prices from 2011 to 2015; and 2) the price elasticity of cannabis demand in Canada. Estimates rely on approximately 9,000 self-reported cannabis transactions from 2011 to 2015, as reported to the Price of Weed website, an online platform for cannabis users to anonymously submit the price, size, perceived quality, and location of their most recent transaction. Across this period, the average national price of high quality cannabis was $7.69 per gram, medium quality cannabis $7.14 per gram, and low quality cannabis $7.26 per gram. Prices varied by geographical location, with regions associated with higher cannabis production reporting lower prices. Price also varied according to the size of the transaction, with larger transactions fetching a lower price per gram. Estimates of the price elasticity of cannabis demand ranged from -0.42 to -0.60, suggesting that a 10 percent drop in prices could lead to a 4 to 6 percent increase in the total amount of cannabis consumed. However, these estimates should be interpreted with caution, given the limitations of the data. To conclude, findings from the analyses are used to discuss ways forward for measuring cannabis prices, potential implications of transitions from prohibition to legalization for the cannabis market, and research and policy recommendations."

Price goes down demand goes up. Simple demand side economics there.
Actually no you are wrong. The biggest costs are labor for trimming and energy, even then they are not huge.
Please see my posts from last night for the research from the RAND corporation and state of Washington.
:)
40ish grams per square foot per harvest- fact.
http://lcb.wa.gov/publications/Marijuana/BOTEC%20reports/5a_Cannabis_Yields-Final.pdf
Meaning
50k x 40= 2,000,000 x 6.5 = 13,000,000 x 3 months per harvest =39 million- however that is with the $6.5 pr gram figure. I think it will be more around 7-10 per gram for higher quality product.
Then we can think they may sell the biowaste for energy or textiles.
They could gross much more depending on how smart they are about it.
Another estimate is 1.4 plants per square foot which means 1.4 lbs of weed per sq foot.
https://www.rand.org/content/dam/rand/pubs/working_papers/2010/RAND_WR764.pdf
However if it is 400 grams per plant we are talking some big money. 130,000,000 or 390 million a year minus other costs.
You are forgetting many factors which is unfortunate for you Kool Aid.
Not the same energy costs, water costs, tax incentives, etc etc.
Who knows until we see some products produced and the gross margins they produce.
I gave you the information since you can explore all of the legal issues this dude has had with these companies.
This should tell you everything you need:

I am crossing my fingers for a decent quarterly.
Hi Hornet,
Glad to see you back getting records straight.
Hey Ryan, I got your message. I been away for a few days so I will be e-mailing you later.
Could you ask him why he takes such a large salary when the shareholders suffer from his poor leadership?
Thanks!
Oh, I was not being sarcastic. I just found it truly interesting since the boards wouldn't need you to be registered to lurk in the background. That is just a long time to wait until your first comment. I am more than happy to have you as part of the conversation.
I wish I could had bought in when the price was that low as long as no R/S happened between then and now :P
Nice post, you were created in 2013 and now decide to post. Isn't that truly fascinating!
Because Kool Aid, it's possible that they work out of their home like many small business do. Also, you can write off the use of your home office when you file.
I know many small business owners that do this exact thing. My friends own farmland then use their home addy for a tax write off.

I was able to pick up some 1.78 and average down a little. If I got in on more dips to accumulate I would be one happy camper!
Well, there is a plan for it not to be a "dry" wedding so I may just have to go pick up myself some mixers and Jefferson's to get the after party started!
I think this is the most neutral statement I have ever seen you post. Congrats to you Kool Aid Man, you may be drinking the juice now.
That was extremely informative and helpful, thanks you Fun. It seems as though these business lines could really help drive the overall business in these regions. Being out here on the West coast I will have to check stores I visit to see if they are in them. Kroger foods/Fred Myers is a huge chain out here- as is Winco. I may need to drop in and see if they carry it.
I think you and I think a lot alike. Everything you said is spot on and fair.
Shoot me a message on free Friday, let's connect. I appreciate your insights and orientation. It's hard to find that sometimes on IHub.
What an inappropriate use of time as a CEO. Also, I read some of Kristen comments. She is definitely an odd creature. I should have sold in the 10's and bought back in. This company does not inspire confidence one bit.
I think I may just have to do that. I need to write up my sermon for some friends I am joining in union Saturday but this will be on my to do list.
Sounds like your camping trip was a success, glad to see you back!
That would be nice since my average is .0033 :P
It definitely is that time of year. I'm curious if they will try different mixer styles for the Gosling brand i.e. a ginger raspberry/diet ginger raspberry mix or the like.
I have been watching this and thinking to myself:
This symbol is behaving similar to another popular beverage company (Monster Energy Drinks) and it would be curious if they expand their non ETOH lines.
