It's a gift. BUY TIME!
My guess is the MM's are setting up a high volume run. My hope is it doesn't stop at .12/.13. if we can get a .14+ we could see a nice shift in the base price run through Q3. Go Surna! Loooooong.
More to follow!
There will be a small run at the worst come K-day. My guess is it will include a mega-volume -mega for Surna meaning 1.5m-3m - day or two that shoots it at or near 0.14. If buying support can sustain, we could see a run like last year. Fingers crossed.
Were not we're...
Great post (as we're yesterday's).
Buy the dips day. Anything 9 or below should be gone quick.
You are correct. It will be interesting to see when a larger buying block catches on. The right PR campaign could launch Surna. They're just super-conservative when it comes to that and I like the approach. Let the #'s talk and let us stock up.
I'd grab a position again if I were you.
Trump just said, today, that he would not allow an AG he appoints to intervene in states with cannabis laws, that it's a state's rights issue.
Couple that with the Dems MMJ platform and we are now 100% forward no matter the victor. Long Surna... it is THE play!
Profitability is why it matters. To call it a major default situation is really not the story. Notes are coming due that are coming due under a positive in company position. Frankly, I'd buy the damn notes myself if I had the cash. Something tells me I'm not the only person thinking that way... and based on Surna's history, I'm guessing that's true.
You have to look at the market to analyze growth and expectations thereof. We are in an effective dead year legislatively. This means we don't have aggressive build-out occurring like we do in periods that follow legislation. We still have scaling but we don't have significant markets coming on-line. To expect big growth is to expect disappointment.
Where I base my expectation is in brand growth, product acceptance and market share. Surna is winning there. When we also get great #'s and growth it's icing on the cake.
Therefore, I'm California (and AZ, ME, MA, MD, HI, OH, FL PA, NV, etc.) dreaming. Note that this is a partial list of states are rec and/or medical after this upcoming election. They're all coming or getting bigger soon! Go Surna... looooooooooong!
Lmao
Based on recent history the MM's will have fun with the week leading up to it. If Surna beats or comes close to Q2 last year, it's a great quarter. Long Surna. That's the play.
Are you inferring that management is selling and not telling? What an absolute joke. This company does nothing but operate with the utmost integrity from my perspective. Wouldn't a shady company be pumping this stock? Your baseless theories makes no sense. It's a very uneducated angle IMO.
We need a like button. These painters our Surna shareholder's Renoir.
Exactly. It's truly the perfect opportunity for investors. When this tips, which it will, we'll be laughing all the way to the bank!
The word for that is: bargain. It's a public company that is absolutely rocking. As for shares sold, look at the Form 4's. This is an obvious attempt to NOT hurt the company. These 4's show supportive management, not a fire sale.
I call it a gift! Buy more shares while they paint down and enjoy more profits on the pending run. The MM's are really just gifting us money with their tactics. It's a blessing in disguise, it won't stay here forever with Surna doing what it's doing.
That's a beautiful point. What we're seeing is that the intelligent businesses in the market are going BACK to Surna as they grow and evolve. If people don't see where this stock is heading over the next couple years, they're blind to fundamental investing. That is, investing in companies that offer a premier solution in a growing industry. That is Surna to the core. No hype, just continual growth and... again, FUNDAMENTAL business. This stock will fly soon. What a great announcement! I'm already California dreaming!
The light at the end of this tunnel is the corporate strength of Surna. The #'s indicate a company that should already be a .60 stock being conservative. Couple that with other factors:
1. New management is solid,
2. Revenue positive makes them less reliant on outside capital (I say less because smart I fusions are always good),
3. They cleaned out the first PPM which was toxic (all new debt has hard floors which puts Surna in a strong negotiation position for new infusions for growth),
4. Margins increase Q over Q,
5. IP portfolio has not even been valued but I'm guessing it's many millions at this point,
6. California, Florida, Ohio, etc. are all coming on-line in a major way (effectively quadrupling the industry overnight).
And these are just a few reasons... The MM's can play all they want and enable us to bolster position at a low-ball #. They're doing it because they know (like we do), that Surna is poised for a huge run. My advice right now is to build position and hold. We'll all be enjoying a run soon (be it this fall or next year).
It's interesting to watch. The MM's are interested in the paint down. They'll bolster position as long as possible and Surna must be continuing with their approach to let their #'s do the talking. The good part is that Surna, when it does start the rise, is one of the most solid cannastocks long-term. I like Surna's approach as someone positioning long. I see real potential for a 5x-10x rise over the next year with real backbone.
We could see a mini-run here. My guess is you'll see a huge volume sell into it if so.
Standoff... shorts are getting rightfully fearful of selling into the bid.
It will be interesting to watch the MM's these next 30 days. I imagine sophisticated investors are grabbing as large a piece of Surna as they possibly can right now. If Q2 is anything close to Q1, this company is poised for an epic run. I'm ready to ride it and can be as patient as need be. There will come a day soon when a short squeeze crushes any remaining downward pressure. It won't even cost that much.
Doucet seems exceptionally competent to me. If you correlate the time of his arrival to reductions in expenditure and increases in both margin and revenue, seems like he's doing some good work. I'm optimistic for Surna's coming year.
Seems like Keen built a bridge for Doucet who is now creating his, chosen, exec team. He's been CEO a month and my guess is he's building the team the way he wants to see it. Pretty common.
Unless they change auditors, I don't foresee a big hiccup. Internal accounting Dept should be familiar enough with the info the auditors need to keep that flow the same. So long as the new CFO knows what he/she is doing, the rest should take care of itself.
This close says a lot. Big.
You talking about the MM's?
Well put. It will be interesting to watch the MM's today and tomorrow. I think taking advantage of their probable paint-down by bolstering share position is the right play.
I think prajna's point is the most relevant. Who knows what happened? She'd never been a CFO and being a CFO matters. Surna has done nothing but perform despite transition. She wasn't right, move on. I'm glad this company doesn't pump news. Save news for news; do your work. I trust that a lot more than a weekly fluff piece.
I agree. Ultimately, tight is better right now. Also, as long as the auditors stay in place there shouldn't be a big hiccup in flow. I really believe this is a GREAT move. They didn't need a fill-in with no added skillset beyond bookkeeping. They need experience which may include either manufacturing experience or fundraising experience (etc.). This is nothing but positive. Surna has a huge few years ahead, now is the time!

This is GREAT news! The fact she's leaving places them in much better position for their next phase of growth. They need a CFO with real experience... her fill-in time between Douglas McKinnon and whomever the new CFO is, will be quickly forgotten IMO. Exciting!
#2 on the PubCo list... behind Waters! That's how great Surna is.
I agree that playing the dips is a decent strategy. Timed right, you'll make money. However, I wouldn't play that deep because I want to believe a real short squeeze is coming and I believe this stock is already greatly undervalued. A squeeze will both kill the shorts and lead to a major run. This should be, at minimum, a .50 stock based on comps and market potential alone (IMO). A squeeze would launch this stock.
If Surna keeps similar momentum into next year (when the regulated market grows by 600% W/ Cali alone), look out. Long Surna is the biggest win here.
I know this company well and know it to NOT be true. A simple call to the company, review of public filings (including 10k's) will confirm it for anyone interested. His lies are not ok which is why I'm challenging him.
This is not a paid author from all indications. Shorting the stock is one thing, lying to manipulate is illegal. Provide proof of payment for the article, I'd love to see your source. #alanbrochstein
