I agree with you 100%
100% theft, embezzlement, fraud etc. you can't just take money like many are implying.
Hold onto your shorts!!!
Crazy spread!
So you have an example of the worst. So how about Elon holding out the details of the Tesla/ Solar City merger. They said he was "not forthcoming with public info" and that "it only benefits, him and his friends at the top"...... Dont look now, but Tesla is more valuable than GM and Ford.
Very good point. If MO is out, he is a shareholder just like us. The better he does, the better we do and vice versa.
Has the talk of merger been written in a pr? They can go by what is said on iHub as fact.
I don't know if the merger/ reverse merger/ triple merger or whatever else people have have written on here has been public in a pr. If not, that is why.
Good point. These folks bitching about the patent have no clue what they are talking about. #1 Any attorney that helps file a patent has the client put the patent in a separate entity for protection. These guys don't find it on Google so it must not be real. Let's say it is in IBRC' name right away. IBRC has a market cap of $15m. And say I own a $1billion company and I want your technology. I file suit against ibrc and say they are breaching my idea. I take ibrc to court with my deep pockets and keep appealing and appealing until I turn ibrc into a company focused on a suit and not technology or I give in and settle by giving me the patent. There is a reason these goofs can't find the patent.
DL and IBRC have not completed the merge yet (that I can see). So until that is complete, DL is just another private company that can keep whatever they want quiet.
You're a lot more educated on this than many I see posting. One thing they don't realize is they are ONLY entitled to damages. So let's review; the float is only valued at $2.15 million. Let's say they bought at the high average of $.002 that is a total of $4.3m... that's the entire float. Take out what is rumored the CEO owns; 50%. That leaves $2.15m. Now cut that in half for people that don't know about the suit, that leaves $1.07. But let's not go any further. Do you know an attorney that would put up money and 5 years of his life in hopes of getting a $500k payday? Oh, and what if the price goes above $.002? The whole case is out the window. LOL
What happens if a pr comes out on Wednesday that says $13m deal finalized, completed of whatever other word needs proof of a deal being done and that there is the profits sitting in an IBRC account? What happens if everything they said was true?
But if you are part of this suit, you better hope to hell its true and have proof. If not, you have just signed your name to a very large slander suit. Does anyone have REAL proof that anything was taken from IBRC anywhere? Does anybody have proof there is not $13m or the profits of that deal sitting in an account in IBRC's name? On the other hand I see several people publicly calling him and family fraudulent and scam artists. Can anybody post REAL proof, or is it just what people have read on here?
I agree with you on that one!
Go ahead and start listing how you came up with this assumption. Oh, and welcome to the board.
Space X seems kind of far fetched too....
I think you are giving him too much credit now...
For what? There is no proof of anything yet. Its all speculation. The only thing solid is MO missed dates (many) for a PR. I have a spreadsheet I keep with all DD. What if MO came back and announced the big deal and many little ones and the DL announcement increase pps by 10X. Are we still talking class action, or is it okay then. This is all speculation by bored shareholders
Yes, but not like any of ya'll think. I think it's a simple name change, then merger. Hear me out; if you look at 99% of reverse mergers, they typically have a market cap of less than $1m. The reason this is different is because the market cap of the "shell" is $20m. That in general does not "qualify" as a shell. I think they change the name, and issue more shares to the new entity (DL). Pretty close to 50/50, then reverse split. My opinion of coarse. One thing to think about; why would MO not do a reverse split if he was only out for himself? There is 15b shares. When you start really looking at the share structure and if shares were or were not issued, and not so much rely on what is "said" you would see a different picture. Just my opinion of course.
I think your comment is.... I'll let you answer that. My point is I bought into a dead company at trips hoping to be resurrected someday. I'm up, what can I say? At least I have something at stake.
And???????
No. Why? I talked to them for my own benefit.
I haven't the foggiest. Don't really care either. I am focused on IBRC. I didn't invest in the mo, I invested in this a few years ago.
I called Clear Trust Transfer April 18, and they called back April 19.
The only problem with the pump and dump theory is that everyone has been begging for a pr. That ruins the pump theory. And the share structure via the TA is identical with not one share issued since last year, so what is the motive? I think he is long and still holding.
I'm just very curious why someone without any IBRC shares save everything because "they never know they will need it". How would they need it?
It's a fair question; do you own shares of IBRC? I own about 54,000,000. How many do you own?
So you are saying you DO in fact have IBRC shares?
Why do say "you never know when you'll need it"? Are you seriously still holding stock in IBRC?
Typical; it's already a scam before the release is even announced.
Why already nagging? Geeez; let them at least put it first. You're like a kid on X Mas Eve.
Or are they the same person?.....
What was the scam MO ran? Same I/O share structure as a year ago. No pump. People are begging for more info. Where's the dump? So what was the motive? The only thing is if he made it up to raise the share price for the merger. Which benefits all of us. I've been a part of a couple of dozen of these, and the negative I hear does not line up with the facts I see.
How is Dreamlife misleading investors? They are a private company and according to your boy Ben, neither they or IBRC has filed any FINRA docs. So how are they misleading their investors?
Nice run!
Smooth sailing!!!
This sponge is the future.
Am I late the party?
You are correct.
That should tell you right there that they have wrong info and can't be trusted. But you posted this as fact, how'd that detail get passed you? Don't answer, I'm wrong, you're right. Good luck, I'm out.
