O man, that is dirty..
Yes, the name Leslie Hayes...
She is of interest to me.
Maybe it was the name "Royal Capital Group" being similar to "FS Global Capital Corporation" being similar in name peaked my interest, I don't know.
I couldn't help but wonder if shares/money that were moved through Royal Capital were handled similarly with FS Global Capital Corp in the past...
I'D APPRECIATE ANY POINTERS OR ASSISTANCE ON UNDERSTANDING THESE PAST CONNECTIONS. I'M SIMPLY INTERESTED AT THIS POINT.
Connections for Leslie Hayes:
Position of Secretary at:
Nanotech Media Corporation - D Shoaf, Director
Ever do a Nevada SOS entity search on this guy? He's all over the place. Is he real?

FS Global Capital - a company cited in MANY of NTEK's filings/disclosures.
Oh, well these are totally legit...
The most interesting thing about all of this is that, these aren't minor, tiny little things here, to suggest so would be incriminating.
From everything I've been reading on Social Media Crisis Control (google it), Investor Relations 101 says you come out and address these things in the open AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Ntek has done the complete opposite which just makes it worse and extremely suspect given the growing list of Facts and Evidence that has been compiled.
It's almost like they've (Omnivance) has lost containment (a long time ago) and are opting to simply not address the hard questions at all, or even worse, cover up the evidence, or distract unwitting investors from these facts on as many social media platforms as possible.
Whatever business school they teach this practice in? I'd avoid.
Even though he may for all essential purposes be able to claim he had no idea what was going on and just buries himself into the work without asking questions, he had better hope this doesn't make it to court because it'd be a tough sell.
I wonder if there are any ntek social media groups that could have used this Crisis Management advice?
If so, I'm sure they meant well..
"Social Media Crisis Management: 5 Tips To Save Your Brand
Correctly
Social media today is high speed and complex which can send some social media managers into a meltdown. Respond quickly but keep calm! You must always be polite in your responses. If you cannot be polite then don’t respond… it’s that simple. Other big “no nos” during a social media crisis include:
Deleting critical comments
Blocking anyone who disagrees with you
Arguing on threads
Providing personal opinions
Losing your ‘brand voice’"
http://www.agorapulse.com/blog/social-media-crisis-management
The blockbuster buyout ruse is so 2014..
What conclusions have you drawn from this?
Slammed because they botched the registration process?
Didn't design their servers properly to handle normal volume?
I'm pretty sure Netflix and other executives are home with their families this weekend because their product works.
"Ok ......reality
Reality is that NTEK is a company with some brilliant minds and quite family orientated."
I would not disagree with this. One of those brilliant minds is in jail for fraud. But let's not digress..
We won't play the DaFo card right now, too easy.
Why doesn't anybody 'really know' about Ultraflix?
Is it possible that since these folks are "brilliant" enough that they'd also make sure their financial well-being is secure while the business hangs on a precipice and their stock price is at an all time low?
"Reality is that NTEK has successfully conquered 4K streaming and can stream 4K sub 11 Mbps,an accomplishment that no other streaming company has come close to."
After two years of knowing this, why doesn't one major consumer e-magazine, blogger let alone a customer that's not a shareholder know about this? I think it's super important that a third party independently verifies this and should have been done years ago.
Good execution if true, terrible attempts at product awareness. Why isn't this readily available info (touting their own product) on their website for example)? 10 minutes of work, done.
Bottom line: only you and I know about this and we still have Best Buy Salesman who have no clue what Ultraflix is.
"Reality is that Paramount has basically staked their future on ultraflix' success"
This is hyperbole. If Ultraflix fell off the face of the earth today, Paramount would be just fine.
"Reality is that the 4 major tv producers......Sony,Samsung,Hisense and Vizio are also staking their futures on ULTRAFLIX"
This is hyperbole. If Ultraflix fell off the face of the earth today, all of these companies would be just fine.
They don't need us, we need them.
"Reality is that NTEK has built a content library that is unsurpassed."
Again, nobody knows about us. The most recent article that our own IR, MR company posted (and was happy simply to be mentioned) said 38 movies. It's his job to make sure that doesn't happen and he was like, 'yes! They wrote the word Ultraflix, too bad they got the number of movies wrong, but we were mentioned!'. What is that?! How about you get your ass off FB and start contacting the top 20 consumer electronics writers, magazines and blogs with pre packaged, professional awareness packages about Ultraflix?? Why did it take an investor to point out to him that he may want to contact the writer to inform him that 38 is not accurate?
One excuse I hear constantly is, the pps is in the basement because of shorts. How about it's dilution, and really, really bad marketing by ntek and the people they paid to handle it. I think they honestly assumed that if the logo shows up in some ads and promo video loops, people will know what Ultraflix is, just because. How's this working out for us?
"That's reality baby.oh yeh
BAM".
After responding to you, respectfully, I don't think you get the "reality baby". Ntek has diluted 1 billion shares in the past year. Raised the A/S I don't know are we at 3x's? Have missed deadline after deadline, projection after projection, appears to have attempted to cover up their tracks on Royal Capital Group for what reason I ask? If there's nothing to hide, why make a really bad effort to hide it? I think they got caught, and I think there's a really good chance they are going to pay dearly for it especially if they are forced to audit due to the K2 lawsuit. They were given 90 days to make it go away since 8/20/15 and they didn't. Why? They've made anywhere between 15-35 million dollars (pick a number) off dilution and couldn't pay 1 mill to K2.
Am I wasting my time outlining this for you? Have you put any amount of reasonable thought into these matters?
Great. That's nice, but the fact of the matter here is Ultraflix has a looooong way to go to gain consumer recognition. A few things come to mind as to why:
1. They hired and paid a lot of shareholder $ to Omnivance who supposedly does media awareness.
Although this is product awareness, how difficult is it to send every sales manager a selling points media guide about Ultraflix?
Incompetence.
2. Logos that flash on screens, magnets etc don't get noticed by a lot of folks nowadays given we are bombarded daily with product images and logos. No one knows why they should care about Ultraflix. It's just another logo that blends in with the visual "noise" of today's consumer electronics market.
Blame whoever you want. These are the brutal facts. Reality.
If you are pleased with YouTube videos about Ultraflix and you think that is as good as a real media campaign, I can't reason with you.
Yep, denial..
I spent three minutes in the store. Walked up to the main UHD display, this was the first guy that approached us. Said thanks, wow, wtf, and left.
So I walked into Best Buy today, the day after Black Friday. The question was asked, "What's Ultraflix?", the answer:
Wait, you mean Banks and/or Venture Capital lending groups ask for Audited Financials before they even consider a loan?!
I'm shocked, because, they just have to go to otcmarkets.com and look at the NTEK Filings, right?
- or -
All Banks and VC's have to is look at the Share Structure - Compare it to Ntek's financials and it is clearly obvious that every penny of their 1 Billion Share Dilution Machine went right back into the business, right?
Should have no problem finding loans here. You're barking up the wrong tree my friend..
Is it possible that there were zero "free movie cards" handed out today? .
As you claim..
Tell us more about these "free movie cards"?
Lololol well, as of 12/26/14 there were 107 shareholders of record so to be fair, if like 50 of them were all trying to watch K2's IMAX Bears at the same time, well, what would you expect? Somethingzz got to give right?
Look at the bright side, that's like $250 that ntek can use to pay off their 1 million dollar lawsuit. Only a few more days like this and we'll be home free!!
Well of course lol. Wow, this is so messed up. Outerwebz are having sign in issues and after a collective group hug, decided it was due to the massive amount of viewerzz.. Can't make this stuff up.
I'm at the point now that my reaction to predictive posts that use phrases like "starting Monday", "coming soon", "just wait until..." - besides being reliably incorrect when it comes to this stock, it's getting to be just downright silly, somewhat hilarious. But hey, optimists are bound to be correct once in a while right? Being wrong for two years? Yeah some will get it right eventually, "soon", "maybe Monday", "anytime now". #unicorns

Ok..
"There will be a lot of Best Buy Customers that will do their Homework and find out that N**T**E**K owns the rights to:
************U**L**T**R**A**F**L**I**X"
Let's hope so, because that's the ONLY way they're finding out about it.
Did the marketing campaign start yet?
Yes? No?
"It was necessary to dilute"..
That's quite a statement. Whatever it takes, right?
On Hisense being live or not:
"We are not live just yet,but will be very soon." - Wong
So back to my question, when ntek lists Hisense as an "available platform" instead of under "coming soon", I believe that's what is defined as a... As a....
...A lie. That's the word. Fact. To deny is futile. Bam. Wammo.
Lie
\'li\
verb
liedly·ing \'li-i?\
intransitive verb
1 :to make an untrue statement with intent to deceive
2 :to create a false or misleading impression
Question: https://ultraflix.com/getuf.php
Ntek lists Hisense as an "available platform" unlike for example, Roku, which is listed as "coming soon".
IS THAT TRUE?
Yes of No?
If it's NOT true, what word do we use for statements that aren't true??? Anyone?
Shareholders are lucky this thing closed at 1 PM today.
Hey, we got mentioned in an article that totally misrepresents our product and its offerings!! Weee time to double down with your kids Christmas gift money!!!
Actually, please don't do that, but sadly I'm pretty sure some have done that already and their investment continues to run blood red. Wake up.
Don't worry, although millions of shares got thrown Wong's way to make sure the Media gets all of Ultraflix's selling points, and he has clearly done his best to make sure nobody knows anything about Ultraflix..
We've got dedicated shareholders who will buy as many $99 packages with their hard earned money and will spread the word to friends and family to do the same!!!
Yes! This all makes complete sense! Weeee! Wtf? What planet do I live on? What is the matter with people?!!!
This SCREAMS: NTEK HAS ZERO MARKETING CAMPAIGN.
Their own IR and Media Relations company is PLEASED AND SATISFIED, that although they wrote 38 movies, hey, at least we got mentioned!! Yeah!!
#winning
How does this sit with you investors?? Wong just posted an article where Ultraflix shows 38 movies. He then writes,
"Pretty sure we have more movies than they list, but we are there!"
Um, isn't it your JOB to let everyone know Ultraflix has more than 38 movies!!!!!!!!!
Wtf?
Excellent Media Relations Omnivance, great work.
You have time for Crisis Control™ yet zero time informing the media about your best selling points.
Proactive Crowd Control,
Reactive Media Relations.
So here's a "fun" game:
Here's RoyalFoleyCap's™ IP address:
roycapgp.com IP Address: 184.168.16.208
What other NTEK affiliated domains also share the same IP address as the TOTALLY "UNAFFILIATED" (As per ntek's filings) Royal Capital Group?
Here, let me help, go to:
http://www.tcpiputils.com/domain-neighbors/184.168.16.208
Do we need to redefine the word "unaffiliated" in our English Dictionaries?
They may not have cash but boy, they've got shares!
ONE POINT SEVEN NINE BILLION
1.79 billion
1,790,000,000.0 shares
A/s raise or RS coming.
Thank god I didn't rope friends and family into this mess. Christmas is going to be awkward for those who sat at the thanksgiving table and got everyone to agree their investments were "golden".
Oh ok that's good, can't have an inaccurate spreadsheet of 2014-15 promises can we?
Every day we see the "I just scored me some .00x's". People claiming they're making $ at 52 week lows. Silly and sad.
They've been removing PR's of OTC?
Denial is futile on this point. RoyalFoleyCap™ wins regardless of the pps.
If somebody were not a shareholder or a close friend or family member of said shareholder,
..how would they know about Ultraflix let alone the Black Friday Deal (which I think has a reasonably probable chance of remaining as a "holiday's" deal through the new year)?
Is it just me or do you get the impression that some groups of shareholders believe that they can raise the pps by not only purchasing an Ultraflix Black Friday / Entire-Holiday Season package, but also getting a family or friend to do the same?
Care to engage in a civil conversation about this?
I'm sensing a shareholder letter next week. Now, when ntek puts a number of New Ultraflix "users" out there, will that be a reflection of those that entered the emails to see the offerings, since they can't unless they do, or will it reflect the number who paid for a movie? Better yet, how about a $ amount of new sales? That'd be a novel concept.
Just wait until cyber Monday!!
