Well, Vanis pulled it off. He's now been MIA for 82 days. That's the amount of days he went silent after the infamous PR about Priwen.

No surprise here. Actually, I don't think we'll ever hear from him again.

Turns out that the preferred shares they were traded to perform those robust and relentless pump services are now as worthless as their posts themselves.

Here's where I'd try to include something witty about what happens when you play with Karma and Vanis at the same time, but I regress. (lol)

The way I see it, Vanis hosed them too. Quite clear in the last PR that he wasn't going anywhere. Vanis being "out" was the narrative they were pumping. In fact, two of them used those exact words in their last posts. Hell, one of them is still stickied.

It's worse than you think. If you study the wording in the PR, nowhere does it state an existing mining company is involved in any way shape or form. The words negotiations and acquisitions were a reference to existing precious metal mining claims... not a company.

Anyone can Google 'available mining claims in Nevada'. I did and ended up spending several hours educating myself. Nevada is definitely the trendy State for current mining opportunities and operations and all the big players are already there. Sound familiar?

In reference to Management change? Hell, as far as we know, Skinner and Mesina could be involved... AGAIN!

As many have stated, this is the most vague PR he has ever released. That, to me, indicates this whole thing should be viewed as the most suspicious "deal" he has ever presented to shareholders.
