The company has no intentions of spending upwards of $50mm for US trials. They are focused on other countries that they can easily get into like Mexico, Canada and hopefully soon, India. Now that they have HSBC behind them, they can handle cash-flow issues that have historically held them back.

Having the FDA declare Sucanon a drug and declining the NDI was the best thing to ever happen to ROTH!! Now, any one with a brain can see it is a drug and stamped by the good ole FDA!!

FDA says its a drug and they didnt turn it down because of efficacy but under the natural designation because ITS A DRUG. All investors should be aware that there are 2 designations, that the FDA has. 1 is the drugs we all know, but there is another called the NDI, which stands for New Dietary Ingredient. The FDA wants to ensure that ingredients that we Americans consume are not harmful. Because Sucanon is so strong, the FDA wants it to go thru FULL clinical Trials like any other DRUG. That is why they turned down the NDI application! They want the DRUG in trials!!

What does that say about our DRUG? It says it's strong and is classified by the FDA as a DRUG.

The FDA NEVER turned down the drug, they turned down the NDI application. It is NOT the same thing and any comments to the contrary are lies, pure and simple.

Mexico can distribute to India WITHOUT FDA approval lol!! Canagen is very prestigious and the gov't of India knows what they are doing and to say otherwise is to insult India.

Kriti Yes Sucanon is called a nutraceutical and the FDA classified it as a drug for the US but in India your Ministry doesn't. The company has a prestigious partner in India called Canagen Pharmaceuticals which is part of the Fazio Group!! As a shareholder, I am very excited such a company would partner with ROTH in such a big market like India. Canagen has done extensive research into Sucanon and signed a $80 million dollar agreement with ROTH!!!
