Mr. Mitchell, I don't believe you ever replied to my question as to whether the advertisement shown below refers to your practice. If you would be so kind, please provide guidance.
Personal Injury Lawyer
Look at volumes recently....if insider trading has recently occurred, it was done via block sales via private placement; basically, if done, it was done by an 'insider', as in an officer of the company. Just my opinion, of course.
Lucky man... let's hope your luck continues and we get a new board and new officers...
My mistake...added an extra zero... thanks for catching that... though you didn't need to be so snarky about it... I'm sure you've never transposed a figure or added an extra digit by mistake...
At some point, at least in the near term, some will buy at lower prices as their calculation of the risk to reward ratio changes.
Michelex has a chance if Pristine is ever provided with adequate funding, and if Pristine is free from interference. However, that will not happen until the Board of Directors and Officers are replaced. JMO

Indeed. Mr. Hayden may want to jump on the story before it gets taken up by the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, Investor's Business Daily, etc.
Dear Fellow Shareholders:
As you all know, the facility in Massena is not owned by Michelex or Pristine. It is owned by Ti-Blatta, LLC:
Ti-Blatta, LLC
204 Haledon Ave
Prospect Park, NJ 07508
If you think the address looks familiar, well, it is. It is the same address as the corporate headquarters for Michelex. You can verify this by going to the Michelex website.
Michelex
The address is listed right above the corporate phone numbers for Michelex. Of course, don't bother calling the corporate offices as the phone has been disconnected for many months.
Anyway, I'm curious if any of you know who are the principals or officers of Ti-Blatta, LLC? While you are researching Ti-Blatta, please see if you can find additional pertaining to Embassy Row, LLC, which also happens to located in Prospect Park, N.J.
As always, thanks for your assistance.
PS..Mr. Mitchell, if you are still 'monitoring' this board, please feel free to provide any insights that you might have pertaining to the questions listed above. Oh, and welcome to the board.
Mr. Mitchell,

I have no faith in Mr. Lacle. He has been involved since the beginning. Either he knew what was going and did nothing to rectify the situation or he was derelict in his responsibility to know what was going on in a company in which he is the president and a member of the Board of Directors.
Regarding his financial contacts, if he has them, why has he not utilized them? Michelex never received the funding that was promised as part of the Reverse Merger. Pristine never received the funding that was touted in the press releases. Releasing false information to entice investment in a public company is a crime. This is my opinion. However, when all of the facts come out, I believe the evidence will point to a pattern of deception that will allow for criminal charges to be filed.
If the current board and officers remain in place, all you will be getting is more pieces of toilet paper. JMO
It has happened more than once. Just peruse the boards.
FYI, copy of email that was sent to Mr. Saleem by another investor (who wishes to remain anonymous at this time):

Subject: Response regarding Michelex...
To: sabirsaleem@totalcare.us.com
Dear Mr. Saleem,
This email is a follow up to several earlier inquiries I have sent to yourself and other members of the Michelex Board of Directors over the last six months.
None of my emails have been acknowledged.
I am a shareholder with approximately 15,000,000 shares of MLXO purchased over the last four years. I am HIGHLY motivated to discover the current state of affairs with Michelex. Because you, Mr. Lacle, Mr. Syed and Mr. Shah are unwilling to communicate with shareholders and even acknowledge communication, I am afraid that you are leaving me little choice but to pursue the truth through official channels including, but not limited to the SEC and through civil litigation.
You have personally violated the trust of the MLXO investors. You have failed in your primary responsibilities. Your continued lack of transparency will only dig you a deeper and deeper hole.
As CEO of Michelex, YOU are responsible and liable for what transpires under your watch - especially in 2011. There are law firms now who specialize in researching and collecting damages in situations like these.
All I am asking for is full disclosure of the current state of Michelex business - private or publicly. As CEO, it is your duty.
I am primarily interested in the funding promised Pristine. Where is it? Where are the contracts? What is the status of the manufacturing plant? Why is it not running? What are the plans to establish and nuture revenue streams?
Quite frankly, I'd like to know how involved you actually have been over the last six months. What have you and Mr. Lacle been doing?
I have already gone to the press with some of my concerns. I will go higher and higher and higher and higher. I will never stop until I know that the best interests of the investors of MLXO are being represented. If that means you, Mr. Lacle, Mr. Syed and Mr. Shah are in jail or bankrupt, then so be it. If it means you are running Michelex and happy and wealthy, then so be it. I am only interested in results at this juncture and so far you have produced nothing but failure.
You may contact me at this email address or via my cell phone.
I have approximately a dozen other investors agreeing to pursue the truth. How it occurs will be your choice.
Sincerely,
IMO, Michelex will only trade based upon rumors as long as Messrs. Lacle, Saleem, Syed and Shah are involved. W/out Pristine Pharma Corporation, there is 'nothing there'. Who would want to buy stock in a company that does not generate any revenue? Who would want to buy stock in a company that, in reality, only exists on paper? That is what Michelex is if Pristine ceases to be a functioning entity.
Fine, but don't stop there. The key decision makers are Messrs. Lacle and Shah. Messrs. Lacle, Shah and Syed have the most to lose if this situation is not resolved asap.

Communicate w/ Lacle, Shah and Syed, not El Cheepo. El Cheepo can not turn this around, but Lacle, Shah and Syed can if they realize the gig is up and that it's in their best interest to leave now, before things get very public and very, very messy.
Apply the pressure, intense pressure, to Lacle, Shah and Syed!
Don't just whine about things on the boards, write some emails and pick up the phone!
Dr. Shah seems to fit in rather well w/ Saleem, doesn't he, given his 1998 federal conviction for one (1) count of receipt of kickbacks and one (1) count of mail fraud, along with the suspension of his license to practice medicine. I doubt that he would be thrilled to have his past problems publicly linked to current allegations of fraud and embezzlement. Whatever would his tony friends think?

Albert Lacle
President, Michelex
Dear Mr. Lacle:
Last week I attempted to contact you regarding your position as President of Michelex. I left a message with your secretary at Key Management Group as well as sending emails to the following addresses: albert@albertlacle.com and alacle@keymanagementgroup.com Michelex is close to becoming a dead company and it is crucial that severe measures be taken immediately. I sincerely hope you agree that the current situation regarding Michelex/Pristine is untenable. I also hope that you were unaware of Mr. Saleem’s checkered past, or at the least, unaware of his intention to defraud Thomas Gramuglia and Michelex’ shareholders. Finally, I hope you agree that it is best for all involved parties to resolve the current impasse w/out resorting to court proceedings and a very messy public airing of what has transpired.
I am in contact with many shareholders and have some influence with most of them. As noted above, my preference is to resolve the current impasse w/out resorting to a messy campaign of public disclosure. However, many investors are rapidly approaching the point where their focus will turn from attempting to save Michelex to seeking retribution. I know that some shareholders have already started to populate the internet with information linking the current actions of Mr. Saleem to his rather checkered past. As I’m sure you are aware, a good reputation is an extremely valuable asset, and one that is hard to recover when it has been lost. My understanding is that Dr. Shaw is a well known figure in New York. I doubt that he would want to be linked to accusations of securities fraud, embezzlement, etc. I’m sure he would not want that information publicly linked to his federal conviction for one (1) count of receipt of kickbacks and one (1) count of mail fraud, along with the suspension of his license to practice medicine.

Likewise, I doubt that someone who is associated with casino gambling would want to be linked to accusations of security fraud and embezzlement, and to have that information appear at the top of Google searches related to his name and companies that he is associated with. In addition, I know a reporter with the Wall Street Journal who might find this story to be ‘news-worthy’.
Quite honestly, I cannot fathom how you let yourself get involved with the likes of Mr. Saleem. More important, I cannot understand why you are not doing everything possible to rectify the current situation. I have no idea what you stand to gain by continuing to support Mr. Saleem, but I do know that the loss will greatly exceed it.
I look forward to hearing back from you shortly.
Sincerely,
XXX
Don't just contact Saleem. He could care less about his 'reputation' (i.e., Mr. Bankruptcy King). However, Lacle and Shah do care about their reputations, and Syed has a license to practice law that he needs to worry about. These are the people who the pressure needs to be applied to. Shah was one of the original members of the Board of Directors and is well-known in New York circles. He owns quite a bit of real estate in New York. Lacle has to worry about his reputation and his casino licenses.

Is that supposedly from Saleeem? Did you receive an email? If so, what was the sender's addy? How do you know if it was Saleem or someone posing as him to make you think he was still in the US? I have no idea where he is, he could still be in the US.

Harr,
Do you know if any companies besides Medscan and Bergenline Diagnostics that Saleem has been associated with have filed for bankruptcy?
Do you know if he has filed for bankruptcy?
Honestly, I'm surprised that a group has not beaten this all the way down in order to then do a Pump&Dump.
I was surprised that someone bumped the bid up, not endorsing it...
Still too expensive for me (i.e, the share price) given the risk involved.
There's no denying that besides Kakani, the rest of the management team's performance has been pathetic. They have been derelict in regards to performing their most basic duties. However, it does appear that Kakani is operating Pristine even though Michelex, via United/Saleem, has never provided him with the funding that he was supposed to receive. Worse, they put out PR's claiming that Pristine did receive funding via Michelex. I have no idea why Lacle,Saleem and Syed decided not to fun Pristine.
If Lacle, Saleem and Syed can be removed and if we can get a Board of Directors/Executive Management Team that will properly fund Pristine Pharma Corp., Michelex has a chance to be a reputable and profitable company. IMO, that is why many are not willing to sell at the current price levels. I'm assuming they figure the amount of $ they would recoup is insignificant given the the price they'd have to sell at, thus they are willing to wait, pray and hope. I just wish more would also be willing to contact Lacle, Saleem and Syed to let them know that the game is up and it's time for them to leave. JMHO.
My belief is that if the status quo continues, Michelex will trade based upon rumor/manipulation/momentum only and will not come anywhere near the price that it might achieve if Pristine was adequately funded. JMO
Agreed. They are not going to resign out of the goodness of their hearts. Thus, we need to make them understand that their position is untenable and that this stock is DEAD as long as the status quo remains. "DEAD" means that they will not be able to profit off of MLXO. We will try to get them to leave w/out a huge fight, as that is best for all parties (e.g., no litigation costs, SEC involvement, ruination of reputations, etc.). However, all options are on the table.
