Thank you ladies or gentlemen, I really feel for Mr Quiros... honestly and truly I do, but there is a business to run and an obligation that the rest of the operating partners, employees or whatever have to the general customers and investors. Mr Quiros should be able to take 6-8-10 months off and his "team" should be ready, willing and capable to take charge and do the work of the king. If you build a business, you don't place ALL responsibly on yourself to maintain every aspect of the operation. That would simply be a recipe for failure.
Please Mr Quiros, get right in spirit, get right in mind and get right in family. Take as much time as you possibly need for this task, NO ONE knows when you are done grieveing, and no one can tell you that process is complete, that is only determined by you.
To rest of the company... get to work and support the dream that your CEO has put in motion, otherwise it's just over with no fight, it's just over and it affects more individuals than you think.
I'm holding and have been for over two years now, please don't make me think this company will fail because of poor officers and management. Pick up the baton and run!
