Jerry and cronies announced they have new distribution deals in New Mexico and Northern California
And no one can prove they've delivered anything.
You're absolutely right
no one can prove the kids delivered ANYTHING!!!!!
funny
Pugilista
If people make an investment decision based on what Jerry has said about who is a 'distributor' then it is without question their own fault.
Fact The company issues a statement that they inked a deal with a New Mexico distributor.
Fact Weeks later it becomes evident that this 'distribution company' is two teenagers who have no history of distributing anything to anyone in the past.
MY assumption This was a deliberate attempt to get people to think lots of cans would be sold in New Mexico and therefore inflate the stock price beyond it's 'actual' value.
pretty obvious stuff no?
By the way I'm not profiting from your losses.
and
If you really think I can bring this down then you must believe this company is on way shakier ground than I do.
I'll help.
Chili can let me know if he wants me to shut up.
Jerry is a liar because he stated that Amazon ran out of supply but it continued to be available weeks after it allegedly ran out.
Jerry is a conman because he stated that they signed new distribution deals in New Mexico and Northern California.
Weeks later we find out the New Mexico distribution company they signed with is two teenagers who had to borrow their grandmothers hatchback to deliver a few cases of RMH to the Snoop concert.
Jerry is a thief because using all the above methods he's been taking peoples money to line his and his buddies pockets.
Let me know if that helps.
I agree it's vaguely interesting to watch for that reason.
The question will no doubt be,
How bad is the news?
And if so where will the price bottom be?
There's really no bottom if the news is really bad, huge debts, little profit etc. and little chance of recovery.
On the other hand there might be some in between news which is often frustrating because it's inconclusive again.
I'll keep one eye on it also though.
I liked the picture of the two kids in New Mexico, 'the new distribution team.'
It looks like Jerry and friends dropped off the prepaid cases at their high school.
At least they unloaded a few cases right?
made me laugh too
THCZ is headed south and weak with
lower highs every week
They are selling!!!
They're selling lots of stock and that's why have another production run.
The actual stated revenue from product sold very well not be a fraud but the stated revenue is very little for how long they've been at this.
After that it's been all projections by them and by the pumpers on this board.
They keep saying they're expanding and hiring and producing more but check carefully. There's no evidence that they are.
Twice they mention growing the production run but nobody checks.
they could easily lower the production run a day later and not make a PR about it.
the point is they have clearly proven they're going to lie to pump this stock.
Exactly SOP
you can look through all the photos on face book and see that everyone in the photos is just standing there with un opened cans looking stupid at the camera because someone just handed them the can and said smile stupid.
Additionally we were asking the question
is he a liar and a fraud.
And,
It's obvious that if he made a big deal press release about entering the New Mexico market then it turns out it's two kids with a few cases and no business plan.
That's obvious fraudsterism
Of course they didn't sell them.
They've said they will produce them but their is very little evidence of what has sold.
If they've sold much it's probably because he conned the two teenagers in Mew Mexico into pre paying for a couple van loads of the stuff.
That plus what they've sold to you investors.
What he did was put out a press release stating that THCZ had signed another distributor in New Mexico and that they would be selling at the snoop dog concert tour then when everyone had long forgotten because they're so thick headed it became clear that the distributor was two kids who just got out of high school. We're not even sure if they have to borrow their parents car to sell the drinks outside the parking lot of the snoop dog concert
that's why he's a liar and a fraud.
In a previous PR they mention that they're setting it up so that they lease it but also collect some percent of the revenue generated over a certain amount.
Of the two buildings this is clearly the one that has the license that they were referring to.
How do you collect a percent over a some amount of profit if it's a non-profit?
Perhaps they're planning to change that status.
a non-profit dispensary?
a dollar PPS isn't out of the question.
I'm not holding my breath for it but if you look at what TWEED is doing and you compare what medican is doing you can see that a dollar or more per share isn't out of the question. It's a more likely candidate for that type of jump than most stocks.
With the market cap so low it could jump to a dollar in a very short time. What's crazy about it is that it could quickly actually be worth that much.
The REALLY great thing about it is that .10 would be amazing and that looks easy if even one of the properties gets secured by them.
IMO
Small but important correction.
They already have secured the right to grow MJ at the property.
Medican is a BIG empty box
I agree and the reason it's so big is because of what the owners
are about to drop in it.
In the next week or so they're about to announce if they've secured ownership of two properties and the legal right to grow MJ from them.
If those properties are acquired Medican will quickly be regarded as one of the most valuable publicly traded MJ stocks in the USA and Canada.
AND,
just on account of the anticipation of those two properties the gamblers on the OTC will come out and begin nibbling at this stock. They wont be able to help themselves, not at these prices and with the news so close.
The nibbling will soon take on a bit of a frenzied gobbling look to it and then the news will drop.
I can't wait to see which way it goes!!!!
I'm on board with all a lot of my luggage.
Stay on the terminal without a pass if you want to.
all in my opinion.
I'm late but in at .0048
I'm not selling till I can buy this in CT somewhere.
or
broke
As they say in California--LA or BUST
CT or BUST!!!!
beer$$money
you should be IR for MDCN
I stand corrected.
I did read through that history but not with the attention you did.
Thanks for the correction.
I agree.
I just meant to say that although it might have been wise to step away from that deal they may have miscalculated the impact of that decision on investors perception of the company.
That sounds the most logical to me.
I've always been suspicious about them walking away from the zanabis deal. From the charts it looks like they were loaded back then. They may have overestimated their power and money. Thinking they could make announcements that big then walk away from them with little explanation other than 'we're going to monitor' it.
I'll watch as my meager over paid for 200,000 shares either becomes worthless or not. We'll see.
I like the mj sector but from everything I read about it one has to know that you're taking major risk betting on any company involved. It's going to be such a fast changing business fraught with trouble. Minor shifts in policy have shown to wipe out companies overnight.
Honestly anyone playing this sector currently should know better than to think there is any security in it.
It is without a doubt way high risk.
Why such high volume?
Who is buying this stock now?
Why is the price dropping on such high volume?
I can't believe the longs here have the tolerance to keep buying in but maybe.
Seems really strange to me.
I'm long on MDCN so glta.
Agree. Nice close today.
always seems like the last ten minutes tell an underlying truth.
enough reversals today to be a collage basketball game
seriously everywhere I look volume is way down today.
I'm not sure it's stock specific.
I think it's international buyers day off today.
all boards are looking so bleak
Everyone is down today.
Not sure how much everyone is looking around but there is red everywhere.
AOL seems to be the only big winner today with the buyout potential
I mean that in an endearing way.
I hope we all see some uplifting news soon!!!
I'm long down 55%
can someone pass the tissues?
Sounds good to me.
I just was asking since Malvern seemed to know something specific about Thursday.
What is it about getting news on Thursday that makes or breaks the pps?
I don't think it can turn a trend around but whenever future upticks occur it will probably help people make decisions to buy in.
Magnegas launches new website
someone with more cut and paste skills needs to get to work.
Rayank
did you see the release of the news just now.
the new website
Yea funny. Too much of a good thing?
I'm definitely leveraged into this a bit but not as familiar as I would like to be with it.
Doesn't seem like that bad of a pull back on pps to me.
I guess I have to some more DD. If this gas really is cheaper and safer & more environmental then it seems like selling it would be pretty easy.
