kkgd-
No problemo.
Mike
kkgd-
You are right they do not create horsepower; however, they
can increase the output of horsepower by a given engine. The
muffler design and interal packing and exhaust flow can relieve
the backpressure on an engine and thus increase its horsepower
output and efficiency.
Mike
CMG-
Nah- I think interest is high, it's just that everything
has been covered on the DD front and people are just waiting
to see this thing morph into the butterfly that flew out of
the "pink" blossom. LOL
Best,
Mike
Moon-
My sentiments exactly!
Mike
Hope so. This stock has huge potential but the
flippers are working on its credibility for others.
All IMHO
Best,
Mike
Nice close for a change!
Mike
Yep mtg-
IMHO shorting and manipulation.
Mike
Bell-
No truer words were ever said!
Mike
BB-
Once again you are right. This is another headfake time
by the MM's. We close over .05 day> JMHO
Mike
Yep-
And some buys are being posted as downticks. MM games!
Mike
There was an 8K filed with new management team in it.
Go read it. Everyone else has. Stop cluttering the board
with I want to know who, what, when, where, how is the
management team rock solid? Rock solid is an opinion
expressed by one. Go do some DD and form your own opinion.
Mike
BB-
You are spot on. The spread is absurd
Mike
Shorts!
Mike
RD-
If you have to rely on others to do your DD you need
to go buy some CD's or invest in GOOG. You are out of
your league in the pinks.
Mike
Well--
IMHO alot of vapor shares going through this morning. This is
all BS. Hold your shares. This is a total headfake.
Mike
Ren-
In all honesty, your assumption has as much merit as anything
else right here,right now.
Best of luck to you,
Mike
Bryan-
Cool! I see 2007 as a banner year here. They will get it
hittin' on all eight after the last few debacles. All IMHO
Best,
Mike
Hi All-
Great close, almost HOD! Happy New Year to all 'cause
next year I think we are going to see big things here
as advertised.
Best to all for the New Year=
Mike
Thanks Obi! I have my fingers crossed on this one.
Mike
Hi all-
New here. Been reading and watching the board for awhile.
Plunged in today. This one looks good and solid. Some good
DD on this board. Had its share of bashers, but they seemed
to have gone underground with the impending merger news.
Has the potential and the product if management executes
as advertised.
GL to all longs,
Mike
Cheezy-
no doubt about it!
Mike
I know what you mean on the rearaanging! I missed
the one yesterday. Just happened to be up having some
java this morning and went to CNBC listiening to Joe Kernan
and crew and low and behold what should appear but our
CKYS lady and our commercial. Just caught it by accident.
The point is that after all the BS last week it aired.
I think it will probably fall into the time slots that
were slated for last week. I will be watching again
tomorrow morning.
Best to all longs,
Mike
Dave-
Saw it at 6:48:15 LOL EST on CNBC DirecTV here in VA. Good
show JP finally the commercial thingy can come to a rest.
Mike
To All True Longs-
May your holiday season and New Year be filled with
joy, happiness, family, friends, love and good thoughts
for 2007 for a great stock (CKYS).
Mike
Will do!
Mike
Liquid-
Justed called and 0 gets you to ext 300.
Mike
Brent-
Good reply. None of these "pinks" runs perfectly. This
one is head and shoulders above any other that I have
seen in a long, long time. These are the high points,
product, honest management, sales, growing, undervalued
(to say the least). This is why I think the AF's and
a form 10 is needed ASAP. I say all of this will be a
memory by mid-January, IMHO. JP still needs to put
safeguards in place to preclude this mishap from occurring
again. As Klon has said many, many times there will be
bumps in the road and today was one. Your information
cycle with JP is greatly appreciated. Kudo's to you.
Best as always,
Mike
Back-
What I think is needed to turn this on a dime is for JP
to do some serious damage control and soon. These mishaps
are a killer in pinkland. Silence from JP on this matter
will not bode well going forward. McWilliams or whomever
was responsible for this debacle needs the axe. I think
as others have said that some lawyers need a call. This
company was doing well at differentiating itself from the
other "pink" crap out there when this happens. I am holding
because nothing has changed with the company's fundamentals,
but management needs to get past this misstep and soon.
Best,
Mike
Ace-
Amen to that!
Mike
Sea-
LMFAO! at the other!
Thanks needed a good laugh,
Mike
RCP-
Given that 2004 is not material. I agree with you.
Mike
rags-
If immaterial, you are absolutely correct.
Mike
nathanial-
Excellent question, I do not have the answer to that since
I am not doing the audits LOL. The auditors could deem that
2004 amounts are immaterial when taken as a whole with the
financials or the effect could be minor and all that needs to
be done is adjust beginning accumulated deficit and be done with it. According to some on the boards 2004 had little or
not activity, thus 2004 effects could be incorporated into
2005 without much ado. Just some thoughts here.
Mike
nathanial-
I am not trying to pee on anyone here. I used to work for
PWC and if we had multiple audit years to do, se started
with the earliest year and went forward. Because such
items as fixed assets with depreciation, accounts payable,
notes payable, retained earnings are the ending numbers for
one year they necassarily are the beginning balances for the
subsequent year and so forth. I suspect that the 2004 accumulted defict of CKYS is material and therefore impacts
2005 and 2006. Maybe things have change-or that 2005 and 2006
are substantially complete and all that is needed is the impact
from the carryforwards of 2004
Best as always,
Mike
frat-
That is exactly right. The flippers, momo players, shorters
will hit this hard on the first big wave. If the company can
get much more transparent than it has in the past, get
uplisted, file a form 10, and maybe pay a small cash divy-
then this thing could get on its way to being a real deal.
What management does will speak volumes as to whether they
really want to be a much much bigger company. All IMHO
Best as always,
Mike
Dig-
and you and yours also.
Mike
Wave-
Know exactly what your talking about over there.
Mike
yellowdog-
Yes it would. The 2004 retained earnings amount (probably
accumulated deficit) in CKYs's case would be the beginning
number for the 2005 balance sheet in the equity section before its profit or loss for 2005 . So it plays heavily into 2005 and
2006 given that it is material. It would be material if it was
an accumulated deficit.
Best,
Mike
Nice close again today! I like this slow and steady as
she goes upward movement in the share price. Maybe, just maybe
this thing can act once not like a typical pink. If all tanspires as advertised it won't matter because it won't
remain a "pink" for very long.
Best to all longs and a very Merry Christmas to all.
Mike
