Over/Under on new 52-week low?
Lol. Thanks for doing the footwork!
Is the response a 'copy & paste'
It's unfortunate that Jordyn doesn't KNOW the name of the company he/she works for
Per Phil...
"It will be very hard, if not impossible to make a consumer device using infrared light for numerous reasons. We achieved a 'trigger' result with infrared light about 2 years ago but thought it wasn't newsworthy enough to share. #mediahype"
I thought they used laser technology. Yes, SugarBEAT app released for early access on Google Play store today.
To answer your Qs:
Post was referring to JakeF1972.
Yes, too early.
Haven't been to lab but my ex-fiance contracted for VSUL.
I've been to Ron Erickson's 75th birthday party.
Through some of this exposure/experience I've acquired insight.
It's unfortunate that the new website has no mention of the board of diabetes all-stars that were on their old website. Their affiliation was the real credibility behind KNWN
Lol. This guy has been saying this for the past 14 months. He doesn't even own shares.
To sympathize with him.....
A few weeks ago, I was in communication with Phil regarding the technology around Nemaura Med, Pavmed, and DiaMontech. He doubted laser technology as a sound application for consumer use. Since then, Pavmed was given FDA "breakthrough" designation which greatly increased their value.
I question why the FDA would consider th technology "breakthrough" if it's a poor candidate for consumer use, as Phil states. Looking at the value this designation has brought PAVM, it'd seem much more beneficial for KNWN to seek this in lieu of spending the time on these YouTube videos of little substance.
An option available to any investor is to tour the lab and meet the staff in Seattle as a basis for your investment decisions.
OTC is a whole separate beast
Hard to say. Their band concept it much more appealing but according to Phil, the use of laser technology for biological indicators has limitations.
My major concern is KNWN's lack of capacity. It's my opinion that they lack the funding and resources to capitalize on the technology for other bio indicators.
And you've never seen it posted on this board because it never has been posted
Lol. What is there to explain? It's a video and pretty self-explanatory?
I agree with you 100%.
You can reach Phil via Facebook Messenger, by leaving comments on KNWN YouTube videos, or by reaching out to Hello@KnowLabs.co.
Give it a shot!
Approx 40k shares sold today
Very vague. If each molecule has the lead time that glucose has, that could pose trouble
Cool. Race to market.
Nothing new...they have been operating at a deficit since I began following them which is going on 8 years now. I think it's kind of comical that they have to amend all of their recent filings, though.
Not really sure why KNWN wouldn't be classified as FDA "breakthrough" designation like Pavmed was.
Well with today's FDA approval, you just doubled your money!
I've had some back and forth with Phil regarding PavMed and laser technology in the arena of diagnostics. Here was one of his responses:
"It will be very hard, if not impossible to make a consumer device using infrared light for numerous reasons. We achieved a 'trigger' result with infrared light about 2 years ago but thought it wasn't newsworthy enough to share. #mediahype"
What was the news?
You must understand that companies can create shares (dilute value) to use as forms of payment/incentive. Insiders accumulate and sell a handful here and a handful there..... Pretty soon they have made their coin regardless of what happens with company. Always important to be mindful of form-4 releases and keep an eye on insider holdings
Wonder why there is no mention of their board of superstars on their new website. That credential is what kept my faith in these guys.
Hasn't been an insider purchase of this stock since late May 2019.
YEEEHAAAW. Drama on the penny stock board. I love it. Figured people might want to research the man they're taking financial advice from. I also don't appreciate one deflecting blame to me in some dumb spat over miscommunications. I usually cover all my bases AND if one is overly concerned about their privacy, I'd suggest not creating public profiles on the web. Point taken. My apology.
To answer your questions:
DiaMontech- much more appealing (assuming design holds)

Pavmed-
I could have sworn I saw a a pic of a thin wristband similar to a Fitbit....but advances in laser tech have allow lasers to be packaged in surprisingly small housing. They mention "a clip on the hand" below:
“The partnership provides PAVmed an immediate opportunity to quickly and efficiently develop and commercialize inpatient applications of Dr. Wong’s NDIR technology - most notably a device to noninvasively measure blood glucose using a clip on the hand, just as easily as now-ubiquitous pulse oximetry devices noninvasively measure oxygen saturation levels. Neither the initial joint development work, which is scheduled to take less than six months, nor subsequent regulatory and development work to create a first commercial product, will materially impact our overall budget. Upon completion, I expect several large companies active in the critical care monitoring space to have a strong interest in acquiring or partnering with us on the commercialization of such a product.
Nemaura Medical- much more appealing (assuming design holds)

These are likely concept pics, just like Know's initial calorie counter U-Band but one never knows. I have also been concerned by the thought of one's desire to wear a band on one arm and say an Apple/Google watch on the other.
On another note, I do like playing Devil's Advocate. I have met Ron Erickson, his wife, and children at one of Ron's birthday parties and have received texts from his wife (strictly on a business related matter). I've developed my own judgement from these experiences.
Leave it at that....I'm unlikely to respond to any messages from ya'll. Good luck!
Thx Tberg
Many that follow this board know that I've been quite skeptical of this company for many years. My new concern is the CBG market is saturating rather quickly and it seems many of our competitor's products appear to be much more appealing in terms of comfort and appearance. I mean, this Uband is large and clunky. Who would want to wear that thing on their wrist all day when thay can simply wear a patch or a smaller, sleeker band like the concept of Nemaura med, Pavmed, or DiaMontech?
I reached out on Facebook and asked when we might expect an update on progress.
The response I received...
"Our YouTube Channel is our main method of updates - check out the latest videos if you haven't already

Not very helpful
Very last slide, click on 'FAQs and press
It's very concerning to me that their "website" is full of outdated information including dates, products, and pictures. Look at the FAQs link. Cmon guys
They had mentioned that they were targeting the de novo avenue for approval. I believe it's a streamlined process for new medical equipment
Better keep your eye on DiaMontech too, then!
