Obviously his diversion from the original business plan has caused you some distress and consternation. Yet here you are, reminding everyone what has gone wrong with the business plan, how JF did not listen to you, blah, blah, blah. I hope this is very cathartic for you as it has no bearing I my life or decisions, and I presume others as well.
Closure will come soon for you buddy, :).

o.t.We'll be hearing something today or early this week.
o.t. While it's been possible to make money trading the two big players in U.S. satellite radio, they have never rewarded long-term investors. The two companies currently trade around the levels where they were right after they went public.
But Bear Stearns equity analyst Robert Peck suggested in an investor note Friday that XM Satellite Radio (nyse: XMSR - news - people ) and Sirius Satellite Radio (nasdaq: SIRI - news - people ) would eventually benefit their shareholders by merging.
Additionally, Peck said shares of XM would outperform the overall market, so investors should look to buy them before before any merger announcement.
Merger scuttlebutt began as far back as January 2005, when reports emerged that Sirius and XM had been meeting to discuss a possible deal. Sirius Chief Executive Mel Karmazin later denied the reports, but in June 2006 he said he wouldn't rule out a deal if the price was right. (See "Sirius Meets Subscriber Projections, Still Contemplating XM Merger.")
Still, federal regulators have said certain laws preclude such a combination that would monopolize the relatively young industry. (See "FCC Chief Cautions On Satellite Merger.")
But in December, XM Chairman Gary Parsons argued that New York-based Sirius and his company compete more against traditional terrestrial radio broadcasters than against each other.
Peck is telling these stalwart satellite radio investors to keep their fingers crossed and maybe even beg.
"Due to a closing window of opportunity based on how long we think it would comfortably take to close a potential deal, we think investors would implore the boards of both companies to avoid quibbling over a few share points, to capture the much larger value of overall potential synergies," Peck said.
XM stock gained $1, a 7.7% jump, to $13.98 by the closing bell Friday.
Sirius saw its stock climb 2.8%, or 10 cents, to trade at $3.70, just above its 52-week low of $3.50.
Way, heard it this a.m. on the news!
