"GTS Drilling of Houston, a company run by Pakistani immigrants, "asked us if we'd consider China," he said. "We were surprised, but decided to leave no stone unturned."
In January Bennetts traveled to Guangham City, China, to meet and talk with drilling rig supplier HongHua officials and view drilling rigs under construction.
Presco then signed a deal with GTS that acquired the rig and shipped it from China through the Panama Canal to Houston. In July it was trucked to Colorado.
Three Chinese engineers, supervised the setup of the rig; U.S. crews operate the well, Bennetts said.
Presco may bring in two or three more rigs from China during the course of its two-year contract, he said."

Tuesday big meeting ... NAEG Receives Invitation From Oglala Lakota Nation
Source: Business Wire
Publication date: 2007-01-08
Native American Energy Group, Inc. (the "Company" or "NAEG") (OTC Pink Sheets: NVMG), today announced that it has been very graciously extended an enthusiastic invitation to present an outline and plan of action to address the drastic housing shortage on the Oglala Lakota Nation by construction of energy-efficient housing communities on their Reservation. Eileen Janis, Vice President of the Executive Board & Director of the Oglala Lakota Nation Housing Committee personally extended the invitation following extensive talks with NAEG management. The meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2007 in Pine Ridge, South Dakota.
CEO, Joseph D'Arrigo stated, "NAEG, of course, comes equipped with the license it was recently granted and the technology to build safe, decent, affordable, energy-efficient homes on all federally recognized U.S. Indian reservations through its joint-initiative with homebuilder, Eurowest Panel Homes Ltd."
"We use, and encourage the use of non-renewable resources, wherever possible, on the reservations such as oil & gas to fund renewable energy systems that will provide energy and revenues for generations to come. It is this approach to energy development in Indian Country that has led to the overwhelming support for our Company from both U.S. and International Organizations dedicated to economic development and politicians on both the state and federal levels," stated D'Arrigo.
Of all the reservations in the Dakotas, Pine Ridge is the one most noted on the National level. It is the second-largest Native American Reservation within the United States, home to approximately 40,000 persons. Unfortunately, according to Oglala Lakota Vice President Eileen Janis, there is a desperate need for at least 1200 houses and an extensive waiting list of as many as 15,000 enrolled tribal members waiting to return to the reservation. The following link to "Life and Conditions on the Pine Ridge Oglala Lakota (Sioux) Reservation of South Dakota" is provided for a more complete reference:
http://www.linkcenterfoundation.org/id24.html
The statistics and demographics below are from this report and give an idea of how life is on the reservation. As well, it paints a picture of the potential for housing, energy, etc. for Native American Energy Group.
Housing Conditions and Homelessness
The small BIA/Tribal Housing Authority homes on the Pine Ridge Reservation are overcrowded and scarce, resulting in many homeless families who often use tents or cars for shelter. Many families live in old cabins or dilapidated mobile homes and trailers.
The report also states that 26% of the housing units on the Reservation are mobile homes, often purchased or obtained (through donations) as used, low-value units with negative-value equity.
In a recent case study, the Tribal Council estimated a need for at least 4,000 new homes in order to combat the homeless situation.
There is an estimated average of 17 people living in each family home (a home which may only have two to three rooms). Some larger homes, built for 6 to 8 people, have up to 30 people living in them.
Over-all, 59% of the Reservation homes are substandard.
Over 33% of the Reservation homes lack basic water and sewage systems as well as electricity.
Without basic insulation or central heating in their homes, many residents on the Pine Ridge Reservation use their ovens to heat their homes.
Many Reservation homes lack adequate insulation. Even more homes lack central heating.
It is reported that at least 60% of the homes on the Pine Ridge Reservation need to be burned to the ground and replaced with new housing due to infestation of the potentially-fatal Black Mold, Stachybotrys. There is no insurance or government program to assist families in replacing their homes.
39% of the homes on the Pine Ridge Reservation have no electricity.
Raj Nanvaan, Chief Financial Officer of Native American Energy Group wished to make the following statement:
"Over the course of the last 6 years, Native American Energy Group and its founders have visited many reservations across the United States and it is living conditions such as these that have contributed to our ideology of assisting Native American tribes with their energy needs, and to help them to obtain a state of independence. Native Americans are the second largest landowners in the U.S. after the Federal Government. If we help them develop their economy and satisfy their real needs like housing and health care, this is what promotes a trustworthy and prosperous relationship between our Company and the tribal communities, nationwide, and sets the foundation for further energy development in the U.S., such as Oil & Gas, and the implementation of renewable energy systems such as Wind, Solar and Geothermal Energy. The energy created from such systems can provide energy to the reservations, and the excess energy can be sold to the local utility, thus creating additional revenue for the tribes and Native American Energy Group."

(what is really going to get interesting is when some info comes out on the other four states where more leases are located and pretty much stealth at this time. For that matter we are still basing fundies mainly on one county in one of five states we have interests in. The Montgomery County leases in Kansas could dwarf what we presently know about Woodson County.)

Deeper pay zones producing near Hemi's leases Woodson County Kansas are confirmed by supply houses in southeast Kansas. Several new wells with very good oil production from deeper pay zones are tight-holes for information about oil production from Kansas oil agencies. Therefore with large known blanket geological formations , like are under the Humboldt-Chanute oilfield , if extrapolated to deeper oil reserves that are being produced in the area , that are Not yet in our reserve report , are also under Hemi's 6 leases in Woodson County too. Thanks to all smart working board members that value DD accuracy.Tia

Deeper pay zones in Ks.need big pulling rig. Therefore Hemi is planning for drilling known deeper oil formations in Kansas like the Mississippian is our opinion based on DD of All blanket pay zones in Woodson County. The reserve report does Not yet include this large pay zone under all 6 leases in Woodson County. But we have knowledge of new wells in Hemi's area that have very good production from these deeper zones. Proven reserves will increase as new wells prove-up the squirrel & deeper geological formations both on Humboldt-Chanute oilfield & also the adjacent blanket formation that will extend this known oilfield in southeast Ks. Thanks for all working board members that value DD accuracy. Please read DD2 posts by a team player. Tia

Group hold for Buyout. Have contacts with big oil too. We will help Hemi with long term goals as needed. Our position is far too large to sell in the open market. Therefore we always planned, as Mr Anderson did, for the big $ based on a very large BOE reserves in Kansas & development of leases in the other 4 states over time. Lowman is doing an excellent job for HMGP. Thanks for asking about fundamental reasons to own Hemi. Tia
Just a little teaser of Montgomery County's potential:
No offense taken, just keeping the actual histories of the completed workover wells PR'd out in front of new potential players. These boards are like streams, and most just go back
maybe 50 posts and might not be aware of actual production.
Native American Energy Group, Inc. Announces Successful Enhancement and Completion of First 2 Oil Wells
"NAEG field operations have resulted in the successful revitalization of the Tribal
7-A and COX 7-1 wells located on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation which lies in
the Williston Basin. It took 8 days to complete each well individually which
included down-hole rework and enhancement procedures such as the
administration of the Company’s proprietary chemical called Petro-Flo. The
chemical treatment was reported to have increased the pressure by 6-fold in the
producing zones. Both wells were producing significant amounts of gas after the
treatments as well. During the testing period after the treatment on the 7-A, the
company accumulated more than 200 barrels of high gravity oil of which a
sample was picked up by Shell Trading Co. and another oil purchaser in the
area. Both purchasers approved the oil for purchase and are currently drafting
proposals for Native American Energy."
To view photos of these 2 wells, please visit the following links:

Was hoping someone would notice that. The gas plays planned for later or after the sale of the company would be greatly enhanced by these infrastructure advantages. More good fundamentals for this nice (little) O & G company.
OK, back to the boring (no pun intended) DD stuff.

"Nice pictures, too bad it is snow covered up there now~! JERK. This one will move so cut the bull."
Don't know your agenda on this post, but these are NVMG pictures on the NVMG website proving the PR they issued about their two well workovers. What does snow have to do with it?? Maybe you can forward this to NVMG as it's their site/pictures.
Some have doubted the fact that any well work has been done. These pictures are fairly good proof. Maybe I got this all wrong. Is JERK an acronym for something real complimentary? But as far as the bull reference, I am very Bullish on this stock. ROTFLMAO!!
As far as the earlier post of public records showing all NVMG well information that is more than likely 6 to 12 months old, it was fairly straightforward that the 20 listings were from the same well but different formations. Guess the Montana Online Oil & Gas Information system felt compelled to list the formations separately for a reason. The post was just to show that NVMG is involved in many wells/formations that we know about and I'm sure a few we don't know about yet. I guess some will assume that only they can decipher the information so it's good to have the "teachers" here to help us all.
My other posts immediately following the well/formation post kinda explained it in more detail. But hey, I'll take all the help I can get.

Sabine County church water well blowout..............
"Lowman, this Sabine lease is one of my favorite stories on how we found it. We acquired the initial information in 2000? 2001? Back in the early 1970’s a wildcatter drilling for oil hit some very large gas wells out in the Sabine National Forest . . . Back then the old wildcatter decided 25 cent natural gas and miles of paper work and gas lines wasn’t worth the effort . . . Later, I heard about some very big gas discoveries in Shelby County . . . A church that was trying to drill WATER WELLS were blowing out, ie; they were drilling water wells and hitting natural gas . . . So between the water wells blowing out from Shallow gas and the deep well results, it pretty much confirmed the Hemphill area has gas...a LOT of gas . . . I cannot start name dropping yet, but we have been approached by several large O&G companies about us selling the lease, a joint venture, partnership or something of this nature. No decisions made, we are weighing all options"

The last paragraph of Feb.9 news if read very carefully, = New additional oil zones are to be proved-up & then produced , is very Big news for larger oil production on Hemi lease too." 2/9/2007
"Market cap still low vs All geological formations being fully valued for for oil & gas on Hemi leases in Kansas alone. Understanding dd of last paragraph , in the Feb.9 press release will become , very important as the new testing & production well is drilled in early March based on our own DD of All geology formations in southeast Ks. too." 2/12/2007
"DD of Bigger picture by "Book of Hemi" may change the way some geological oil formations are valued in Mature oilfields in southeast Kansas. Mr Anderson may be viewed in hindsight as important to how New knowledge was used to produce more oil in Ks. How Mature is the Humboldt-Chanute oilfield in Woodson County Ks. ? What will coring tell about geology formations ; how will extrapolations & applications of this information likely produce more oil based on our DD? Read Dec. DD posts to better understand dd of bigger picture for oil & gas revenues." 2/12/2007
"Group thinks based on dd of the "Book of Hemi" & our DD of geology that new zones, from Feb. 9 release, will increase "probable reserves" on leases in Woodson County Ks. Market cap is still very low vs reserve report that will be released on Only some Kansas leases is our opinion." 2/15/2007
"Mature oilfields dd by "Book of Hemi" will likely change the way some blanket geological oil & gas formations are valued in Woodson County Ks. Therefore group opinion in part is based on DD of Bigger picture for probable reserve values as New fields are proved-up for leases off the yet Known western Humboldt-Chanute oilfield in Woodson County Ks. Hemi with the 1916 geological information & it's library of geological information about southeast Kansas formations will be more able to produce more valuable oil & gas wells in Woodson County Ks." 2/16/2007

"Projections made by my group are as timely & objective as possible based on information available from due diligence."
"My group will help the ongoing long term trend reversal achieve accurate market cap value for HMGP over time."
"A 2nd.Group of individual, like our Group, investors with long term fundamentals price goals has been buying support for over 2 weeks. Both groups have at times bought the same stocks with long term goals in the past successfully. We helped them some with some of Our dd information about geology formations in southeast Kansas. We will all be buying more timely as the Bigger picture for oil value in Kansas is just starting to unfold. We have been buying HMGP since Oct.'06 ; all are adding more today based on new fundamenal gas news about TX."
"When t/a of indicators' patterns & Volume dictates a price breakout our group will also be buying volume. We are Not yet convinced based on t/a,but group will support patterns as they change in HMGP."
"Big oil is drilling in southeast Kansas again after having been gone for decades. This fact if extrapolated will become important to Hemi in 2007. Why will Big Oil companies have 2 reasons to talk to Hemi ? What info. will the drilling of some new well find that is more valuable than the oil from just that oil well near the western Humboldt-Chanute oilfield ? Think much Bigger picture for oil in Kansas." 1/15/2007

"DD of "Book of Hemi" shows Bigger picture for oil value on leases in 5 states. It appears the values will become clearer as the story unfolds. What do 2 major oil companies know that caused then to return to southeast Kansas after having been gone for decades ? What does management know about geology that will become valuable to Big oil in Kansas?" 1/18/2007
"Fundamentals supercedes t/a when news is timely accurate as the story in the "Book of Hemi" unfolds about oil values on the leases in the 5 states. Therefore the chart price is supported as the handle is formed by the fact that the market cap value is still very under valued in HMGP. Excellent dd & t/a posts by board members is still the dominate trend." 1/21/2007
"N.Dakota oil find in the area of Hemi leases & a 5th. state's leases , yet to be revealed , may be of more oil value than known Kansas leases. You & several other working board members show great dd & psychological understanding of the "Book of Hemi". Both groups are very long term, large fundamental holders of Hemi that will keep timely t/a buying as the story unfolds." 2/3/2007
