The SEC is wide open this year
Fink, nice to see you here!
During this period, or the doldrums of phase 3 as I like to think of it, NHMD dilution because is simply unfounded. The other day, I sold 80,000 of my shares and used that money on another ticker. Was that dilution? I feel most of the sells are those being impatient or using some of their shares as proceeds for other plays. I still hold my core position here and will use those other gains to further buy at these levels. NHMD dilution with little volume is simply a foolish concept.
That's just like saying that North Carolina beat South Carolina last night, but the late INT in the endzone gave South Carolina the win. The premise of that post is a head scratcher.
Good morning to all here! Let's have a nice day to ease into the holiday weekend! GEQU $$$$
Do you have facts to back up that claim? Enlighten us please!
I can't wait to see them squirm when phase 3 / big box announcement completes in a month or two. This trading pattern is similar to last summer / fall except that we aren't getting those fluff 8ks (Wade) which shows the distancing of that relationship. GLTA, $$$$NHMD
Can somebody let me know where I can buy Wade's Homemade Pancakes. All I can find is Nate's. Anyone?
Funny Games! Show me on the filings where Wade is on the Board.
Too bad this mantra will persist until phase 3 and big box are announced in the upcoming months. Even then, it will be a bitter pill for some when they realize that JW is not a player here! I mean, who would want to let go of the Wade ammo around here? When it is gone, all that is left is the price of eggs in China.
Now it's back to water in the jug?
What about the price of eggs?
No worries. I'll buy them back in the next few trading days.
Fink, those were my 10k at .0302! I wanted to see if CDEL budged! Glad, that at least you got them!
And yes, I posted it as a "good for the day" sell, 10k to see if it would show on L2 and to see if CDEL would drop.
Who is "biscuit"? Goid to see we are coming full circle with this talk about eggs and shake and pour batter! Where is Billy to breakdown the price at Ihop?
Ha and all of that speculation the other way isn't? Look, we will be happy Q4. Time to add to the pile of shares!
$$$$$$$$$
I've taken a small position here and love all of the DD done and the direction! What might be a safe estimate of where we could see this thing in the coming months / year? Thanks to everyone for their great insight here
Let it go down and load. Big box retail is around the corner. We all know this is a long play with a low float. Yes, the unforseen hurdles and move to ABCO delayed things by 10-12 months, but Nate recognized the long term benefit of doing these things. This will eliminate future production inefficiencies, which killed Batter Blaster.
Where is this from?
Edited:
Oh so let's run here with another company's 8k! Great work!
Ongoing terrible opinion. This thing has not been increased lately. Look at the website.
I like to see the Form 4. Hopefully more will soon follow. Anticipation is real and Nate is working hard to lower costs (change from N to CO2). Great times ahead. NO DILUTION!
"At any time" means that NHMD can pay off the loan AT ANY TIME. Reread that sentence. The three underlined red words is about Nate and npt about Vista converting whenever they please.
Sounds like this is the worst company ever. Oh the madness!
Seriously we will all be smiling, well most of us, when phase 3 completes and retail begins!
Nice crystal ball! Speculative at best!
In my opinion, the sentiment lies more inline with what Investor229 shared. It is in the best interests of all parties involved, at this stage, to remain anonymous to prevent the harassing email bombs. That said, I look forward to upcoming deals, kiosk opening, and phase 3 completion.
That's insane! It's one thing to try and find info, but let those businesses be without the email bombs.
It sounds like Phase 3 is ahead of schedule, and that SHOULD be the last hurdle to jump. We all look forward to the fall and winter. So many good things going on here and to think we can get this at last year's prices, when Nate's was just getting started.
NHMD$$$
All of this is a stretch, my friend. Wade does not belong to NHMD and does not have the final say in any of these matters.
I made some this morning for my son. We know that they taste great and they were on the table in less than 5 minutes from the fridge. No mess and no mixing for just 3 pancakes, with a super easy cleanup! I'll take it every time! NHMD
Hammertime. Good grief. Who won today?
Good Friday! let's see what fun today brings with the usual players. Hopefully we can end the week on a high note. GLTA involved and NHMD long! $$$$$
Actually, Wade and 1PM are handling the kiosk. Don't get them mixed. 1PM handles the cost of the build and cost of the marketing and lease. Nate sells the producr to 1PM who distributes it at the kiosk.
So, again, Wade does not control Nate!!!
"He originally filed a 13g, which is an abbreviated filing, which is only available to companies that don't have control or influence over Nate's, which is not the case for Joseph and Nate's."
This is speculative. It is filled the way it was meant to be, because one cannot prove this "control" by Wade.
He would not need a 144, if he did sell shares, because, again, he has no control as suggested.
Rule 144
"Restricted securities are securities acquired in unregistered, private sales from the issuing company or from an affiliate of the issuer. Investors typically receive restricted securities through private placement offerings, Regulation D offerings, employee stock benefit plans, as compensation for professional services, or in exchange for providing "seed money" or start-up capital to the company. Rule 144(a)(3) identifies what sales produce restricted securities.
Control securities are those held by an affiliate of the issuing company. An affiliate is a person, such as an executive officer, a director or large shareholder, in a relationship of control with the issuer. Control means the power to direct the management and policies of the company in question, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise. If you buy securities from a controlling person or "affiliate," you take restricted securities, even if they were not restricted in the affiliate's hands."
He does not need a Form 4 because he is not AN INSIDER!
A 13D G was filled as required for shares issued to EMBR, last year, and was signed by Wade.
Is this Wade's company? For those that have him on on the brain 24/7, please reach out to him via email so that he may answer those questions for you!
This is NHMD, a company that is building, growing, and attempting to establish a brand. They sell a delicious product at the online store! Load now a reap the rewards in a few years! NHMD long! $$$$$
All of the above in my opinion!
This isn't the board to discuss EMBR and Wade does not run this company. So what if Wade has shares!
Maybe Microsoft is easier to buy @ 46 and change for almost all investors. Hence more shares. I'm pretty sure most aren't going to go buy one share of stock that costs as much as a house. I don't know what those two have to do with NHMD.
It's not aerosol. I think many are taking a wait and see and longs who want more shares can be patient and get shares in the 3s this summer.
Jim, I can understand your setiment based on past dealings with a Wade run company. I do strongly feel that Nate is not here to run a share selling scam, though. There may be some so-so things put out in PRs at the suggestion of Wade, but at the end of the day, Nate, with his pedigree, is here to establish a brand. The quality of his initial products are too good not to try and make it happen. To each there own. GLTY
