No doubt AWG is poised to be a 9 billion dollar industry by 2022. This tech is absolutely important for both crop and drinking water. Peeps should be keeping an eye on Ambient Water and take advantage of the pps if they haven't already. AWGI is a must to have in your long term trading portfolio.
Talk about a broken record. The truth is records will be broken for climate change this year and continue to be broken for years to come. 9.3 billion dollar market awaits for atmospheric water generation. AWGI is poised to be a leader with strategic partner BW Global. Take a look around, the signs and times don't lie.
Yess AWGI is a friend you want to keep close. Lifesaving tech no doubt!
Good afternoon! AWGI
Very well said Sicilian Villain!
Bottled water is poised to become the king of beverages in the United States.
With most of the world's fresh water depleting, having companies like Coke shutting down plants from lack of fresh water due to climate change, atmospheric bottled water will be a thing of the future imho. Big money here peeps!
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/2016/04/160420-bottled-water-sales-record-high-despite-environmental-opposition/?platform=hootsuite
I honestly believe Ambient Water and BW Global have the cure for food and water. Imagine being able to grow food and produce water anywhere around the globe completely off grid! Providing shelter and an income to those in places like Africa. We now have this tech available! The only way to really solve water and food scarcity us to reverse the effects of climate change but even so our tech is still need to grow food in any environment while providing drinking water and safe shelter.
Rise and Shine AWGI!
Great times ahead xZx
I could imagine what's coming based on the strategic moves made by the company recently. The numbers and ink look to be ready imho ;)
ONLY FACTS I POST!!! Anything else would be imaginary scenarios. Climate change making world history. Such recorded events will make front page when water becomes completely scarce in developed countries like our own. Cost for water and food will skyrocket until nobody can afford it eventually hard to get it even if you have money! It's coming peeps. If we act now we can make it a little easier but still many will suffer. This tech with BW Global is the best solution imho.
Many will be sold imho! Every household deserves one of these babies. Nobody wants to poison themselves with desalination water. This is why Penida Capital wants exclusive rights to sell these units. Aquaboy is doing it and will be showcasing a few Ambient Water products at water summit in Dubai Jan 2017. Ambient Water is currently working with Saudi Arabia with their tech so it's just a matter of time Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa will all jump on board with AWG. Watch it happen as time rolls on. 9.3 billion dollar market coming!!!
APRIL 6, 2016 Demonstrating rapid progress in delivering infrastructure is clearly important to the Jokowi administration, but longer-term challenges remain. For one, Indonesia’s inefficient planning and delivery model for national roads needs to be overhauled if the country is to safeguard its economic growth. The government has yet to fully tackle this and other long-term reforms; it has, however, recently introduced regulations that augur well for new flows of private investment, such as reinstating the role of such investment in the water sector and allowing for a more realistic risk allocation in public–private partnerships.
REMEMBER PEEPS!
Atmospheric water generator (AWG) market size is anticipated to be reach USD 9.3 billion by 2022, as per a new research report by Global Market Insights, Inc. Scarcity in fresh water availability coupled with declining water resources is likely to drive demand. Increase in infrastructure spending is anticipated to drive fresh water demand for drinking and industrial purposes.
AWGI Long and Strong!!!
All the water experts would agree that desalination is not the best solution!
Disadvantage: High Costs to Build and Operate
It is very costly to build and operate desalination plants. Depending on their location, building a plant can cost from $300 million to $2.9 billion as of 2008. Once operational, plants require huge amounts of energy. Energy costs account for one-third to one-half of the total cost of producing desalinated water. Because energy is such a large portion of the total cost, the cost is also greatly affected by changes in the price of energy. The California Coast Commission estimated that a one cent increase in the cost of a kilowatt-hour of energy raises the cost of of one acre-foot of desalinated water by $50.
Disadvantage: Environmental Impact
Environmental impacts are another disadvantage to desalination plants. Disposal of the salt removed from the water is a major issue. This discharge, known as brine, can change the salinity and lower the amount of oxygen in the water at the disposal site, stressing or killing animals not used to the higher levels of salt. In addition, the desalination process uses or produces numerous chemicals including chlorine, carbon dioxide, hydrochloric acid and anti-scalents that can be harmful in high concentrations.
Waste Disposal
As with any process, desalination has by-products that must be taken care of. The process of desalination requires pretreatment and cleaning chemicals, which are added to water before desalination to make the treatment more efficient and successful. These chemicals include chlorine, hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and they can be used for only a limited amount of time. Once they've lost their ability to clean the water, these chemicals are dumped, which becomes a major environmental concern. These chemicals often find their way back into the ocean, where they poison plant and animal life.
Ocean Populations
The organisms most commonly affected by brine and chemical discharge from desalination plants are plankton and phytoplankton, which form the base of all marine life by forming the base of the food chain. Desalination plants therefore have the ability to negatively affect the population of animals in the ocean. These effects are further developed through the disadvantages caused by desalination "impingement" and "entrainment." While sucking ocean water in for desalination, the plants trap and kill animals, plants and eggs, many of which belong to endangered species.
Health Concerns
Desalination is not a perfected technology, and desalinated water can be harmful to human health as well. By-products of the chemicals used in desalination can get through into the "pure" water and endanger the people who drink it. Desalinated water can also be acidic to both pipes and digestive systems.
Energy Use
In an age where energy is becoming increasingly precious, desalination plants have the disadvantage of requiring large amounts of power. Other water treatment technologies are more energy efficient.
Brine
Brine is the side product of desalination. While the purified water goes on to be processed and put into human use, the water that is left over, which has a super saturation of salt, must be disposed of. Most desalination plants pump this brine back into the ocean, which presents another environmental drawback. Ocean species are not equipped to adjust to the immediate change in salinity caused by the release of brine into the area. The super-saturated salt water also decreases oxygen levels in the water, causing animals and plants to suffocate.
OVERALL desalination is a process by which salt and brackish water is pulled out of the ocean and run through a desalination and purification system to result in clean, drinkable water. Desalination technology is hailed as a positive answer to worldwide water shortages, and is being developed and encouraged in areas that are close to oceans but lacking in freshwater supplies. However, desalination is not a fail-safe process and carries with it many environmental repercussions. The disadvantages of desalination are causing many people to think twice before starting desalination projects.
It's all coming together zZx! Right before our very own eyes ;)
Yes this is very funny to say the least! 97% of water on earth is salt water. 2% is locked up in glaciers so that leaves 7 billion people with 1% of fresh drinking water to share. Notice I did not take into consideration any type of water scarcity yet! Now we face severe water scarcity from climate change with a growing population. If it wasn't bad enough already in the past with just lack of fresh water to meet the demands from population growth now we face the biggest problem ever known to mankind. We can not live more than 3 days without water! Many are dying at alarming rates as water becomes scarce rapidly. Agriculture depends on it! All living species depends on it! Our lives depends on it!!!
Ambient Water (Mind Over Water) The best minds are working on it!
North America Water Storage Systems Market 2016-2020 - Water Scarcity in Southern U.S. States is a Major Market Driver -- Research and Markets.
Hydraulic fracture storage and collection is the largest application segment of the North America water storage systems market. Water storage systems are used to store both fresh and wastewater in the oil and gas industry. The hydraulic fracture technique in oil & gas extraction uses water extensively. Water to be used in the fracturing process must be stored, and the used water after the process must also be stored and treated, before further reuse or release into the environment. The demand for water systems in North America is increasing owing to the rising oil and gas activities in the region.
