It's not the one's I'm concerned about holding the pps down. It's the 40k slap needed at the .0002's followed by another 60k slap at the .0003's and so on and so on before this can began to recover.

I've traded this stock a few times over the last couple years when it was NVLX. Usually would trend down to these levels and back up to the .13 - .16c consistently. However this name change may be a flag those days are over. Keeping my eye on this for the next few days.

Given the 2 billion + shares that appear to have been dumped during Q4 my guess is the O/S is between 5 - 6 billion now.

I'm not saying their going to be a failure, I'm saying They will be records of more losses and note based share selling significantly more than Q3. If they were anything else the pps would already reflect it. IMO

I certainly like your optimistic view as I have owned shares since May of 2014, however if your expecting something significant for Q4, AVEW has continually failed to deliver in terms of financials and will continue to do so while printing fluff PR's about great expectations. IMO

Pete I'm an investor with about $7k in but man it's the fact that your buys couldn't drive this stock up at all that continues to prove this company is a diluting pig. I feel you may have wasted your money.

How is that not the case here...I would like to understand this as well. It's not just from their PR's I hope and who's going to be buying the 3 billion shares needed to get back it to where it should of been heading 6 months ago. Before the massive dillution/A/S increase?

Q4 is gonna be sh!t. More losses and debt conversion(share selling) if anything was in line with what they have PR'd is true the pps would already be reflecting it. IMO A billion in a buyback would push the stock up to .0005 - .0008 only. IMO. A billion at these levels is a few hundred thousand easily can happen in the OTC markets. One or two big players could manage that. IMO

To be honest nobody should have been investing in this after they raised the A/S deliberately after they said they weren't. IMO. Biggest red flag ever. All my shares are from May to July. Just got to hang on with hopes of a pop down the road. Like a ride down US 1 during spring break lol.

Nahhhh. I've been down this road before but without that much invested. It'll take a couple years but I'll get out about even just like before. That is unless they R/S and wipe me out.

There will not be audited financials. There will be poor financials showing share selling and more losses. They will continue to release PR acquisitions of small businesses, probably going under, as an excuse to delay audited financials, continue dumping shares whenever they feel like it, and then they will R/S. This would be my best guess based on their actions during the last 6 months.
