IMHO, the audited financials are already finished! They will be posted within a week! They were needed for the $25 million financing and also for proof of an equity position of 25% of the entire issued to be bought would be worth the investment. The share count will be before the 25% share buy and will reflect the share structure at the time the audit was finished! jmho and don't believe a word I say do your own DD as this is my opinion only of the facts!

Anything moved over 25mm is great news for me(what sljb assets said before)and I think it'll be a decent amount more imo...Bottomline is they can move whatever they want cause CCM/Vista has more than enough resources to pull the trigger anytime anyday and add to the asset base.....On the other hand audit isn;t coming this week...smile

theliar, don't worry about the MM's because in a week they will have no control over what the stock price is, all they will be doing is keeping up with the buy orders. The balance sheet will take care of the stock price, we already know what the profit and loss statement looks like give or take a penny or two! jmho

stock promoters worry so much about bashers?? if the company does what it says its going to do(audited financials), then everything will take care of itself.
