Unfortunately, at this point the way we've been lied to rumors mean nothing. Before the pps will go up proof will have to be secured.
I would imagine one day (if all works out) the pps will go up and a PR will follow shortly after. Till then we stay in the 002's.
By the way you had mentioned you owned some retail stores. Do you own the SunScents location in Marco Island, FL?
Not sure why you think I am denying what Dean did (or didn't do)
I am speaking of you. What started this was you agreeing with one of the bashers (which you have done on many occasions) regarding buyback.
Look, let's just agree to disagree. I am in this for the same reason you are... to win!
Unfortunately due to financial reasons I cannot become a flipper.
I certainly know the damage that Dean's PR's have done to the pps.
GLTY
Catdaddyrt, it's great to see another level headed person as an assistant mod.
As always, tell it like it is...
Hi Surfguy,
Good to hear from you. Hurricanes thus far have been skirting east of FL and stay in the Atlantic.
I'm with you, let's see what the next few days (maybe even a little after Labor Day) bring us stockholders.
Though I appreciate Verity's help hopefully it will not damage whatever "progress" has been made to date.
Dom
Agree 100%. Hopefully this all comes to fruition and the APEX guys get it done. I think they will, just have to wait it out.
Did you ever think that Dean may be the reason why we haven't received funding... I could list many reasons why but why beat a dead horse.
I agree Scotch. Verity (whether he is a loose cannon or not) should not bring this battle to a public forum. Total disgrace...
Maybe William is no longer????
Thanks KJAX. I hope that another stock we are in will have the same success as LBSR.
Hi JR,
Got it this morning @ .127.
Yee-haw
Thanks,
Dom
Sorry to see you go. I think you added much to the board.
There is no question, this is certainly the most complicated stock I've ever been involved with.
Keep an eye on this over the next few weeks. You may want to consider re-entering at some point.
GLTY
Thank you Verity. Much appreciated.
Your hard work gives us all a reason to go forward with QASP.
Now let's hope for the press release sometime Monday
Thank you my friend for the update and your kind words.
Hang tough, we'll get there...
Funny you mentioned that. I worked for a company and the COO was a paid consultant. Whenever he gave out his business card it didn't have the company's name (that I worked for) it had his company's name.
Personally I couldn't figure how my company let him get away with it.
But his title was Chief Operating Officer and that was how he was introduced. Go figure!
Thank you Art for your kind words. I receive a great deal of strength from knowing that God (not Dean!) is always watching over us.
Stay strong and be positive. Good things happen to those who believe...
Thank you for that message JR. I was aware of your committment to QASP through another message you sent me last year.
Though I am unable to reply to you since I am not a premium member, let me just say don't give up the ship.
It's not over till it's over, and I believe there is a lot more game to play.
Respectfully,
Dom
No need to apologize. I just had to set the records straight.
You are a good man Skauble for taking care of you Mom. There is a special place in heaven for you.
I am more than sorry to hear about your loss. Everyone works hard for their money and there is no excuse for having lost so much of it due to the bad decisions made by one.
I am not complaining about my situation. I know I am responsible for the decisions I make. As long as I can get up every morning it is surely a good day.
God Bless you bro'
Hi Bernie,
Congatulations for coming up with something positive. Not sure if it can be accomplished but it certainly sounds much better that the alternative of hiring an attorney.
I've seen it happen before (getting an attorney involved in penny stocks) and nobody wins!
Yes, way.
Sometimes life deals one some speed bumps. You have to go with the flow and have faith or you will lose your mind.
All the best Scotch. I have great respect for you also.
Since my preferred drink is scotch (when I drink) I hope to one day share a Chivas with a splash of water with you.
Thank you Maz. May God be with you...
Wow, I have a cavalier attitude.
Let me tell you my friend, I am mad a h-e-l-l !
Been unemployed for 22 months, taking care of my dying father 24/7, house is being foreclosed on, and there is so much more I wouldn't want to bore you with.
I own 3.5 million shares and have over $52K invested. I know that pales in comparison to others but that was all the money I had/borrowed on credit cards and could muster.
I need my investment back probably as much as anyone on iHub. At this point I do not see the value in going after Dean. Let the man do what what he has to and then he will leave on his own terms. He needs to know he did the right thing in order to live with himself...

I think the question here is.....What if the company needs more qualified people running it in order to get the loan?
I agree, that is why Mr. Johnson and Mr. Landreth are working side by side with Dean. He needed help and he got it. Don't sell him short yet...
Agreed DB. I guess we miss your humor which is needed especially at this time.
DON'T GIVE UP MAN! BETTER DAYS AHEAD...
I need to stay positive. Reading this thread will give anyone a migraine!
JR you are certainly more knowledgeable than I when it comes to QASP.
I respect your opinion and have found you to be one of the good guys. However, attempting to draw all this negative attention to the company (via newspapers, local TV) is not going to help us now. Like one of our posters just said trying to oust Dean while he's still working on obtaining the loan just delays any progress.
IMHO Dean will get the loan(s) done and the relinquish his position and let more qualified people run the company.
You are right on the money... Dean screwed up and we all know of his press release writing talents!
Sarcasm font on!
Tufan123, there seems to be quite a difference of opinion on this thread. Especially with the moderators.
You and scotchontherocks seem to be the voice of reason here.
Haven't heard a word from c7bk, or anything constructive from doughboy2
As we know, JR has taken the offensive here and so has Manti.
I am not trying to be too critical here. I certainly understand why many are feeling the way they are, but if Dean, Johnson and Landreth can't get the funding it's all over anyway.
Do you think for one minute Dean wants this to fail? He may have done a few unscropulous things here, but make no mistake he is either going to make stockholders forget about his bad judgement calls or this was never going to happen in the first place.
Dean needs all the help he can get right now. Though I do not agree with his tactics we still need to support QASP. And until Dean relinquishes his title, we should continue to support him.
This is all in my opinion of course...
Surf, I couldn't agree with you more...
Come on Chuck, just sell and move on already.
What's next, Samplecave for CEO of QASP?
Hi SunScents,
What happens to our shares if Quasar International did become part of APEX?
Would our shares get converted to APEX and at what $ amount.
TIA
Good try. but this is no "pump and dumb" stock.
I agree!!!
I couldn't be happier for everyone that has turned a profit due to the fact they bought recently @ .002.
I just can't understand why you must flaunt it. There are many of us longs out there who cannot average down because we are t-a-p-p-e-d out. We continue to be long due to the fact we believe in the company and we haven't much of a choice.
I am extremely pleased about the new management team and await positive funding news.
GLTA
Moped? Hot Wheels!
Hi EpRoTeCtOr. I read your message and immediately I felt the sorrow you must be feeling.
I also have told my wife about the possibilities of QASP helping all of us.
Been taken care of my terminally ill father (WWII hero) for the last 4 months. (24/7) I've been out of work since January 2009 and due to my Dad's condition I had to refuse an excellent employment opportunity (200K yr) because I would have to be on the road 3 weeks per month.
"If" and "when" the QASP bonanza hits I need to take care of a few of my sons (Florida is the #1 state for prescription drugs if you get my drift...) and get them some serious help.
Then there was the pending foreclosure which the man above helped me get approved for the government program, (H.A.M.P.) so at least I do not have to move my family. (parents have lived with me 16 years)
I will be praying for your wife and your family.
God Bless you.
Dom
BANKER, there are a few ways of looking at your statement, "Now each one of those shares are worth nearly three and that is good for the longs"
Some of us loyal longs have been tapped out for many months and our average is a great deal higher than the current pps.
Hoping for the best!
GLTY,
Dom
Didn't see your sarcasm font!!!
Surf,
Couldn't agree with you more. Anxiously awaiting the Friday PR.

I know you have been a big supporter of QASP. I am also.
What I don't understand is if QASP is going to be the success we think it will be why wait for a bid for 2 million to be filled @ .005 instead of the current ask price (which is just a little bit higher)
